本发明公开了一种可调高压管路旋转多通接头,包括内管和外管,所述外管套装在内管外并可绕内管转动,所述内管的某一横截面上设置有弧形开口,所述弧形开口的弧长不超过所述内管管壁周长的一半,所述外管上设置有若干分流接口,所述分流接口与环形开口设置于同一横截面上,且分流接口分布于环形开口的范围内,即环形开口可以与所有分流接口同时相连通,所述内管向外管两端伸出,所述外管两端有向内管侧延伸的卡环,所述内管上相应位置有供卡环嵌入的卡槽。因此,本发明所提供的可调高压管路旋转多通接头,可以改变分流接口的连通数量,便于使用,结构简单牢固,适合在高压管路中的应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及可调高压管路旋转多通接头,属于高压管件领域。
背景技术
多通接头在管路***中用于控制液体或气体的分流,现有的多通接头的分流通路固定不变,而在使用中往往需要根据情况变换不同的分流通路或改变分流通路的数量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供可调高压管路旋转多通接头,可改变所接通的分流接口的数量, 并且结构简单牢固。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可调高压管路旋转多通接头,包括内管和外管,所述外管套装在内管外并可绕内管转动,所述内管的某一横截面上设置有弧形开口,所述弧形开口的弧长不超过所述内管管壁周长的一半,所述外管上设置有若干分流接口,所述分流接口与环形开口设置于同一横截面上,且分流接口分布于环形开口的范围内,即环形开口可以与所有分流接口同时相连通,所述内管向外管两端伸出,所述外管两端有向内管侧延伸的卡环,所述内管上相应位置有供卡环嵌入的卡槽。
所述内管与外管之间设置有环形密封圈。
所述卡环末端与卡槽之间安装有滚珠。
所述分流接口上设置有滤网。
所述内管和外管的材质为碳钢。
所述内管内壁和分流接口内壁上覆盖有防锈蚀层。
所述分流接口数量为4个。
本发明的有益效果在于:外管绕内管转动时,使分流接口与弧形开口相对移动,当分流接口全部位于弧形开口范围内时,所有的分流接口均与内管相通,当外管继续转动,部分分流接口转至与弧形开口不相连的位置时,则仅有剩余的一部分分流接口与内管相通,当分流接口与弧形开口完全不重合时,则分流接口完全关闭;因此本发明利用内管和外管的转动,实现了调节分流接口的连通数量。
卡环和卡槽实现了对内管和外管在径向的限位,防止通孔和分流接口的位置在旋转中发生径向偏移,从而保证结构的稳固,确保分流效果。
因此,本发明所提供的可调高压管路旋转多通接头,可以改变分流接口的连通数量,便于使用,结构简单牢固,适合在高压管路中的应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至3所示的一种可调高压管路旋转多通接头,包括内管1和外管2,所述外管2套装在内管1外并可绕内管1转动,所述内管1的某一横截面上设置有弧形开口3,所述弧形开口3的弧长不超过所述内管1管壁周长的一半,所述外管2上设置有若干分流接口4,所述分流接口4与环形开口设置于同一横截面上,且分流接口4分布于环形开口的范围内,即环形开口可以与所有分流接口4同时相连通,所述内管1向外管2两端伸出,所述外管2两端有向内管1侧延伸的卡环5,所述内管1上相应位置有供卡环5嵌入的卡槽6。
所述内管1与外管2之间设置有环形密封圈7,所述环形密封圈7设置于通孔的两侧,防止流体从内管1和外管2之间的夹缝中泄漏。
所述卡环5末端与卡槽6之间安装有滚珠8,使内管1和外管2之间的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,摩擦力减小,外管2转动时更为省力。
所述分流接口4上设置有滤网,可过滤流体中的杂质,防止管路堵塞,并且滤网位于分流接口4处清理方便。
所述内管1和外管2的材质为碳钢。
所述内管1内壁和分流接口4内壁上覆盖有防锈蚀层,防止流体腐蚀管壁。
所述分流接口4数量为4个。
本发明的有益效果在于:外管2绕内管1转动时,使分流接口4与弧形开口3相对移动,当分流接口4全部位于弧形开口3范围内时,所有的分流接口4均与内管1相通,当外管2继续转动,部分分流接口4转至与弧形开口3不相连的位置时,则仅有剩余的一部分分流接口4与内管1相通,当分流接口4与弧形开口3完全不重合时,则分流接口4完全关闭;因此本发明利用内管1和外管2的转动,实现了调节分流接口4的连通数量。
卡环5和卡槽6实现了对内管1和外管2在径向的限位,防止通孔和分流接口4的位置在旋转中发生径向偏移,从而保证结构的稳固,确保分流效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可调高压管路旋转多通接头,其特征在于,包括内管和外管,所述外管套装在内管外并可绕内管转动,所述内管的某一横截面上设置有弧形开口,所述弧形开口的弧长不超过所述内管管壁周长的一半,所述外管上设置有若干分流接口,所述分流接口与环形开口设置于同一横截面上,且分流接口分布于环形开口的范围内,即环形开口可以与所有分流接口同时相连通,所述内管向外管两端伸出,所述外管两端有向内管侧延伸的卡环,所述内管上相应位置有供卡环嵌入的卡槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调高压管路旋转多通接头,其特征在于,所述内管与外管之间设置有环形密封圈,所述环形密封圈设置于通孔的两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的可调高压管路旋转多通接头,其特征在于,所述卡环末端与卡槽之间安装有滚珠。
4.如权利要求1所述的可调高压管路旋转多通接头,其特征在于,所述分流接口上设置有滤网。
5.如权利要求1所述的可调高压管路旋转多通接头,其特征在于,所述内管和外管的材质为碳钢。
6.如权利要求1所述的可调高压管路旋转多通接头,其特征在于, 所述内管内壁和分流接口内壁上覆盖有防锈蚀层。
