技术领域
本发明涉及洁净车间,具体涉及一种洁净车间用节能隔音双层玻璃洁净窗。
背景技术
现有的双层玻璃窗的玻璃间距通常在8mm左右,中间抽真空以达到一定的隔音和保温的作用。在医药生产用洁净车间内,对于窗体的隔音降噪以及保温性的要求更高,一般的双侧玻璃难以满足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温、降噪、隔热的大间距双层玻璃洁净窗、
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种节能隔音双层玻璃洁净窗,包括窗框体,窗框体的前后两侧分别经高气密性复合粘剂粘接有玻璃,所述窗框体的四条边框分别为中空型材,窗框体的前后侧的最外侧四条棱处分别向下延伸出垂直玻璃平面的四条支撑部,所述支撑部支撑玻璃的四个侧面;所述至少两个边框的左右侧面上均分别设有通气孔,所述通气孔联通两玻璃夹腔与夹腔外侧,边框外侧的通气孔上设有堵口;所述设有通气孔的边框内放置有干燥剂;双层玻璃与窗框体形成的夹腔内充满惰性气体。
进一步地,所述玻璃四周内边的胶粘区印刷黑色有丝网。
进一步地,所述四条边框的外侧分别设有连接凸台或凹槽。
进一步地,所述双层玻璃间距50mm。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:为了达到洁净车间的降噪和隔热的需求,将玻璃间距设置到50mm甚至更大,大间距的玻璃间如果真空会导致压强过大而破碎,故本技术方案后再内部填充惰性气体。在边框内侧放置干燥机,便空有通气孔于玻璃间腔体联通,持续对腔体内干燥,边框外侧为可封堵的孔洞,便于惰性气体的冲入和空气的排出;在框体的外侧设有支撑部,使得框体于玻璃间为直角面连接,便于封胶,同时还对玻璃支承,确保稳固,玻璃与框体间由高强高气密复合粘剂粘接,密封性能好;框体的外侧的设有连接凹槽或凸台,便于窗体在墙体内的稳固连接;该技术方案的保温降噪性能实测能优于真空玻璃6%。

如图所示,一种节能隔音双层玻璃洁净窗,包括窗框体1,窗框体的前后两侧分别经1mm厚的高气密性复合粘剂2粘接有玻璃3,双层玻璃间距50mm;玻璃四周内边的胶粘区印刷黑色有丝网15,所述窗框体的四条边框11分别为中空型材,四条边框的外侧分别设有连接凸台或凹槽16;窗框体1的前后侧的最外侧四条棱处分别向下延伸出垂直玻璃平面的四条支撑部12,所述支撑部12支撑玻璃的四个侧面;至少两个边框11的左右侧面上均分别设有通气孔13,所述通气孔13联通两玻璃夹腔与夹腔外侧,边框11外侧的通气孔上设有堵口;所述设有通气孔13的边框11内放置有干燥剂14;双层玻璃与窗框体形成的夹腔内充满惰性气体4。

1.一种节能隔音双层玻璃洁净窗,包括窗框体,窗框体的前后两侧分别经高气密性复合粘剂粘接有玻璃,其特征在于,所述窗框体的四条边框分别为中空型材,窗框体的前后侧的最外侧四条棱处分别向下延伸出垂直玻璃平面的四条支撑部,所述支撑部支撑玻璃的四个侧面;所述至少两个边框的左右侧面上均分别设有通气孔,所述通气孔联通两玻璃夹腔与夹腔外侧,边框外侧的通气孔上设有堵口;所述设有通气孔的边框内放置有干燥剂;双层玻璃与窗框体形成的夹腔内充满惰性气体。
