Abstract

本发明属于纺织化工技术领域,特别涉及一种基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺。首先将靛蓝染料、保险粉、碱加入水中进行还原;再加入粘结剂并搅拌均匀后将织物浸入其中进行轧染,空气中氧化、水洗、烘干后即得到具有仿旧风格的织物。获得的染色织物在观感上颜色较淡且泛白,具有明显的仿旧风格,且免去了常规的洗水、剥漂等工序。

一种基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织化工技术领域,特别涉及一种基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺。
背景技术
随着纺织行业的发展,以及消费者对布料的要求、审美越来越高,越来越多的风格迥异的面料开始出现。其中,具有怀旧风格的牛仔或仿牛仔面料由于其外观效果、艺术风格独特,休闲个性时尚深受消费者青睐,具有很大的市场价值。
利用天然染料进行的织物染色中,靛蓝是代表青色系列的重要染料,也称为蓝,靛蓝染料制备工艺简单、经济性优异。但是由于靛蓝本身是还原染料,不溶于水,在染色时需要先通过还原剂将其还原形成溶于水的隐色体,使其在纤维上吸附;再通过空气氧化或加入氧化剂,使靛蓝染料再次以不溶于水的形式沉积在纤维上。因此,采用靛蓝染色得色深度较高,从而需要进一步通过对染色织物进行洗水(对织物上已经上染的靛蓝染料进行一定程度的剥离)处理来获得仿旧风格,如浮石洗、高锰酸钾洗、次氯酸洗、酵素洗等,工艺成本都十分可观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺,免去了繁琐的洗水操作,具体操作为:
(1)采用常规的靛蓝还原工艺,将靛蓝染料、保险粉、碱加入水中进行还原,
其中,碱选择氢氧化钠,
靛蓝染料、保险粉、碱、水的质量比依次为2.5:3:2:100,
还原温度为40℃,还原时间为5min,
本步骤中通过还原将靛蓝染料还原成溶于水、易与亲水性织物结合的隐色体,便于后期染料在织物上的吸附;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的体系加水稀释,加入粘合剂并搅拌均匀,再将织物浸入其中进行轧染,氧化、水洗、烘干后即得到具有仿旧风格的织物,
其中,加水稀释至10倍体积,后加入的粘合剂的浓度为40g/L,
织物为牛仔或仿牛仔织物,
轧染操作为两浸两轧,轧余率为70%,两次浸轧间隔2至5分钟,
轧染后于空气中氧化10分钟,水洗两次后于80℃烘干,
本步骤中同时采用靛蓝染料和粘合剂对织物进行处理,此时粘合剂能够与靛蓝的隐色体形成竞争吸附,起到“占位”的效果,减少了织物对隐色体的吸附量,从而获得的染色织物在观感上颜色较淡且泛白,具有明显的仿旧风格,免去了常规牛仔后整理的洗水、剥漂等工序。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将2.5质量份的靛蓝染料、3质量份的保险粉、2质量份的氢氧化钠加入到100质量份的水中并分散均匀,40℃下还原反应5min;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的体系加水稀释10倍后,按照40g/L的浓度加入粘合剂PY并搅拌均匀,再将织物浸入其中进行轧染,两浸两轧(轧余率为70%,两次浸轧间隔4分钟)后于空气中氧化10分钟,水洗两次后于80℃烘干即得到具有仿旧风格的织物。
染出的织物色牢度好,颜色分布均匀,手感优异,具有牛仔布特有的泛白仿旧风格。
耐干摩擦牢度可达4级,耐湿摩擦牢度可达3级,日晒牢度可达4级,测得K/S值为0.4930,皂洗后K/S值为0.4390。
对比实施例1
(1)将2.5质量份的靛蓝染料、3质量份的保险粉、2质量份的氢氧化钠加入到100质量份的水中并分散均匀,40℃下还原反应5min;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的体系加水稀释10倍后,再将织物浸入其中进行轧染,两浸两轧(轧余率为70%,两次浸轧间隔4分钟)后于空气中氧化10分钟,水洗两次后于80℃烘干。
染出的织物颜色较深,测得K/S值为2.7539,皂洗后K/S值为2.3657,不具有仿旧风格;耐干摩擦牢度可达4级,耐湿摩擦牢度可达4级,日晒牢度可达4级。

Claims (4)

1.一种基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺为,
(1)将靛蓝染料、保险粉、碱加入水中进行还原;其中,靛蓝染料、保险粉、碱、水的质量比依次为2.5:3:2:100;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的体系加水稀释至10倍体积,加入粘合剂并搅拌均匀,再将织物浸入其中进行轧染,氧化、水洗、烘干后即得到具有仿旧风格的织物,其中,加入的粘合剂的浓度为40g/L。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,还原温度为40℃,还原时间为5min。
3.如权利要求1所述的基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,轧染操作为两浸两轧。
4.如权利要求1所述的基于靛蓝染料轧染制备仿旧风格织物的工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,烘干温度为80℃。
