本发明提供了金属阻锈剂，包括如下重量份的组分：磷酸三甲酚酯0.5‑2.5份，烯羟丁二酸1‑2份，二叔丁基对甲酚0.7‑1.5份，聚异丁烯0.4‑1份，二苄基二硫0.5‑3.5份，矿物油20‑40份，钼酸铵2‑4份，甘油2‑6份，聚丙烯酸酯6‑12份，三乙醇胺0.4‑0.6份，顺丁烯二酸酐8‑16份。本发明符合环保的要求，对人体无害。而且不与金属表面基体发生化学变化，能保持金属表面平整、润滑、光滑，防锈性能好，特别适用于工序间的防锈，金属防锈在1年以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂技术领域，具体涉及一种金属阻锈剂。
背景技术
金属阻锈剂可有效的保护钢、铁等材料，防止生锈。市面上的金属阻锈剂品种很多，但大多金属阻锈剂含有重金属以及致癌物质，在工业使用中会对人体造成伤害。而且不符合环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开金属阻锈剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了金属阻锈剂，包括如下重量份的组分：磷酸三甲酚酯0.5-2.5份，烯羟丁二酸1-2份，二叔丁基对甲酚0.7-1.5份，聚异丁烯0.4-1份，二苄基二硫0.5-3.5份，矿物油20-40份，钼酸铵2-4份，甘油2-6份，聚丙烯酸酯6-12份，三乙醇胺0.4-0.6份，顺丁烯二酸酐8-16份。
有益效果：本发明提供的金属阻锈剂，符合环保的要求，对人体无害。而且不与金属表面基体发生化学变化，能保持金属表面平整、润滑、光滑，防锈性能好，特别适用于工序间的防锈，金属防锈在1年以上。

实施例1
金属阻锈剂，包括如下重量份的组分：磷酸三甲酚酯0.5份，烯羟丁二酸1份，二叔丁基对甲酚0.7份，聚异丁烯0.4份，二苄基二硫0.5份，矿物油20份，钼酸铵2份，甘油2份，聚丙烯酸酯6份，三乙醇胺0.4份，顺丁烯二酸酐8份。
将矿物油送入调和釜，加热搅拌均匀，待油品温度升至80℃时，加入其它组分，60℃下保温搅拌4h，冷却即得。
实施例2
金属阻锈剂，包括如下重量份的组分：磷酸三甲酚酯1.5份，烯羟丁二酸1.5份，二叔丁基对甲酚1.1份，聚异丁烯0.7份，二苄基二硫2份，矿物油30份，钼酸铵3份，甘油4份，聚丙烯酸酯9份，三乙醇胺0.7份，顺丁烯二酸酐12份。
将矿物油送入调和釜，加热搅拌均匀，待油品温度升至80℃时，加入其它组分，60℃下保温搅拌4h，冷却即得。
实施例3
金属阻锈剂，包括如下重量份的组分：磷酸三甲酚酯2.5份，烯羟丁二酸2份，二叔丁基对甲酚1.5份，聚异丁烯1份，二苄基二硫3.5份，矿物油40份，钼酸铵4份，甘油6份，聚丙烯酸酯12份，三乙醇胺0.6份，顺丁烯二酸酐16份。
将矿物油送入调和釜，加热搅拌均匀，待油品温度升至80℃时，加入其它组分，60℃下保温搅拌4h，冷却即得。
