本发明提供了金属阻锈剂,包括如下重量份的组分:磷酸三甲酚酯0.5‑2.5份,烯羟丁二酸1‑2份,二叔丁基对甲酚0.7‑1.5份,聚异丁烯0.4‑1份,二苄基二硫0.5‑3.5份,矿物油20‑40份,钼酸铵2‑4份,甘油2‑6份,聚丙烯酸酯6‑12份,三乙醇胺0.4‑0.6份,顺丁烯二酸酐8‑16份。本发明符合环保的要求,对人体无害。而且不与金属表面基体发生化学变化,能保持金属表面平整、润滑、光滑,防锈性能好,特别适用于工序间的防锈,金属防锈在1年以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂技术领域,具体涉及一种金属阻锈剂。
背景技术
金属阻锈剂可有效的保护钢、铁等材料,防止生锈。市面上的金属阻锈剂品种很多,但大多金属阻锈剂含有重金属以及致癌物质,在工业使用中会对人体造成伤害。而且不符合环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开金属阻锈剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了金属阻锈剂,包括如下重量份的组分:磷酸三甲酚酯0.5-2.5份,烯羟丁二酸1-2份,二叔丁基对甲酚0.7-1.5份,聚异丁烯0.4-1份,二苄基二硫0.5-3.5份,矿物油20-40份,钼酸铵2-4份,甘油2-6份,聚丙烯酸酯6-12份,三乙醇胺0.4-0.6份,顺丁烯二酸酐8-16份。
有益效果:本发明提供的金属阻锈剂,符合环保的要求,对人体无害。而且不与金属表面基体发生化学变化,能保持金属表面平整、润滑、光滑,防锈性能好,特别适用于工序间的防锈,金属防锈在1年以上。

实施例1
金属阻锈剂,包括如下重量份的组分:磷酸三甲酚酯0.5份,烯羟丁二酸1份,二叔丁基对甲酚0.7份,聚异丁烯0.4份,二苄基二硫0.5份,矿物油20份,钼酸铵2份,甘油2份,聚丙烯酸酯6份,三乙醇胺0.4份,顺丁烯二酸酐8份。
将矿物油送入调和釜,加热搅拌均匀,待油品温度升至80℃时,加入其它组分,60℃下保温搅拌4h,冷却即得。
实施例2
金属阻锈剂,包括如下重量份的组分:磷酸三甲酚酯1.5份,烯羟丁二酸1.5份,二叔丁基对甲酚1.1份,聚异丁烯0.7份,二苄基二硫2份,矿物油30份,钼酸铵3份,甘油4份,聚丙烯酸酯9份,三乙醇胺0.7份,顺丁烯二酸酐12份。
将矿物油送入调和釜,加热搅拌均匀,待油品温度升至80℃时,加入其它组分,60℃下保温搅拌4h,冷却即得。
实施例3
金属阻锈剂,包括如下重量份的组分:磷酸三甲酚酯2.5份,烯羟丁二酸2份,二叔丁基对甲酚1.5份,聚异丁烯1份,二苄基二硫3.5份,矿物油40份,钼酸铵4份,甘油6份,聚丙烯酸酯12份,三乙醇胺0.6份,顺丁烯二酸酐16份。
将矿物油送入调和釜,加热搅拌均匀,待油品温度升至80℃时,加入其它组分,60℃下保温搅拌4h,冷却即得。
