技术领域
本发明涉及金属防锈领域,具体涉及一种回转支承防锈油及制备方法。
背景技术
我国专业化生产回转支承的三十来年中,随着设计与工艺水平的不断提高,我国回转支承的质量水平已经达到或接近国际先进水平。回转支承在现代工业中应用范围很广,被称为“机器的关节”,主要用于起重机械、工程机械、运输机械、食品加工机械、医疗器械以及军事装备等领域。
生产工艺及后处理方法往往决定着一个回转支承的好坏,在实际生产中,运输与存放是回转支承不可避免的两个环节,在这期间,回转支承容易与空气或者腐蚀性物质接触而被腐蚀,从而影响其外观与性能,进而影响机械主机的使用性能与寿命。因此,回转支承的防锈工作必不可少。回转支承在出厂前均会涂覆防锈油,并用薄膜包裹,这种包装的防锈有效期一般为3-6个月,对于一些搁置时间超过六个月的器件,仍要及时保养,并且这样包装的器件也难免受到磨损。所以,延长防锈油的防锈周期和增强抗磨损性,是降低回转支承成本、减少浪费的重要途径。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种回转支承防锈油及制备方法,有效提高了抗磨损性,延长了防锈油的有效使用周期。
为了实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实施:
一种回转支承防锈油,由下列重量份的原料组成:矿物油60-70,改性硼酸镧10-20,咪唑啉二硫脲2-3,苯骈三氮唑4-6,羊毛脂3-10,松香胺4-10,石油磺酸钡6-10,石油磺酸钠1-3,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5。
优选地,所述回转支承防锈油,由下列重量份的原料组成:矿物油63-68,改性硼酸镧15-19,咪唑啉二硫脲2-3,苯骈三氮唑4-6,羊毛脂3-7,松香胺6-9,石油磺酸钡6-8,石油磺酸钠1-3,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5。
更优选地,所述回转支承防锈油,由下列重量份的原料组成:矿物油65,改性硼酸镧17,咪唑啉二硫脲3,苯骈三氮唑5,羊毛脂5,松香胺8,石油磺酸钡8,石油磺酸钠1,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5。
优选地,所述改性硼酸镧的制备方法如下:
(1)向50mL水中加入一定量 Na2B4O7·10H2O,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液A,用50mL乙醇溶解一定量La(NO3)3·6H2O和硬脂酸,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液B;
(2)将溶液B缓慢滴加到溶液A中,并用氢氧化钠调节pH为13,得混合溶液;
(3)将混合溶液倒入高压反应釜中,在180℃下反应8小时,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,研磨成微米级硼酸镧。
回转支承防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将矿物油加入到容器中,加入石油磺酸钡和石油磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入改性硼酸镧,升温至70-80℃,加入咪唑啉二硫脲、苯骈三氮唑,在搅拌的状态下继续升温至130-140℃,一直搅拌至基础油完全脱水;
(2)将步骤(1)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至70-80℃,加入羊毛脂,搅拌溶解后继续降温至55-65℃,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合均匀后的混合物搅拌降温至35-40℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得到防锈油。
本发明有益效果:本发明中的配方使回转支承具有良好的防腐蚀能力,涂抹本发明防锈油的器件比普通防锈油的防锈时间延长20-30%。添加的硼酸镧是一种润滑抗磨自修复添加剂,可以有效地提高润滑性和抗磨损性;经过硬脂酸改性的硼酸镧,亲油性增强,能更好地溶于矿物油,抗磨损效果更优异;防锈油中游离的镧离子可以与金属表面吸氧反应产生的OH-生成不溶性络合物,减缓器件腐蚀。

矿物油70,改性硼酸镧20,咪唑啉二硫脲3,苯骈三氮唑6,羊毛脂10,松香胺10,石油磺酸钡10,石油磺酸钠3,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5。
上述改性硼酸镧的制备方法如下:
(1)向50mL水中加入一定量 Na2B4O7·10H2O,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液A,用50mL乙醇溶解一定量La(NO3)3·6H2O和硬脂酸,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液B;
(2)将溶液B缓慢滴加到溶液A中,并用氢氧化钠调节pH为13,得混合溶液;
(3)将混合溶液倒入高压反应釜中,在180℃下反应8小时,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,研磨成微米级硼酸镧。
回转支承防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将矿物油加入到容器中,加入石油磺酸钡和石油磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入改性硼酸镧,升温至70-80℃,加入咪唑啉二硫脲、苯骈三氮唑,在搅拌的状态下继续升温至130-140℃,一直搅拌至基础油完全脱水;
(2)将步骤(1)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至70-80℃,加入羊毛脂,搅拌溶解后继续降温至55-65℃,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合均匀后的混合物搅拌降温至35-40℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得到防锈油。
实施例2:
一种回转支承防锈油,由下列重量份的原料组成:
矿物油60,改性硼酸镧10,咪唑啉二硫脲2,苯骈三氮唑4,羊毛脂3,松香胺4,石油磺酸钡6,石油磺酸钠1,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3。
上述改性硼酸镧的制备方法如下:

(2)将步骤(1)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至70-80℃,加入羊毛脂,搅拌溶解后继续降温至55-65℃,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合均匀后的混合物搅拌降温至35-40℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得到防锈油。
实施例3:
一种回转支承防锈油,由下列重量份的原料组成:
矿物油65,改性硼酸镧17,咪唑啉二硫脲3,苯骈三氮唑5,羊毛脂5,松香胺8,石油磺酸钡8,石油磺酸钠1,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5。
上述改性硼酸镧的制备方法如下:
(1)向50mL水中加入一定量 Na2B4O7·10H2O,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液A,用50mL乙醇溶解一定量La(NO3)3·6H2O和硬脂酸,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液B;
(2)将溶液B缓慢滴加到溶液A中,并用氢氧化钠调节pH为13,得混合溶液;

上述改性硼酸镧的制备方法如下:

1.一种回转支承防锈油,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:矿物油60-70,改性硼酸镧10-20,咪唑啉二硫脲2-3,苯骈三氮唑4-6,羊毛脂3-10,松香胺4-10,石油磺酸钡6-10,石油磺酸钠1-3,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5。
2.如权利要求1所述的回转支承防锈油,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:矿物油63-68,改性硼酸镧15-19,咪唑啉二硫脲2-3,苯骈三氮唑4-6,羊毛脂3-7,松香胺6-9,石油磺酸钡6-8,石油磺酸钠1-3,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5。
3.如权利要求2所述的回转支承防锈油,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:矿物油65,改性硼酸镧17,咪唑啉二硫脲3,苯骈三氮唑5,羊毛脂5,松香胺8,石油磺酸钡8,石油磺酸钠1,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5。
4.如权利要求3所述的回转支承防锈油,其特征在于,改性硼酸镧的制备方法如下:
(1)向50mL水中加入一定量 Na2B4O7·10H2O,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液A,用50mL乙醇溶解一定量La(NO3)3·6H2O和硬脂酸,加热搅拌1小时,记作溶液B;
(2)将溶液B缓慢滴加到溶液A中,并用氢氧化钠调节pH为13,得混合溶液;
(3)将混合溶液倒入高压反应釜中,在180℃下反应8小时,将产物过滤、洗涤、干燥,研磨成微米级硼酸镧。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的回转支承防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将矿物油加入到容器中,加入石油磺酸钡和石油磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入改性硼酸镧,升温至70-80℃,加入咪唑啉二硫脲、苯骈三氮唑,在搅拌的状态下继续升温至130-140℃,一直搅拌至基础油完全脱水;
(2)将步骤(1)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至70-80℃,加入羊毛脂,搅拌溶解后继续降温至55-65℃,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合均匀后的混合物搅拌降温至35-40℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得到防锈油。
