本发明公开了一种环保型涂料及其制备方法,包括以下组份:合成水性树脂、合成浆料、成膜助剂、偶联剂、消泡剂、流平剂和润湿剂,所述一种环保型涂料的制备方法是:先将合成浆料加入到合成水性树脂中,然后依次加入成膜助剂、偶联剂、消泡剂、流平剂和润湿剂,快速搅拌,即得到一种环保型涂料。本发明加工工艺简单,组分配比合理,具有防水性能好,涂层的耐沾污性和耐候性都好,对人体无伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料,具体为一种环保型涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今建筑物主要是混凝土、砖墙结构,需要在这种材料表面涂上一层涂料,由于日常生活中往往需要涂料具有防水性能好,耐沾污性好,对人体无伤害,而在施工过程中往往要求耐候性能也较好,而目前的涂料存在的主要问题是:防水性能差,涂层的耐沾污性和耐候性都较差,对于环境有害。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种防水性能好,涂层的耐沾污性和耐候性强,对于环境无害的环保型涂料及其制备方法。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种环保型涂料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组份:合成水性树脂45-55%,合成浆料25-50%,成膜助剂1.3-5%,偶联剂0.9-5%,消泡剂0.9-2%,流平剂0.9-2%,润湿剂1.1-2%,其中,合成浆料包括以下重量百分比的组份:二氧化钛2-10%,二氧化锡1-5%,去离子水30-40%,乙醇7-13%,异丙醇11-19%,正丁醇10-20%,分散剂0.1-0.12%。
所述环保型涂料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
⑴按合成浆料中各组份的重量百分比称取二氧化钛、二氧化锡、去离子水,乙醇,异丙醇,正丁醇和分散剂,首先,将作为溶剂的去离子水、乙醇、异丙醇和正丁醇加入分散机中,然后,加入分散剂,最后加入二氧化钛和二氧化锡分散1小时,即得到所需重量份的合成浆料;
⑵按合成水性树脂、合成浆料、成膜助剂、偶联剂、消泡剂、流平剂和润湿剂的重量份称取各组分,首先,将第一步制得的合成浆料滴加到合成水性树脂中,然后,再加入成膜助剂、偶联剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和流平剂,搅拌20-40分钟,即得到成品涂料。
本发明加工工艺简单,组分配比合理,具有防水性能好,涂层的耐沾污性和耐候性都好,对人体无伤害。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述:
实施例1首先称取二氧化钛99克、二氧化锡50克,去离子水400克,乙醇100克,异丙醇175克,正丁醇175克和分散剂1克,然后将去离子水、乙醇、异丙醇和正丁醇加入分散机中,然后,再加入分散剂,最后加入二氧化钛和二氧化锡,分散1小时之后,即可得到1000克分散性良好的合成浆料,称取合成水性树脂6300克,成膜助剂200克,偶联剂200克,消泡剂100克,流平剂100克和润湿剂100克,然后将制得的合成浆料滴加到合成水性树脂中,再加入成膜助剂、偶联剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和流平剂,搅拌30分钟,即得到一种环保型涂料。
实施例2首先称取二氧化钛74克、二氧化锡50克,去离子水400克,乙醇100克,异丙醇175克,正丁醇200克和分散剂1克,然后将去离子水、乙醇、异丙醇和正丁醇加入分散机中,然后,再加入分散剂,最后加入二氧化钛和二氧化锡,分散1小时,即可得到1000克分散性良好的合成浆料,称取合成水性树脂6000克,成膜助剂200克,偶联剂200克,消泡剂100克,流平剂100克和润湿剂100克,然后将制得的合成浆料滴加到合成水性树脂中,再加入成膜助剂、偶联剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和流平剂,搅拌20分钟,即得到一种环保型涂料。
实施例3首先称取二氧化钛98克、二氧化锡50克,去离子水400克,乙醇125克,异丙醇150克,正丁醇175克,分散剂2克,然后将去离子水、乙醇、异丙醇和正丁醇加入分散机中,然后,再加入分散剂,最后加入二氧化钛和二氧化锡,分散1小时,即可得到1000克分散性良好的合成浆料,称取合成水性树脂3000克,成膜助剂100克,偶联剂50克,消泡剂50克,流平剂50克和润湿剂50克,然后将制得的合成浆料滴加到合成水性树脂中,再加入成膜助剂、偶联剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和流平剂,搅拌40分钟,即得到一种环保型涂料。

1.一种环保型涂料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组份:合成水性树脂45-55%,合成浆料25-50%,成膜助剂1.3-5%,偶联剂0.9-5%,消泡剂0.9-2%,流平剂0.9-2%,润湿剂1.1-2%,其中,合成浆料包括以下重量百分比的组份:二氧化钛2-10%,二氧化锡1-5%,去离子水30-40%,乙醇7-13%,异丙醇11-19%,正丁醇10-20%,分散剂0.1-0.12%。
