Description

Aerobic composting device and aerobic composting method for organic solid waste
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for treating organic solid waste, in particular to an aerobic composting device and a composting method for organic solid waste.
Background
The organic solid waste comprises kitchen waste, sludge of an urban sewage treatment plant, straw, landscaping waste and the like. The main modes for treating organic solid wastes in the past are landfill and incineration, wherein the landfill easily pollutes underground water, and the incineration can seriously pollute the atmosphere.
The microbial aerobic composting is that under the aerobic condition, the aerobic bacteria absorb, oxidize and decompose the waste. The microbes oxidize part of the absorbed organic matter into simple inorganic matter and release the energy for the growth of microbes, and the other part of the organic matter is synthesized into new cytoplasm to make microbes grow and reproduce continuously to produce more organisms.
Compared with treatment modes such as incineration, landfill and the like, the organic solid waste is treated by using the microbial aerobic composting, so that secondary environmental pollution, food safety risks and methane explosion risks are avoided, and the method is one of clean technologies for solving the problem of the organic solid waste. In addition, a large amount of organic matters, elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus and the like in the organic solid waste can provide necessary nutrient components for crops, and can effectively relieve the problems of soil hardening and the like; therefore, the composting treatment of the organic solid waste to prepare the organic fertilizer is an effective way for realizing the reduction, reclamation and harmlessness of the biomass waste.
Chinese patent document CN 101973795B (application No. 201010514582.7) discloses a method for aerobic composting of sludge by using a composting composite bacterial agent, which comprises the steps of firstly carrying out enlarged culture and domestication on bacterial liquid to obtain composite bacterial agents A and B, then putting the composite bacterial agents A into dewatered sludge of a sewage plant, mixing and stacking, covering a layer of composite bacterial agent B on the surface of a pile, and continuously stacking until the temperature of the pile reaches the environmental temperature, thus completing aerobic composting of sludge.
Chinese patent document CN 103539494B (application No. 201310506314.4) discloses a bin type sludge aerobic composting method, which comprises the steps of firstly establishing a bin type sludge aerobic composting device, uniformly paving polyvinyl chloride spherical suspension on a porous cover plate in a fermentation bin, and then uniformly mixing dewatered sludge and sawdust of a sewage treatment plant and filling the mixture into the fermentation bin; the amount of aeration is then controlled to begin the composting process.
The two composting methods are that the organic solid waste is placed in a composting bin, and the composting method has the problems of uneven mixing of raw materials, insufficient oxygen supply and low oxygen utilization rate.

opening a bin door (14) of a compost bin (1), and starting a grate type feeding device (2) and a screw extrusion dehydration discharging device (3); introducing organic solid waste to be treated into the bin body (10), allowing the introduced material to fall on the grate plates at the uppermost end of the grate type feeding device (2), enabling the grate plates to reciprocate, conveying the material to a material collecting tank (11) from top to bottom along the grate plates at each layer, and closing a bin door (14) after the organic solid waste to be treated is fed;
conveying the materials in the material collecting groove (11) from bottom to top by a screw (32) of the screw extrusion dehydration discharging device (3), dehydrating the materials in the sleeve (33) under the rotary extrusion of the screw, leaching the removed water in the materials above the grate type feeding device (2) below the sleeve (33) by flowing out of the sleeve (33), reserving a part of water in the materials, and collecting the rest water in the leachate storage tank 12;
the materials in the sleeve (33) flow out from the top end of the sleeve, and in the composting process, the materials flowing out from the sleeve (33) fall on the grate plate at the uppermost end of the grate type feeding device (2);
thirdly, repeating the steps of the first step and the second step in the composting process, wherein the grate type feeding device (2) feeds materials layer by layer from top to bottom, the screw extrusion dehydration discharging device (3) conveys the materials in the material collecting groove from bottom to top, and the materials reciprocate from top to bottom and from bottom to top;
and fourthly, after 15 to 20 days, finishing composting and carrying out unloading operation.
6. The aerobic composting method of claim 5 wherein: when a first batch of organic solid waste is treated, firstly, water or percolate of the organic solid waste is input into the bin body (10) before feeding the first batch of organic solid waste into the bin body (10), and the liquid is collected in a percolate storage tank (12); and (4) reserving percolate in the percolate storage tank after the previous batch of organic solid waste is composted.
7. The aerobic composting method of claim 6 wherein: opening an oxygen supply device (4) and a leachate circulating spraying device (5) in the step I; the liquid in the percolate storage tank (12) is sprayed on the material by a spray head (55) of the percolate circulating spray device (5); in the second step, the oxygen supply device (4) fully aerates and oxygenizes the percolate in the percolate storage tank 12.
8. The aerobic composting method of claim 5 wherein: the process that each time the materials are fed from top to bottom by the grate type feeding device (2) and the process that the materials in the material collecting groove are conveyed to the port from bottom to top by the screw extrusion dehydration discharging device (3) takes 30-60 minutes.
