技术领域
本发明涉及一种托盘,具体涉及一种海底电缆运输用钢制托盘。
背景技术
随着中国经济的快速发展,各行各业对用电的需求与日俱增,人们对电力***供电质量的要求日益严格,国内的能源供应正面临了新一轮的挑战。尤其在沿海地区,伴随着大量的海洋资源的开发和利用,特别是近年来,大量新兴的海上风力发电设施的落成,使得供用电***对海底电缆的需求迅猛增长,同时,随着互联网技术的日新月异,中国沿海岛屿的军队和民间对高速网络传输的需求逐渐加大,4G、光纤入户等新兴通讯技术的实用化,使得市场对海底通讯光缆的需求也日益增大,海底电缆(含海底通讯光缆,下简称海缆)的制造及施工已成为一个巨大的市场。
随着海底电缆行业的巨大发展,海底电缆产品电压等级越来越高,长度越来越长,重量也越来越大,甚至单根海底电缆能达到上千吨,由于海底电缆具有连续长度长、缆径粗、重量重等特点,而陆上运输对货物的重量、体积都有限制,所以海底电缆一般不能采取陆上运输,只能通常采用船运的方式进行运输,尤其是海外项目,同时海上货物运输特别是远洋运输,存在比较大的风险性和复杂性。
海缆通常的船运的方式一般有三种,即专业施工船运输、散装货船导缆运输、散装货船托盘运输。
专业施工船运输:由海缆施工单位派遣施工船,在海缆生产厂家码头提货,海缆从工厂的缆池中通过倒缆架倒到海缆施工船上;由于船上装备有履带牵引机、退扭架、电缆仓或盘缆架等专业设备,海缆所受的牵引张力、侧压力以及最小弯曲半径等都能得到很好的控制,不仅速度快,而且产品质量有保证。这种方案的好处是不需要倒缆,避免在倒缆过程中,对海缆造成伤害;节省了电缆托盘成本和散装货船的调遣、运输费用。但是施工船舶航行的费用比较高,增加了额外成本。
散装货船运输到现场,并倒缆到施工船:采取散装货船至海缆工厂提货,预先在货船里制作好盘缆的支架,在工厂码头将海缆盘绕在货船上的支架内,然后运输到施工现场,与海缆施工船舶并靠在一起,然后通过倒缆将货船内的海缆输缆到施工船上,输缆完成后需要进行输缆交接试验。这种运输方式比前一种方式多了一次倒缆的过程,同时现场与施工船之间的倒缆的难度比在厂家码头倒缆要大大增加,这就增加了整个海缆在运输中的风险。
散装货船托盘运输:这种运输方式是采取散装货船至海缆工厂提货,预先把海缆盘绕在电缆托盘上,通过大型海上浮吊,将电缆盘吊放在散装货船仓里,如果各方面协调得好,托盘吊装速度较快。
在此三种运输方式中,采用托盘运输的情况最为普遍,尤其是海外项目中,被越来越多的客户所认可,而现有的简易托盘已经不能适应目前海底电缆产业的发展要求,这就需要一个可靠的可以承载运输大长度海底电缆的钢制海缆托盘,能够顺利地安全地将海底电缆承载运输到目的地,并进行吊装作业。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种海底电缆运输用钢制托盘,可以承受海底电缆的重量,地铃的设计使得托盘可以与船体固定,且外部的围栏以及外包铁皮可以防止运输时船体颠簸造成海底电缆洒落。
本发明的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,一种海底电缆运输用钢制托盘,包括托盘本体,内围栏,***栏,多个地铃及吊耳,所述托盘本体包括八边形外钢架,八边形内钢架,连接八边形外钢架与八边形内钢架八个角的承载主钢梁以及设置在八边形内钢架内部的的吊装钢架,所述***栏垂直设置在所述八边形外钢架上,所述内围栏垂直设置在所述八边形内钢架上,其所组成的圆外径为海缆外径的50倍,海底电缆盘绕在承载主钢梁上且位于内围栏与***栏之间,所述地铃安装八边形外钢架每条边的外侧中点,所述吊耳对称安装在所述吊耳钢架上,所述吊耳钢架包括十字形吊装钢梁,连接十字形吊装钢梁四条边的辅助钢架,所述十字形吊装钢梁与八边形内钢架的四个内角焊接固定,焊接在辅助框架与其余四个内角之间的加强框架。

本发明所揭示的一种海底电缆运输用钢制托盘,由于海底电缆的重量一般都比较重,达到上百甚至上千吨,这就使得托盘的承载要求系数符合相关规定的要求,同时综合考虑海缆的粗细以及退扭要求,确定托盘上内圈直径不得小于海缆外径的50倍,根据所承载的海缆重量、载荷分布情况、海缆托盘运输的要求以及海上吊装环境(船舶型号,码头工作区范围)的影响,确定海缆托盘的外形尺寸、所承载的海缆以及托盘的总重量、吊耳的个数;根据API_RP_2A-WSD美国固定式海洋平台应力设计规范以及DNV的相关标准,托盘吊耳远海吊装的安全系数为2.0,即吊耳的设计总额定荷载等于海缆托盘与其承载的海缆的总重量,乘以系数2,与托盘相配套的吊具一般有卸扣、吊索、柔性吊带及吊梁等,都要求必须有船级社的检验证书,才能进行海上的吊装作业,卸扣出厂时需要进行安全负荷试验,一般300吨以下为2倍安全负荷作为试验载荷进行试验,300吨以上为1.33倍安全负荷作为试验载荷进行试验,海上吊装所用的吊索及柔性吊带一般以6倍安全负荷作为试验载荷进行试验;由于在海上运输过程中会受到外部冲击(风浪,船的颠簸),为了防止海缆松散脱落,以及冲击造成的海缆损伤,设置了内***栏,为了确保了围栏在海上运输时当运输船舶倾斜到最大倾角情况下的强度和变形量,其围栏设计成十字形网格结构,且网格间隔小于50cm,同时高度同时在围栏外部设置铁皮保护外部环境对海缆的损伤。
与现有技术相比,本发明所揭示的一种海底电缆运输用钢制托盘,采用特定结构的托盘本体可以承受海底电缆的重压,内围栏和***栏的设置可以从内外侧面对盘绕的海缆进行支撑,防止船舶倾斜时海缆的散落,八条边的地铃设置可以使得整个托盘稳固在船甲板上,整个钢制托盘不仅可以承受海底电缆的重量,而且可以实现与船舶的紧固连接,防止船舶晃动或颠簸时与船舶分离,保障了海底电缆的安全运输。

下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1~2所示,本发明所揭示的一种海底电缆运输用钢制托盘,包括托盘本体1,内围栏2,***栏3,八个地铃4,吊耳5,扶梯6以及盖板7,其中内围栏2与***栏3焊接在所述托盘本体上表面,且内围栏2位于***栏3的内部,海底电缆17盘绕在托盘本体上位于内围栏与***栏之间,所述盖板厚度为2~3mm,覆盖在海底电缆上方与***栏与内围栏绑扎固定,从上方实现对海底电缆的保护。
具体说来,所述托盘本体1包括八边形外钢架8,八边形内钢架9,焊接在八边形外钢架8与八边形内钢架9八个角之间的承载主钢梁10,焊接在八边形外钢架8与八边形内钢架9八条边之间的加强筋11,以及焊接在八边形内钢架内部的吊耳钢架,所述吊耳钢架包括十字形吊装钢梁12与八边形内钢架的四个内角焊接,焊连所述十字形吊装钢梁12四条边的辅助钢梁13,以及焊接在辅助钢梁与八边形内钢架另外四个内角的加强钢梁14。
所述***栏3为十字形网格结构,垂直焊接在八边形外钢架上表面,且外侧通过支撑杆辅助倾斜支撑,所述***栏3的外侧包覆有厚度为2~3mm厚的外包铁皮15,可以抵挡外部因素(海水,海风等)对海底电缆的侧面冲击。
