一种用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种刹车机构,特别是一种用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构。
背景技术
目前坐骑式零转弯草坪车均有两个操作手柄,通过两个操作手柄来控制整机的行走和转向,手柄可以向前推和向后拉。当机器停止后,操作人员下车前,需要向两侧方打开手柄。现有的坐骑式零转弯草坪车普遍采用单独的刹车手柄或装置实现刹车,空间布置困难,结构复杂,无形中增加了采购成本和装配成本。而且当操作人员下车时忘记刹车,可能会导致车辆的溜车,并且当车辆安全互锁装置损坏时,难免出现刹车状态行走的情况,极易造成相关部件损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构,其刹车集成于手柄,可以简化刹车结构,降低成本,进一步提高刹车的安全性和可靠性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构,它包括对称设置的操作手柄,该操作手柄底部连接竖向的连接方钢,该连接方钢底部设有转轴,该转轴的轴向与草坪车行进方向平行,该连接方钢可以绕该转轴转动;该转轴固定设于旋转机构顶部的侧板之间,该旋转机构设于轴承座顶部,可以沿着草坪车行进方向前后转动,该轴承座设于草坪车的车架上;该连接方钢底部与该侧板之间设有定位装置;
该连接方钢底端沿着垂直于该转轴的方向延伸设有挂接板,该挂接板外端连接刹车线,该刹车线连接车轮刹车装置。
进一步的,所述定位装置包括设于所述连接方钢底部的第一定位孔和设于所述侧板的若干第二定位孔,该第一定位孔内设有滚珠,该滚珠内侧设有弹簧,该弹簧将该滚珠压向该第一定位孔末端,且该滚珠的半径大于该第一定位孔末端截面的半径;各第二定位孔位于该第一定位孔旋转的路径上,该滚珠露出该第一定位孔的部分卡扣在该第二定位孔内。
进一步的,所述车轮刹车装置包括刹车臂,该刹车臂内侧与刹车齿轮啮合,该刹车臂一端连接复位拉簧,另一端连接所述刹车线。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的刹车机构,其采用刹车集成于手柄这一设计,用于零转弯草坪车,可以在操作手柄打开时,简单地实现车辆的刹车,提高了刹车的安全性和可靠性,同时降低了设备的生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下将以具体实施例结合附图来说明本发明的结构和所欲达到的技术效果,但所选用的实施例仅用于说明解释,并非用以限制本发明的范围。
如图1-图4所示,本发明提供一种用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构,它包括对称设置的操作手柄1,通过两个操作手柄1来控制整机的行走和转向。该操作手柄1底部连接竖向的连接方钢2,该连接方钢2底部设有转轴3,该转轴3的轴向与草坪车行进方向平行,该连接方钢2可以绕该转轴3转动。如图1所示,为手柄中位状态(即未刹车状态),其中操作手柄1和连接方钢2固定为一整体,并可绕旋转轴3逆时针旋转(图示逆时针方向)。该转轴3固定设于旋转机构4顶部的侧板5之间,该旋转机构4设于轴承座6顶部,可以沿着草坪车行进方向前后转动,该轴承座6设于草坪车的车架7上。该连接方钢2底部与该侧板5之间设有定位装置,以在操作手柄1旋转一定角度后,固定操作手柄1的位置,保持车轮刹车或松开的状态。
该连接方钢2底端沿着垂直于该转轴3的方向延伸设有挂接板8,该挂接板8可随该连接方钢2同方向旋转。该挂接板8外端连接刹车线9,该刹车线9连接车轮刹车装置。在挂接板8旋转时,可以拉紧或放松刹车线9,以通过车轮刹车装置进行刹车或放松。如图2所示,该车轮刹车装置包括刹车臂10,该刹车臂10内侧与刹车齿轮11啮合,该刹车臂10一端连接复位拉簧12,另一端连接该刹车线9。
具体来说,该定位装置包括设于该连接方钢2底部的第一定位孔13和设于该侧板5的若干第二定位孔14,该第一定位孔13内设有滚珠15,该滚珠15内侧设有弹簧16,该弹簧16将该滚珠15压向该第一定位孔13末端,且该滚珠15的半径大于该第一定位孔13末端截面的半径,因此滚珠15只有一部分露出该第一定位孔13外,且在外力作用下,可以暂时弹回该第一定位孔13内。各第二定位孔14位于该第一定位孔13旋转的路径上,该滚珠15露出该第一定位孔13的部分卡扣在该第二定位孔14内。本发明的第二定位孔14可以为两个,即中位及刹车时,第一定位孔13对应的位置。操作手柄1旋转时,滚珠15可随着操作手柄1轨迹旋转并限位。
如图5所示,当操作手柄1逆时针旋转打开时,因刹车线9挂接在挂接板8末端,刹车线9开始处于拉伸状态;当操作手柄1旋转到刹车位置对应的第二定位孔14时,此时操作手柄1即限位在此,达到刹车线行程,从而通过刹车线9将刹车臂10拉紧,从而实现车辆刹车。打开操作手柄1时,复位拉簧12工作,将刹车臂10复位,从而依靠操作手柄1的合拢与打开实现刹车和释放的功能。
本发明通过研究车辆本身操控方法,人员操作习惯,即机器行走时手柄合拢(中位状态),机器静止工作人员需要下车时手柄打开这一动作,利用此必须动作实现刹车,既节省了成本,又很方便的实现了刹车功能,简单可靠。
本发明是以所述的权利要求所限定的。但基于此,本领域的普通技术人员可以做出种种显然的变化或改动,都应在本发明的主要精神和保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构,其特征在于,它包括对称设置的操作手柄,该操作手柄底部连接竖向的连接方钢,该连接方钢底部设有转轴,该转轴的轴向与草坪车行进方向平行,该连接方钢可以绕该转轴转动;该转轴固定设于旋转机构顶部的侧板之间,该旋转机构设于轴承座顶部,可以沿着草坪车行进方向前后转动,该轴承座设于草坪车的车架上;该连接方钢底部与该侧板之间设有定位装置;
该连接方钢底端沿着垂直于该转轴的方向延伸设有挂接板,该挂接板外端连接刹车线,该刹车线连接车轮刹车装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构,其特征在于:所述定位装置包括设于所述连接方钢底部的第一定位孔和设于所述侧板的若干第二定位孔,该第一定位孔内设有滚珠,该滚珠内侧设有弹簧,该弹簧将该滚珠压向该第一定位孔末端,且该滚珠的半径大于该第一定位孔末端截面的半径;各第二定位孔位于该第一定位孔旋转的路径上,该滚珠露出该第一定位孔的部分卡扣在该第二定位孔内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于零转弯草坪车的刹车机构,其特征在于:所述车轮刹车装置包括刹车臂,该刹车臂内侧与刹车齿轮啮合,该刹车臂一端连接复位拉簧,另一端连接所述刹车线。
