Abstract
本发明公开了一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,基材包括第一钢板和第二钢板,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的背面设有相啮合的咬合齿,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的连接处涂覆有粘接层,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的正面分别涂覆有第一底漆层、第二底漆层,所述第一底漆层、第二底漆层上分别涂覆有第一面漆层、第二面漆层。本发明兼有有机聚合物与薄板基材两者的优点,具有很好的耐温、耐候、耐酸、耐碱,能够抵抗强烈紫外线的光解作用,降低了涂装时的涂料损耗,减少了对环境的污染,使生产过程优化:环保、低碳,可双面使用,并且降低综合生产成本,适合用作各种装饰、装潢和家电产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合板材技术领域,尤其涉及一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板。
背景技术
各种钢板在工业和生活中的应用比较广泛,如汽车、冰箱、洗衣机、高档家具、橱房设备、工业和民用建筑等都需要使用,但在使用过程中,只能使用其中一面,另一面的美观性有待提高,而且其耐候性、耐热性、耐低温性、耐化学药品性都不甚理想。纳米技术的应用是世界科技的标志,纳米技术在涂料行业的应用和发展,促使涂料更新换代,为涂料成为真正的绿色环保产品开创了突破性的新纪元。纳米涂料已被认定为北京奥运村建筑工程的专用产品,展示出纳米涂料在建筑领域里的应用价值,纳米材料独特的物理、化学、生物特性为涂料领域的发展提供了新的机遇。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,基材包括第一钢板和第二钢板,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的背面设有相啮合的咬合齿,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的连接处涂覆有粘接层,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的正面分别涂覆有第一底漆层、第二底漆层,所述第一底漆层、第二底漆层上分别涂覆有第一面漆层、第二面漆层。
优选的,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的正面分别形成有第一表面处理层、第二表面处理层,所述第一表面处理层上涂覆有第一底漆层,所述第二表面处理层上涂覆有第二底漆层。
优选的,所述第一面漆层、第二面漆层上分别覆有第一保护膜层、第二保护膜层。
优选的,所述的第一面漆层、第二面漆层所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂20~40份,丙烯酸树脂20~40份,颜料4~8份,稀释剂0.5~2份,催干剂1~2份,变定剂0.5~2份,流平剂0.4~1份,消泡剂1~3份,稳定剂1~3份,填充剂2~4份,纳米氧化锌1~2份,纳米碳酸钙1~2份,纳米氧化铁1~2份,水15~35份。
优选的,所述的第一面漆层、第二面漆层所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂25~35份,丙烯酸树脂25~35份,颜料6~7份,稀释剂1~1.5份,催干剂1.2~1.8份,变定剂0.8~1.8份,流平剂0.6~0.8份,消泡剂1.5~2.5份,稳定剂1.5~2.5份,填充剂2.5~3.5份,纳米氧化锌1.2~1.8份,纳米碳酸钙1.2~1.8份,纳米氧化铁1.2~1.8份,水20~30份。
优选的,所述的第一面漆层、第二面漆层所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂30份,丙烯酸树脂30份,颜料6.5份,稀释剂1.2份,催干剂1.5份,变定剂1.2份,流平剂0.7份,消泡剂2份,稳定剂2份,填充剂3份,纳米氧化锌1.5份,纳米碳酸钙1.5份,纳米氧化铁1.5份,水25份。
优选的,所述稀释剂为丙酮、甲乙酮、环己酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、正丁醇、苯乙烯、醋酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇—***、乙二醇—丁醚中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述催干剂采用稀土催干剂,由液态羧酸与氯化稀土配合而形成。
优选的,所述变定剂为乙烯基三胺,所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂,所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
优选的,所述变定剂为乙烯基三胺,所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂,所述填充剂包括轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅灰石、高岭土、重晶石、云母粉、三聚氰胺磷酸盐。
本发明中,双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板兼有有机聚合物与薄板基材两者的优点,既有有机聚合物的良好着色性、成型性、耐蚀性、装饰性、又有薄板的高强度和易加工性,能很容易地进行冲裁、弯曲、深冲、焊接等加工,这就使该复合材料制成的产品具有优良的实用性、装饰性、加工性、耐久性,而且第一钢板、第二钢板采用咬合齿相啮合的结构使PCM复合彩色涂层钢板双面可用,并且可拆卸单独使用,粒径60nm的纳米氧化锌对波长300-400nm的紫外线有良好的吸收的散射作用,可作为涂料的抗老化添加剂,并且可改善抗氧化性能,具有抗菌性能,纳米碳酸钙作为颜料填充剂,具有细腻、均匀、白度高等优点,加强了涂料的透明性、触变性和流平性,增加涂料的隔热性,纳米氧化铁可作为颜料,具有很好的耐温、耐候、耐酸、耐碱及高着色度、强烈吸收紫外线光的优良性能,能够抵抗强烈紫外线的光解作用,降低了涂装时的涂料损耗,减少了对环境的污染,使生产过程优化:环保、低碳,可双面使用,并且降低综合生产成本,适合用作各种装饰、装潢和家电产品。

所述的第一面漆层6、第二面漆层7所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂20份,丙烯酸树脂20份,颜料4份,稀释剂0.5份,催干剂1份,变定剂0.5份,流平剂0.4份,消泡剂1份,稳定剂1份,填充剂2份,纳米氧化锌1份,纳米碳酸钙1份,纳米氧化铁1份,水15份。
稀释剂为丙酮、甲乙酮、环己酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、正丁醇、苯乙烯、醋酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇—***,催干剂采用稀土催干剂,由液态羧酸与氯化稀土配合而形成,变定剂为乙烯基三胺,流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂,消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚,稳定剂为硬脂酸锌,填充剂包括轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅灰石、高岭土、重晶石、云母粉、三聚氰胺磷酸盐。

所述的第一面漆层6、第二面漆层7所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂30份,丙烯酸树脂30份,颜料6.5份,稀释剂1.2份,催干剂1.5份,变定剂1.2份,流平剂0.7份,消泡剂2份,稳定剂2份,填充剂3份,纳米氧化锌1.5份,纳米碳酸钙1.5份,纳米氧化铁1.5份,水25份。

所述的第一面漆层6、第二面漆层7所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂35份,丙烯酸树脂35份,颜料7份,稀释剂1.5份,催干剂1.8份,变定剂1.8份,流平剂0.8份,消泡剂2.5份,稳定剂2.5份,填充剂3.5份,纳米氧化锌1.8份,纳米碳酸钙1.8份,纳米氧化铁1.8份,水30份。
稀释剂为二甲苯,催干剂采用稀土催干剂,由液态羧酸与氯化稀土配合而形成,变定剂为乙烯基三胺,流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂,消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚,稳定剂为硬脂酸锌,填充剂包括轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅灰石、高岭土、重晶石、云母粉、三聚氰胺磷酸盐。

所述的第一面漆层6、第二面漆层7所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂40份,丙烯酸树脂40份,颜料8份,稀释剂2份,催干剂2份,变定剂2份,流平剂1份,消泡剂3份,稳定剂3份,填充剂4份,纳米氧化锌2份,纳米碳酸钙2份,纳米氧化铁2份,水35份。
稀释剂为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、正丁醇、苯乙烯、醋酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇—***、乙二醇—丁醚,催干剂采用稀土催干剂,由液态羧酸与氯化稀土配合而形成,变定剂为乙烯基三胺,流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂,消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚,稳定剂为硬脂酸锌,填充剂包括轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅灰石、高岭土、重晶石、云母粉、三聚氰胺磷酸盐。

1.一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:基材包括第一钢板和第二钢板,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的背面设有相啮合的咬合齿,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的连接处涂覆有粘接层,所述第一钢板、第二钢板的正面分别涂覆有第一底漆层、第二底漆层,所述第一底漆层、第二底漆层上分别涂覆有第一面漆层、第二面漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述第一钢板、第二钢板的正面分别形成有第一表面处理层、第二表面处理层,所述第一表面处理层上涂覆有第一底漆层,所述第二表面处理层上涂覆有第二底漆层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述第一面漆层、第二面漆层上分别覆有第一保护膜层、第二保护膜层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述的第一面漆层、第二面漆层所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂20~40份,丙烯酸树脂20~40份,颜料4~8份,稀释剂0.5~2份,催干剂1~2份,变定剂0.5~2份,流平剂0.4~1份,消泡剂1~3份,稳定剂1~3份,填充剂2~4份,纳米氧化锌1~2份,纳米碳酸钙1~2份,纳米氧化铁1~2份,水15~35份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述的第一面漆层、第二面漆层所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂25~35份,丙烯酸树脂25~35份,颜料6~7份,稀释剂1~1.5份,催干剂1.2~1.8份,变定剂0.8~1.8份,流平剂0.6~0.8份,消泡剂1.5~2.5份,稳定剂1.5~2.5份,填充剂2.5~3.5份,纳米氧化锌1.2~1.8份,纳米碳酸钙1.2~1.8份,纳米氧化铁1.2~1.8份,水20~30份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述的第一面漆层、第二面漆层所使用的涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨基甲酸酯树脂30份,丙烯酸树脂30份,颜料6.5份,稀释剂1.2份,催干剂1.5份,变定剂1.2份,流平剂0.7份,消泡剂2份,稳定剂2份,填充剂3份,纳米氧化锌1.5份,纳米碳酸钙1.5份,纳米氧化铁1.5份,水25份。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为丙酮、甲乙酮、环己酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、正丁醇、苯乙烯、醋酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇—***、乙二醇—丁醚中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述催干剂采用稀土催干剂,由液态羧酸与氯化稀土配合而形成。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述变定剂为乙烯基三胺,所述流平剂为丙烯酸酯类流平剂,所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面PCM复合彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述填充剂包括轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅灰石、高岭土、重晶石、云母粉、三聚氰胺磷酸盐。
