本发明提出一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，涉及建筑材料及装饰家具板材技术领域，包括板体，所述板体包括由上至下依次设置的木皮层、金属层、无纺布层及无机材料层，所述金属层选自铝板、镀锌板、铁板之中的一种，所述无机材料层选自石膏板、玻镁板、硅酸板、蛭石板中的一种，所述木皮层、金属层、无纺布层及无机材料层之间通过高分子粘结剂粘结复合。本发明能够提高木饰面板或者饰面板的防火性能，防潮性能，方便性性能，吸音及绝热性能，还具有木饰面的美观立体效果和安装方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料及装饰家具板材技术领域，具体的是指一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构。
背景技术
目前，现有技术装饰用的木制装饰材料，普遍使用多层杂木板贴木饰面，高密度板贴木饰面或直接用木板当木饰面这三种做法，这种传统的木饰面当作地面、作木地板时，容易受潮湿、易变形；当作墙体装饰板时，平整度较差，保温、隔音效果不够好；当作墙顶天花时，没有吸声、没有绝热效果 ；用于家具时，硬度比较低，容易被硬物划伤；当发生火灾时，木制品产品使得无法控制火势蔓延，助长了火苗的上升，降低了生命和财物的安全性。
现有的复合板有的在中间设置一层蛭石板层能够起到防火、防潮、隔音等效果，但是作为装饰层的木皮层仍然不能很好做到防火效果；现有的家居用品中，特别是办公桌、电脑桌等，其拐角处都有裂缝的存在，各平面衔接不完整，使得办公桌、电脑桌使用一段时间后各表面连接处的裂缝越来越明显，大大影响桌子的美观效果。此外，当复合板使用于天花板、地板或者墙板时，复合板之间的安装以及连接繁琐且外观部美观。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提出一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其能够提高木饰面板或者饰面板的防火性能，防潮性能，方便性性能，吸音及绝热性能，还具有木饰面的美观立体效果和安装方便等优点。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采取的技术方案如下：

进一步的，所述木皮层上还设有阻燃剂层。
优选的，所述木皮层由印刷纸层替代。
优选的，所述木皮层由金属热转印层替代。
优选的，所述所述无纺布层由防水牛皮纸层替代。
进一步的，所述金属层及无纺布层在长度方向的一端或者两端沿竖直方向紧贴无机材料层向下延伸并超出无机材料层的厚度，所述金属层及无纺布层超出无机材料层厚度的部分向里凸成凸状形成一内扣。
进一步的，所述金属层及无纺布层在长度方向的一端紧贴无机材料层向下竖折延伸出一缺口，所述缺口与所述无机材料层的底面齐平。
进一步的，所述木皮层或者印刷纸层的厚度为0.15-3mm，所述金属热转印层的厚度为0.01-0.1mm，所述阻燃剂层的厚度为0.01-0.05mm，所述金属层的厚度为0.03-3mm，所述无纺布层或防水牛皮纸层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm，所述无机材料层的厚度为3-30mm。
进一步的，所述木皮层与金属层，或所述印刷纸层与金属层，或所述金属热转印层与金属层为凹凸形状。
进一步的，所述金属热转印层上转印多种花纹。
本发明的有益效果：
1.本发明通过改变复合板的层数以及各层的厚度可以用于天花板、墙板、地板、家具及隔墙板等多个领域；
2.本发明通过在木皮层上均匀增加一层阻燃剂，进一步提高了复合板的防火性能；
3.本发明的金属层及无纺布层或防水牛皮纸层可沿长度方向向两端延伸并紧贴无机材料层垂直向下弯曲至超出无机材料层的厚度，该种结构特征使得复合板在安装时简单方便；
4.金属层及无纺布层在长度方向的一端紧贴无机材料层向下竖折延伸出一缺口，该缺口的存在使得复合板之间的连接更加美观；
5.本发明用作家具领域，特别是办公桌或者电脑桌时，能够实现各平面的无缝连接；用作天花板及墙体装饰时，能够改变复合板的表面形状，例如凹凸状，提高了装饰时的美观效果。

针对现有技术中复合板的缺陷以及不足，本发明提出一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，包括板体100，板体100包括由上至下依次设置的木皮层1、金属层2、无纺布层3及无机材料层4，所述金属层2选自铝板、镀锌板、铁板之中的一种，所述无机材料层4选自石膏板、玻镁板、硅酸板、蛭石板中的一种，所述木皮层1、金属层2、无纺布层3及无机材料层4之间通过高分子粘结剂粘结复合。可选的，上述木皮层1可由印刷纸层6或者金属热转印层7替代，上述无纺布层3可由防水牛皮纸层8替代，具体情况可根据复合板的具体使用场合而定。
作为一种优选方案，为了提高复合板的防火性能，本发明在木皮层1的表层上还均匀增加一层阻燃剂层5。
为了提高复合板的安装效率以及简化复合板的安装过程，上述金属层2及无纺布层3在长度方向的一端或者两端沿竖直方向紧贴无机材料层4向下延伸并超出无机材料层4的厚度，所述金属层2及无纺布层3超出无机材料层4厚度的部分向里凸成凸状形成一内扣101，参照图6，这个结构形式的设定，使得当需要安装复合板时，只需将长处无机材料层4厚度的部分的金属层2及无纺布层3卡入龙骨锁扣中即可，安装简单可靠。作为本发明的进一步方案，金属层2及无纺布层3在长度方向的一端紧贴无机材料层4向下竖折延伸出一缺口102，如图8-9所示，所述缺口102与所述无机材料层4的底面齐平，该缺口102的设定可以使得复合板在连接安装时更加平滑美观。

实施例二
如图2所示，在本实施例中，板体100包括由上至下依次设置的金属热转印层7、金属层2及无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8，上述金属热转印层7的厚度为0.01-0.1mm，上述金属层2的厚度为0.03-3mm，上述无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8的厚度为0.01-0.2mm，金属热转印层7、金属层2及无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8通过高分子粘接剂粘接复合后，再在金属热转印层7上进行热转印各种花纹，提高复合板结构的美观，本实施例适用于家具板、天花板、墙板等装饰面。

如图3所示，在本实施例中，板体100包括由上至下依次设置的阻燃剂层5、木皮层1或印刷纸层6、金属层2、无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8、无机材料层4、无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8及金属层2，上述阻燃剂层5的厚度为0.01-0.05mm，上述木皮层1或印刷纸层6的厚度为0.15-3mm，上述金属层2的厚度为0.03-3mm，上述无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8的厚度为0.01-0.2mm，上述无机材料层4的厚度为3-30mm。该实施例适用于天花板和墙板及家具板材装饰材料。
实施例四
如图4所示，在本实施例中，板体100包括由上至下依次设置的金属热转印层7、金属层2、无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8、无机材料层4、无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8及金属层2，上述金属热转印层7的厚度为0.01-0.1mm，上述金属层2的厚度为0.03-3mm，上述无纺布3或防水牛皮层8的厚度为0.01-0.2mm，上述无机材料层4的厚度为3-30mm。改实施例适用于天花板及墙板。
需要说明的是，在以上实施例中，实施例一及实施例二由于金属层的厚度很薄，使得木皮层1或印刷纸层6或金属热转印层7及金属层2可以借助模具等设计成各种想要的表面图形，例如凹凸状，如图5所示，提高装饰时的立体美观效果。此外，当该实施例用于办公桌或者电脑桌时，能够实现各平面的无缝连接。实施例三及实施例四中的金属层2及无纺布层3或防水牛皮纸层8可沿长度方向向两端延伸并紧贴无机材料层4垂直向下弯曲至超出无机材料层4的厚度，金属层2及无纺布层3超出无机材料层4厚度的部分向里凸成凸状形成一内扣101，如图6所示，该种结构特征使得复合板在安装时简单方便，只需将紧贴无机材料层垂直向下弯曲至超出无机材料层4的部位扣入到固定于墙体或者天花板上的龙骨锁扣内即可，使得安装时改变了原有的传统和现有的安装方式，克服了传统木饰面板繁琐的安装工序，使得安装更方便，更立体美观效果且持久耐用，如图7所示，另一种方式中，参照图8-9，可将金属层2及无纺布层3在长度方向的一端紧贴无机材料层4向下竖折延伸出一缺口102，该缺口102的存在使得复合板之间的连接更加美观。

Claims (10)

1.一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，包括板体（100），其特征在于，所述板体（100）包括由上至下依次设置的木皮层（1）、金属层（2）、无纺布层（3）及无机材料层（4），所述金属层（2）选自铝板、镀锌板、铁板之中的一种，所述无机材料层（4）选自石膏板、玻镁板、硅酸板、蛭石板中的一种，所述木皮层（1）、金属层（2）、无纺布层（3）及无机材料层（4）之间通过高分子粘结剂粘结复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述木皮层（1）上还设有阻燃剂层（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述木皮层（1）由印刷纸层（6）替代。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述木皮层（1）由金属热转印层（7）替代。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述所述无纺布层（3）由防水牛皮纸层（8）替代。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述金属层（2）及无纺布层（3）在长度方向的一端或者两端沿竖直方向紧贴无机材料层（4）向下延伸并超出无机材料层（4）的厚度，所述金属层（2）及无纺布层（3）超出无机材料层（4）厚度的部分向里凸成凸状形成一内扣（101）。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述金属层（2）及无纺布层（3）在长度方向的一端紧贴无机材料层（4）向下竖折延伸出一缺口（102），所述缺口（102）与所述无机材料层（4）的底面齐平。
8.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述木皮层（1）或者印刷纸层（6）的厚度为0.15-3mm，所述金属热转印层（7）的厚度为0.01-0.1mm，所述阻燃剂层（5）的厚度为0.01-0.05mm，所述金属层（2）的厚度为0.03-3mm，所述无纺布层（3）或防水牛皮纸层（8）的厚度为0.01-0.2mm，所述无机材料层（4）的厚度为3-30mm。
9.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述木皮层（1）与金属层（2），或所述印刷纸层（6）与金属层（2），或所述金属热转印层（7）与金属层（2）为凹凸形状。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种无机材料与木饰金属的复合板结构，其特征在于，所述金属热转印层（7）上转印多种花纹。
