技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域，具体属于一种防水无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布，它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网，然后经过水刺，针刺，或热轧加固，最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品，优点是不产生纤维屑，强韧、耐用、丝般柔软，而且还有棉质的感觉。在日常生活中经常看到一些废旧织物、边角料、废羊毛料被人们丢弃，浪费资源的同时也破坏的生态环境。现有技术中通过加工废旧织物的设备，从而使废旧织物被加工成再生棉，以便织造再生织物，但这样再生织物均不具有防水性能，从而导致其适应性较窄。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的是提供了一种防水无纺布，具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能，特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种防水无纺布，包括基层、涂布在基层上表面的树脂层以及粘结在基层下表面的下层，所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成，所述下层包括依次层叠符合的聚乙烯层、网状夹层和聚丙烯层，聚乙烯层和聚丙烯层呈网状结构。
所述基层的厚度为0.3mm，所述下层的厚度为0.25mm。
所述聚丙烯层的厚度为0.2mm，所述聚乙烯层的厚度为0.1mm。
所述聚酯纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为35％，所述玻璃纤维在基层层所占重量百分35％，所述碳纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为12％。
所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料：丙烯酸酯30～40份、聚乙二酰胺树脂15～25份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20～30份、丙烯酸异辛脂5～10份、碳酸镁3～8份、二氧化硅5～10份。
所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料：丙烯酸酯35份、聚乙二酰胺树脂20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸镁5份、二氧化硅8份。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明树脂层涂布在基层的上表面，基层下表面设有碳纤维层，使得制成的无纺布具有较好的防水防潮性能，且耐磨性强，同时基层采用由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成，具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能，特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种防水无纺布，包括基层、涂布在基层上表面的树脂层以及粘结在基层下表面的下层，所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成，所述下层包括依次层叠符合的聚乙烯层、网状夹层和聚丙烯层，聚乙烯层和聚丙烯层呈网状结构；所述基层的厚度为0.3mm，所述下层的厚度为0.25mm；所述聚丙烯层的厚度为0.2mm，所述聚乙烯层的厚度为0.1mm；所述聚酯纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为35％，所述玻璃纤维在基层层所占重量百分35％，所述碳纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为12％；所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料：丙烯酸酯35份、聚乙二酰胺树脂20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸镁5份、二氧化硅8份。
本发明树脂层涂布在基层的上表面，基层下表面设有碳纤维层，使得制成的无纺布具有较好的防水防潮性能，且耐磨性强，同时基层采用由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成，具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能，特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能，适合做大棚保温被用。
