技术领域
本发明涉及机械装置，具体涉及一种振动筛布料装置。
背景技术
在粉煤灰进行筛选之前，要对其进行布料，已达到均匀筛选，提高筛选质量的目的。现有的布料装置，布料不够均匀，并且现有的布料装置不具备料面的调节功能。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了振动筛布料装置，发明目的：实现均匀布料；布料的厚度具备调节功能。
本发明提供了下述技术方案：振动筛布料装置，包括设有进料嘴的箱体，所述箱体的内壁固定连接有筛网，所述振动筛布料装置还包括斜挡板、布料板，所述筛网、斜挡板、布料板斜置，所述斜挡板的下表面与所述布料板的上表面平行，所述斜挡板呈等腰三角形，所述等腰三角形的两腰设有挡料板。
进一步，所述振动筛布料装置还包括设有调节螺母的调节螺杆，所述调节螺杆一端与所述斜挡板连接，所述调节螺杆的另一端通过所述调节螺母与所述箱体连接。
进一步，所述进料嘴为圆筒形。
本发明的有益效果：所述进料嘴2投入散状的物料，在所述斜挡板4的作用下均匀的分布在布料板5上，所述挡料板7呈斜置。使得布料更加均匀。所述调节螺杆5、调节螺母6用于调节布料板8与斜挡板4的间隙。从而调节布料的厚度。该装置实现均匀布料；布料的厚度具备调节功能。

振动筛布料装置，包括设有进料嘴2的箱体1，所述箱体1的内壁固定连接有筛网3，所述振动筛布料装置还包括斜挡板4、布料板8，所述筛网3、斜挡板4、布料板8斜置，所述斜挡板4的下表面与所述布料板8的上表面平行，所述斜挡板4呈等腰三角形，所述等腰三角形的两腰设有挡料板7。
所述振动筛布料装置还包括设有调节螺母6的调节螺杆5，所述调节螺杆5一端与所述斜挡板4连接，所述调节螺杆5的另一端通过所述调节螺母6与所述箱体1连接。所述进料嘴2为圆筒形。

1.振动筛布料装置，包括设有进料嘴（2）的箱体（1），所述箱体（1）的内壁固定连接有筛网（3），其特征在于，所述振动筛布料装置还包括斜挡板（4）、布料板（8），所述筛网（3）、斜挡板（4）、布料板（8）斜置，所述斜挡板（4）的下表面与所述布料板（8）的上表面平行，所述斜挡板（4）呈等腰三角形，所述等腰三角形的两腰设有挡料板（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的振动筛布料装置，其特征在于，所述振动筛布料装置还包括设有调节螺母（6）的调节螺杆（5），所述调节螺杆（5）一端与所述斜挡板（4）连接，所述调节螺杆（5）的另一端通过所述调节螺母（6）与所述箱体（1）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的振动筛布料装置，其特征在于，所述进料嘴（2）为圆筒形。
