祖国医学认为花斑癣多由体热、风邪和湿气侵入毛孔，与气血凝滞，毛窍闭塞所致。
根据中医理论，针对花斑癣的发病机理，采用疏风解表、行气活血、清热燥湿、杀虫止痒、解毒疗疮的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

2、西医诊断标准：(1)、好发于胸、背、颈部，夏重冬轻，无明显自觉症状，或出汗时轻度瘙痒；(2)、见到融合或不融合的斑点状角质层鳞屑性淡白斑；(3)、真菌镜检为短杆状分叉成丛的菌丝及成群孢子；(4)、Wood 氏灯下显示淡绿黄色荧光。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1) 治愈：花斑癣块全部消失，复查真菌连续二次阴性；
(2) 有效：花斑癣块消失50% 面积，复查真菌结果仍有阳性；
(3) 无效：花斑癣块尚存在20% 面积。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，痊愈58例，随访未见复发；有效14例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
陈某，男，35岁。患花斑癣1年多，颈、胸、腹、背及上肢皮肤均散在多数黄豆大斑点，颈胸部皮损已融合成片状斑块，灰白色，微发亮，刮之有糠状鳞屑脱落，自觉微痒。曾擦用硫代硫酸钠、土槿皮酊药水治疗，均效果不佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，癣块明显减少，皮痒消失；继续服用5个疗程，花斑癣块全部消失，治愈。随访1年无复发。
病例2：
唐某，女，23岁。背、胸腹、双上臂见弥漫黄豆至蚕豆样大小、棕褐色花斑癣，边缘清楚，上覆少许鳞屑，平素无感觉，出汗时有痒感，鳞屑真菌镜检见大量菌丝。诊断为：花斑癣。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，花斑癣块消失 50%，周围无新的斑疹出现；继续服用3个疗程，症状完全消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗花斑癣的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：吊干麻10-30份、鸭儿芹5-25份、千里光5-25份、凌霄花5-20份、马齿苋5-25份、补骨脂5-25份、太子参5-25份、破布草5-20份、柽柳5-25份、五倍子5-25份、青黛5-20份、白蒺藜5-25份、百部5-25份、麦冬5-25份、黄柏5-20份、菊花5-25份、蛇床子5-20份、独叶岩珠5-25份、紫草5-25份、白花丹10份、苎麻叶5-25份、山核桃皮5-20份、响铃草5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗花斑癣的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：吊干麻20份、鸭儿芹15份、千里光15份、凌霄花10份、马齿苋15份、补骨脂15份、太子参15份、破布草10份、柽柳15份、五倍子15份、青黛10份、白蒺藜15份、百部15份、麦冬15份、黄柏10份、菊花15份、蛇床子10份、独叶岩珠15份、紫草15份、白花丹10份、苎麻叶15份、山核桃皮10份、响铃草15份、甘草10份。
