本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：熟地黄具有补血养阴、填精益髓的功效；女贞子具有具有滋补肝肾、益阴养血的功效；麦冬具有养阴生津、润肺清心的功效；牡丹皮具有清热凉血、活血散瘀的功效；冬瓜仁具有清肺化痰、消痈排脓、利湿的功效；浮萍具有发汗解表、透疹止痒、利水消肿、清热解毒的功效；六月雪具有疏风解表、清热利湿、舒筋活络的功效；水牛角具有清热解毒、凉血、定惊的功效；桑椹具有补血滋阴，生津润燥的功效；白毛藤具有祛风除湿、消食化积、解毒消肿、活血止痛的功效；苍耳子具有散风寒、通鼻窍、祛风湿、止痒的功效；黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血安胎的功效；蒲公英具有清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋的功效；狗肝菜具有清热凉血、利尿解毒的功效；旋覆花具有降气消痰、行水止呕的功效；羌活具有散寒解表、祛风胜湿、除痹止痛的功效；黄精具有滋肾润肺、补脾益气、养阴生津的功效；红花具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效；丹参具有活血调经、祛瘀止痛、凉血消痈、清心除烦、养血安神的功效；大枣具有补中益气、养血安神的功效；菟丝子具有补肾益精、养肝健脾的功效；白芍具有养血柔肝、缓中止痛、敛阴收汗的功效；紫草具有清热凉血、活血化瘀、解毒透疹的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏清热解毒、退火解郁、养肝补肾、凉血祛风之功效，对雀斑达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证和中药品不良反应（ADR）安全性评价，其疗效显著，作用安全可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率92%，治愈率达75%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄20g，女贞子15g，麦冬15g，牡丹皮10g，冬瓜仁15g，浮萍15g，六月雪15g，水牛角10g，桑椹15g，白毛藤15g，苍耳子10g，黄芩15g，蒲公英15g，狗肝菜15g，旋覆花10g，羌活15g，黄精15g，红花10g，丹参15g，大枣15g，菟丝子15g，白芍10g，紫草15g，甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄30g，女贞子10g，麦冬20g，牡丹皮5g，冬瓜仁20g，浮萍10g，六月雪20g，水牛角5g，桑椹20g，白毛藤10g，苍耳子15g，黄芩10g，蒲公英20g，狗肝菜10g，旋覆花15g，羌活10g，黄精20g，红花5g，丹参20g，大枣10g，菟丝子20g，白芍5g，紫草20g，甘草5g。
实施例3
一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄10g，女贞子20g，麦冬10g，牡丹皮15g，冬瓜仁10g，浮萍20g，六月雪10g，水牛角15g，桑椹10g，白毛藤20g，苍耳子5g，黄芩20g，蒲公英10g，狗肝菜20g，旋覆花5g，羌活20g，黄精10g，红花15g，丹参10g，大枣20g，菟丝子10g，白芍15g，紫草10g，甘草15g。
实施例4
一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄23g，女贞子12g，麦冬17g，牡丹皮7g，冬瓜仁18g，浮萍12g，六月雪17g，水牛角7g，桑椹18g，白毛藤12g，苍耳子13g，黄芩12g，蒲公英18g，狗肝菜12g，旋覆花13g，羌活12g，黄精18g，红花7g，丹参18g，大枣12g，菟丝子18g，白芍7g，紫草18g，甘草7g。
实施例5
一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄17g，女贞子18g，麦冬12g，牡丹皮13g，冬瓜仁12g，浮萍18g，六月雪12g，水牛角13g，桑椹12g，白毛藤17g，苍耳子7g，黄芩18g，蒲公英12g，狗肝菜17g，旋覆花7g，羌活18g，黄精12g，红花13g，丹参12g，大枣18g，菟丝子12g，白芍13g，紫草12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例48例，其中男15例，女33例，年龄20～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、面部皮损为黑斑，平于皮肤，色如尘垢，淡褐或淡黑，无痒痛；
2、常发生在额、眉、颊、鼻背、唇等颜面部；
3、多见于女子，起病有慢性过程；
4、组织病理检查示表皮中色素过度沉着，真皮中嗜黑素细胞也有较多的色素；可在血管和毛囊周围有少数淋巴细胞浸润。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：颜面皮肤呈正常肤色；
2、好转：皮损消退30％以上；
3、未愈：皮损无明显变化，或消退不足30％。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药8-15个疗程，治愈36例，好转8例，未愈4例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各***、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：李某，男，28岁。患者自述：8岁时在鼻翼两边发现针头大小黑褐色斑点，不痛不痒，并未重视。近几年，随着年龄的增长，斑点越来越大，在肩部及手臂也出现大小不一圆形斑块。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程后，黑斑明显减少，颜色变淡；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，颜面皮肤呈正常肤色，治愈。
病例2：王某，女，36岁。患者自述：面部及颈部布满大小不一的圆形黑褐色雀斑，夏季日晒后皮疹颜色加深，数目增多，冬季症状减轻。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，皮损明显消退；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，颜面皮肤呈正常肤色，治愈。

1.一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：熟地黄10-30份，女贞子10-20份，麦冬10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，冬瓜仁10-20份，浮萍10-20份，六月雪10-20份，水牛角5-15份，桑椹10-20份，白毛藤10-20份，苍耳子5-15份，黄芩10-20份，蒲公英10-20份，狗肝菜10-20份，旋覆花5-15份，羌活10-20份，黄精10-20份，红花5-15份，丹参10-20份，大枣10-20份，菟丝子10-20份，白芍5-15份，紫草10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗雀斑的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：熟地黄20份，女贞子15份，麦冬15份，牡丹皮10份，冬瓜仁15份，浮萍15份，六月雪15份，水牛角10份，桑椹15份，白毛藤15份，苍耳子10份，黄芩15份，蒲公英15份，狗肝菜15份，旋覆花10份，羌活15份，黄精15份，红花10份，丹参15份，大枣15份，菟丝子15份，白芍10份，紫草15份，甘草10份。
