本发明公开了一种安神养心保健药枕，由枕套和枕芯构成，枕芯内装有中草药，所述的中草药按重量份包括薰衣草10‑12、茯苓4‑6、柏子仁6‑8、合欢皮10‑12、天麻4‑6、远志2‑3、茯神木5‑8、益智仁10‑15、夜交藤5‑7、浮小麦2‑4、大黄花5‑6、木槿皮2‑4、荷包花6‑8、花叶子1‑3、山藤藤秧4‑5、小赤麻根2‑4；本发明保健药枕具有很好的诱导及延长睡眠的功效，能养血活血、通络，在治疗失眠的同时可以发挥很好的镇静作用，对抑郁、焦虑、易怒等症状也有很好的疗效。

背景技术
药枕疗法主要依据于中医的经络学说的一种外治方法，简便而行，每晚枕在药枕上睡眠，药物渗透到体内，发挥药物的作用，所以在休息的时候，保健与睡眠同时进行，故药枕是常见的保健用品；目前市场上的保健枕有“玉石保健枕”、“磁疗保健枕”和“药物保健枕”，由于“药物保健枕”内装入的药物的功效不同，其保健功能和医疗、预防的效果也不同。

本发明的目的在于提供一种安神养心保健药枕。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
安神养心保健药枕，由枕套和枕芯构成，枕芯内装有中草药，所述的中草药按重量份包括薰衣草10-12、茯苓4-6、柏子仁6-8、合欢皮10-12、天麻4-6、远志2-3、茯神木5-8、益智仁10-15、夜交藤5-7、浮小麦2-4、大黄花5-6、木槿皮2-4、荷包花6-8、花叶子1-3、山藤藤秧4-5、小赤麻根2-4。
安神养心保健药枕，所述的中草药按重量份包括薰衣草11、茯苓5、柏子仁7、合欢皮11、天麻5、远志2、茯神木6、益智仁12、夜交藤6、浮小麦3、大黄花5.5、木槿皮3、荷包花7、花叶子2、山藤藤秧4.5、小赤麻根3。
按组成原料的重量份称取各中草药，研磨粉碎，然后将混合中药粉放入枕芯中，再将枕芯缝合进枕套中即可。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明保健药枕具有很好的诱导及延长睡眠的功效，能养血活血、通络，在治疗失眠的同时可以发挥很好的镇静作用，对抑郁、焦虑、易怒等症状也有很好的疗效。

实施例1：安神养心保健药枕，由枕套和枕芯构成，枕芯内装有中草药，所述的中草药按重量份（g）包括薰衣草110、茯苓50、柏子仁70、合欢皮110、天麻50、远志20、茯神木60、益智仁120、夜交藤60、浮小麦30、大黄花55、木槿皮30、荷包花70、花叶子20、山藤藤秧45、小赤麻根30。
按组成原料的重量份称取各中草药，研磨粉碎，然后将混合中药粉放入枕芯中，再将枕芯缝合进枕套中即可。
典型使用例：
使用例1、李某，男，49岁，整日精神恍惚，失眠数月，平时常感头痛、头晕，经多种方法治疗，效果不明显，后使用本发明的保健药枕治疗两周，失眠大幅缓解，头痛头晕症状基本消除，后继续使用至今，睡眠、精神一直很好。
使用例2、张某，女，55岁，失眠数日，体形消瘦，伴头痛、头晕，使用本发明的保健药枕，连续使用一个月，治疗效果明显，失眠质量明显好转，后一直使用至今。
