Abstract

本发明公开了一种草莓种子催芽用浸泡液,涉及农业种植技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:藜芦15‑20份、仙人掌10‑15份、花生饼10‑15份、葡萄籽8‑13份、钠基膨润土6‑11份、烟草秸秆灰6‑11份、聚乙二醇5‑10份、椰子油5‑10份、尿素5‑10份、酵母膏4‑8份、矿石粉4‑8份、黑芝麻粉3‑6份、竹醋2‑4份、氯化钠2‑4份、赤霉素1‑2份、甘蔗糖蜜1‑2份、水500‑600份。本发明浸泡液中含有丰富的促进种子发芽的营养物质,并且能对种子起到杀虫杀菌作用,防止种子发霉腐烂,从而提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率。

技术领域:
本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种草莓种子催芽用浸泡液。
背景技术:
草莓,蔷薇科、草莓属多年生草本,一种红色的花果,外观呈心形,鲜美红嫩,果肉多汁,含有特殊的浓郁水果芳香,中国各地栽培。草莓富含氨基酸、果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸、果胶、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、烟酸及矿物质钙、镁、磷、钾、铁等,这些营养素对生长发育有很好的促进作用,对老人、儿童大有裨益。每百克草莓含维生素C50-100毫克,比苹果、葡萄高10倍以上。并且维生素C能消除细胞间的松弛与紧张状态,使脑细胞结构坚固,皮肤细腻有弹性,对脑和智力发育有重要影响。
在草莓种子播种前,为了提高成活率,需要对种子进行催芽。常用的催芽方法是将种子用温水浸泡后再用纱布包裹,然后放在20-25℃条件下即可进行催芽。这种催芽方法存在操作复杂的问题,操作人员的操作经验直接影响种子发芽率,不适合初学者和大规模种植。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使用方便、有效提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率的草莓种子催芽用浸泡液。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种草莓种子催芽用浸泡液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
藜芦15-20份、仙人掌10-15份、花生饼10-15份、葡萄籽8-13份、钠基膨润土6-11份、烟草秸秆灰6-11份、聚乙二醇5-10份、椰子油5-10份、尿素5-10份、酵母膏4-8份、矿石粉4-8份、黑芝麻粉3-6份、竹醋2-4份、氯化钠2-4份、赤霉素1-2份、甘蔗糖蜜1-2份、水500-600份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将藜芦和葡萄籽粉碎后加入水中,浸泡1h后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理15min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,待处理液冷却至室温后与仙人掌和花生饼一并加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将钠基膨润土和矿石粉加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入氯化钠和甘蔗糖蜜,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、烟草秸秆灰、聚乙二醇和椰子油,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,最后加入尿素、酵母膏、黑芝麻粉、竹醋和赤霉素,充分混合均匀。
所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:沸石粉15-20份、粉煤灰10-15份、炉甘石粉6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、苏打粉3-6份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、硫磺2-3份、雄黄1-2份、硼砂0.3-0.5份,其制备方法为:将海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入聚乙烯醇、硫磺和硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入沸石粉、粉煤灰、炉甘石粉、苏打粉和雄黄,充分混合均匀。
利用矿石粉的杀虫杀菌功效,对种子起到保护作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以植物成分和食品下脚料为主要原料,制得草莓种子催芽用浸泡液,该浸泡液中含有丰富的促进种子发芽的营养物质,并且能对种子起到杀虫杀菌作用,防止种子发霉腐烂,从而提高种子发芽率和幼苗成活率。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将15份藜芦和10份葡萄籽粉碎后加入500份水中,浸泡1h后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理15min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,待处理液冷却至室温后与10份仙人掌和12份花生饼一并加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将6份钠基膨润土和6份矿石粉加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入2份氯化钠和2份甘蔗糖蜜,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、6份烟草秸秆灰、8份聚乙二醇和6份椰子油,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,最后加入8份尿素、4份酵母膏、3份黑芝麻粉、3份竹醋和1份赤霉素,充分混合均匀。
矿石粉的制备:将5份海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入4份聚乙烯醇、3份硫磺和0.3份硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入15份沸石粉、12份粉煤灰、6份炉甘石粉、3份苏打粉和2份雄黄,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将20份藜芦和8份葡萄籽粉碎后加入600份水中,浸泡1h后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理15min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,待处理液冷却至室温后与15份仙人掌和10份花生饼一并加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将9份钠基膨润土和4份矿石粉加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入3份氯化钠和1份甘蔗糖蜜,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、9份烟草秸秆灰、6份聚乙二醇和8份椰子油,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,最后加入5份尿素、6份酵母膏、5份黑芝麻粉、2份竹醋和2份赤霉素,充分混合均匀。
矿石粉的制备:将7份海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入6份聚乙烯醇、2份硫磺和0.4份硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入20份沸石粉、10份粉煤灰、8份炉甘石粉、5份苏打粉和1份雄黄,充分混合均匀。

1.一种草莓种子催芽用浸泡液,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
藜芦15-20份、仙人掌10-15份、花生饼10-15份、葡萄籽8-13份、钠基膨润土6-11份、烟草秸秆灰6-11份、聚乙二醇5-10份、椰子油5-10份、尿素5-10份、酵母膏4-8份、矿石粉4-8份、黑芝麻粉3-6份、竹醋2-4份、氯化钠2-4份、赤霉素1-2份、甘蔗糖蜜1-2份、水500-600份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将藜芦和葡萄籽粉碎后加入水中,浸泡1h后先于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理15min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,待处理液冷却至室温后与仙人掌和花生饼一并加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将钠基膨润土和矿石粉加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,再加入氯化钠和甘蔗糖蜜,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、烟草秸秆灰、聚乙二醇和椰子油,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置30min,最后加入尿素、酵母膏、黑芝麻粉、竹醋和赤霉素,充分混合均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草莓种子催芽用浸泡液,其特征在于,所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:沸石粉15-20份、粉煤灰10-15份、炉甘石粉6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、苏打粉3-6份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、硫磺2-3份、雄黄1-2份、硼砂0.3-0.5份,其制备方法为:将海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入聚乙烯醇、硫磺和硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入沸石粉、粉煤灰、炉甘石粉、苏打粉和雄黄,充分混合均匀。
