The compensation quantity value can be, but is not limited to, the compensation of the frequency or the size of the digital signal of the electric energy signal, a user can set the compensation quantity value by himself, or a system can intelligently judge and calculate the compensation quantity value according to the sampling input signal and the electric energy signal for compensation, for example, when the sampling input signal and the electric energy signal have the same frequency and the size fluctuates, the compensation quantity value is the compensation of the size value, and conversely, when the sampling input signal and the electric energy signal have the same frequency and the size fluctuates, the compensation is the compensation of the frequency.
The three-phase harmonic standard electric energy meter provided by the embodiment takes the sampling input signal as the reference signal, samples the electric energy signal, and compensates the electric energy signal when the two have a deviation, so as to obtain an accurate electric energy value, and improve the metering accuracy of the electric energy meter.

The digital signal processing unit calculates a compensation quantity value according to the frequency of the digital signal of the sampling input signal and the frequency of the digital signal of the electric energy signal, and obtains a standard electric energy signal according to the compensation quantity value and the digital signal of the electric energy signal, thereby effectively solving the technical defect of inaccurate measurement of the electric energy meter.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the three-phase harmonic standard electric energy meter further includes a communication unit, which is used for the key operation unit to establish communication connection with the output unit so as to transmit the operation control command.
