本发明公开了一种不易松脱变形的实木门，属于家用或建筑用门领域，为解决实木门易变形开裂的问题。本发明一种不易松脱变形的实木门，包括门梃和门条，门条包括上冒头、中坎和下冒头，门条的两端设置有门榫，与门条上门榫相对应的门梃上设置有镶孔，门梃和门条围成边框的内部设置有门芯板，与门芯板相交的门梃或门条上均设置有凹槽，凹槽内设置有胶条。本发明的有益效果为：本实木门结构具有结构简单，设计巧妙、用途广泛，制作实施简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及家用或建筑用门领域，特别涉及一种不易松脱变形的实木门。
背景技术
在装修工程中，目前对门的选择无非有两种，一是常见的模压门，一个就是市场上销售的实木门。模压门因为造型漂亮，价格不贵，只有几百元，而且与实木门相比不易变形，因而在过去几年中一直受到普遍的欢迎。但随着人们对装修环保问题的逐步重视，模压门因为是由两张纤维板冷压而成，而纤维板中所含的甲醛是比较高的，使得模压门在环保性上大打折扣，因而实木门越来越被老百姓所青睐。但是，一般消费者并不知道，现在无论是市场上销售的实木门，还是由装饰公司制作的，其实都不是真正意义的实木门，并没有做到真正的环保和保证防裂和不变形；无论是传统实木门还是现代实木复合门，所用的木材因其材质、纹理等因素的差异，以及脱水处理不过关的原因(木门所用木材通常要求烘干，相对含水率在8％至12％)，做成木门后，变形、开裂的机会很大。
发明内容
为了解决实木门易变形开裂的问题，本发明提供了一种不易松脱变形的实木门。
本发明的技术方案为：一种不易松脱变形的实木门，包括门梃和门条，其特征在于：门条包括上冒头、中坎和下冒头，门条的两端设置有门榫，与门条上门榫相对应的门梃上设置有镶孔，门梃和门条围成边框的内部设置有门芯板，与门芯板相交的门梃或门条上均设置有凹槽，凹槽内设置有胶条。
门榫上包括双榫头。
门榫的长度为5-20厘米。
胶条的厚度为3-10毫米。
本发明的有益效果为：本实木门结构具有结构简单，设计巧妙、用途广泛，制作实施简便。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种不易松脱变形的实木门，包括门梃1和门条2，门条2包括上冒头3、中坎4和下冒头5，门条2的两端设置有门榫6，与门条2上门榫6相对应的门梃1上设置有镶孔，门梃1和门条2围成边框的内部设置有门芯板8，与门芯板8相交的门梃1或门条2上均设置有凹槽7，凹槽7内设置有胶条9。
门榫6上包括双榫头。
门榫6的长度为5-20厘米。
胶条9的厚度为3-10毫米。
本发明的有益效果为：本实木门结构具有结构简单，设计巧妙、用途广泛，制作实施简便。

1.一种不易松脱变形的实木门，包括门梃（1）和门条（2），其特征在于：门条（2）包括上冒头（3）、中坎（4）和下冒头（5），门条（2）的两端设置有门榫（6），与门条（2）上门榫（6）相对应的门梃（1）上设置有镶孔，门梃（1）和门条（2）围成边框的内部设置有门芯板（8），与门芯板（8）相交的门梃（1）或门条（2）上均设置有凹槽（7），凹槽（7）内设置有胶条（9）。
2.如权利要求1所述的不易松脱变形的实木门，其特征在于：门榫（6）上包括双榫头。
3.如权利要求1所述的不易松脱变形的实木门，其特征在于：门榫（6）的长度为5-20厘米。
4.如权利要求1所述的不易松脱变形的实木门，其特征在于：胶条（9）的厚度为3-10毫米。
