本发明公开了一种钢制隔音门,包括门框和门扇,所述门扇包括内门板和外门板,以及连接内门板和外门板的边框(8),由内到外依次布置有内门板(1),第一防火层(2),第一隔音层(3),芯板层(4),第二隔音层(5),第二防火层(6),外门板(7),所述内门板(1)和外门板(7)均由钢板制得。通过多层设计,各层制备方法的设计,使得钢制隔音门,不仅隔音效果佳,门的强度以及防火效果也得到了提高,完全满足特定场合的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及门技术领域,特别是涉及一种钢制隔音门。
背景技术
工业及城市化的高速发展,已不可避免的加剧了噪声污染的程度。
生活中来自各种场合的噪音已让人疲惫不堪。噪声对人体最直接的危害是听力损伤,再作用于大脑中枢神经***,使人产生头痛、脑胀、耳鸣、失眠、全身疲乏无力以及记忆力减退等神经衰弱症状。长期在高噪声环境下工作的人与低噪声环境下的情况相比,高血压、动脉硬化和冠心病的发病率要高2~3倍。噪音对胎儿的危害极大,高分贝噪音能损坏胎儿的听觉器官,还能使孕妇内分泌腺体的功能紊乱,导致流产、早产。研究表明,长期处在噪音的环境下的宝宝,将来的性格会比较暴躁。
当今,人们对生活品质,健康的要求越来越高,居住环境的适宜温度、安防措施、安静程度都成为必不可少的需求。国家为管控噪声污染,已先后颁布了《环境噪声污染防治条例》,《社会生活环境声排放标准》等法规。中国《绿色建筑评价标准》第4.5.3款要求对建筑围护结构采取有效的隔声、减噪措施,外窗和户门的空气声计权隔声量不得小于30dB。中国《民用建筑隔声设计规范》对住宅,学校,医院,旅馆, 办公室,商业等不同建筑物都提出了明确的隔声标准。上海市政府2013年3月1日起已实施《上海市社会生活噪声污染防治办法》,明确了公园等公共场所噪声、住宅小区装修噪声等噪声污染认定标准问题,针对噪声矛盾突出的公园等公共场所,规定了多层次防治措施。
除了政府部门对噪声污染的严格管控措施外,在必要的场合,安装隔音门窗,已经成为人们自行解决噪音困扰的有效途径。
金属门是现代装修行业中使用较多的一种门。金属门在家庭装修中使用的比较多,即有装饰的作用,又起到防盗的作用。金属门的隔音性能是人们所关心的问题之一。人们居住在室内时,希望金属门具有良好的隔音性能。现有的金属门隔音效果不好。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种钢制隔音门,能够解决现有技术中存在的问题,具有良好的隔音效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种钢制隔音门,包括门框和门扇,所述门扇包括内门板和外门板,以及连接内门板和外门板的边框(8),由内到外依次布置有内门板(1),第一防火层(2),第一隔音层(3),芯板层(4),第二隔音层(5),第二防火层(6),外门板(7),所述内门板(1)和外门板(7)均由钢板制得。
进一步地,其中内门板和外门板以及边框均由钢板制得,其制备方法为:
(1)浇注钢坯,钢坯的化学成分质量百分比为:0.35%≤C≤1.25%,1.0≤Si≤1.32%,0.8%≤Mn≤1.7%,0.6%≤Mo≤1.0%,0.002%≤P≤0.01%,0.002≤S≤0.01%,0.03%≤Ti≤0.06%,0.1≤Nb≤0.25%,Al≤0.3%,0.15%≤Mg≤0.25%,0.15%≤Ni≤0.4%,0.8%≤Co≤1.75%,0.6%≤Cr≤1.25%、0.55%≤Cu≤1.24%、复合稀土:0.1%-1.1%、余量为Fe;
(2)在1200-1310℃的温度范围内,将钢坯反复锻打-拔长使锻造比大于3,锻打后将钢坯加热至1100~1180℃,放入冲孔成型模内进行冲孔和整形;
(3)将成型后的门毛坯放在可控气氛箱式渗碳炉内,炉碳势为3.0%~3.6%的气氛下、温度为600-1050℃的条件下渗碳10~12小时;
(4)将门毛坯进行盐浴处理,盐浴处理温度为300-600℃,盐浴处理保温时间为1-3h,熔盐组成成分重量份配比:亚硝酸钾12-13份、氰酸钾5-10份,氰酸钠3-6份,碳酸锂2-5份,碳酸钠3-11份,碳酸钾5-15份,氯化钠1-2份、碳酸铝10-12份、硫酸锂6-8份。
(5)然后在空气中冷却至200-250℃,再采用水冷,以10℃/s的冷却速率水冷至室温。
(6)然后将毛坯加热到880-1050℃,保温时间15-60min,空冷到室温,然后将毛坯加热到750-820℃,保温30-120min,空冷到450-720℃,保温30-120min,继续空冷到200-300℃,保温30-150min,然后随炉冷却到室温。
进一步地,所述第一和第二防火层均由以下方法制备:所述防火层原料按重量份计,包括以下组分:氧化镁:15-50份,氯化镁6-15份,硫酸镁6-15份,玻璃纤维:1-6份,十二烷基硫酸钠:0.2-10份,硅酸钠:1-2份,碳酸钠:2-8份,珍珠岩:10-18份,膨润土:2-5份,石英粉:2-5份,粉煤灰:1-5份,水:10-60份;
具体按以下步骤顺序进行:
将氯化镁,硫酸镁放入搅拌机加水溶解;
添加氧化镁、玻璃纤维、硅酸钠、碳酸钠,充分搅拌下反应8-15分钟;
将十二烷基硫酸钠加入搅拌机,均匀搅拌发泡5-12分钟;
把珍珠岩,膨润土,石英粉,粉煤灰放入搅拌机搅拌至浆料体积稳定,得到膏状浆料;
把膏状浆料填充至防火层模具中;
在30-45℃、湿度60-80%的条件下养护8-12小时初步硬化;
在18-28℃、湿度40-60%的条件下继续养护15-30天。
进一步地,所述第一和第二隔音层由以下方法制备而成:所述隔音层的组分及其重量份按聚氯乙烯:1-15份,氯化聚乙烯:1-15份,粒径为5-30微米的铁粉:5-40份,硅烷偶联剂A-187:0.1-1份,硬脂酸:0.1-1份,亚磷酸三苯酯:5-12份,硼酸锌:0.2-1份,三氧化二锑:0.8-1份的比例均匀混合,然后将混合后的原料在开炼机上混炼,混炼温度为150-250℃,混炼时间为5-30分钟,将混炼后的复合材料制成薄片板材,作为隔音层使用。
进一步地,所述芯板层为多孔吸音材料。
进一步地,所述吸音材料可以是泡沫金属,纤维填充物或者发泡聚氨酯泡沫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是通过多层设计,各层制备方法的设计,使得钢制隔音门,不仅隔音效果佳,门的强度以及防火效果也得到了提高,本发明的隔音门通过各种材料层的组合设计,通过采用本发明配方制得的钢板作为框架、内门板和外门板,使得门的整体强度大大增强,耐热性也更好,同时通过采用本发明配方的制得的防火层和隔音层的组合,隔热效果非常好,并且隔音效果优良,而隔音层中间夹有吸音层,从而使得本发明具备高强度、隔热和隔音功能,完全满足特定场合的需求。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
一种钢制隔音门,包括门框和门扇,所述门扇包括内门板(1)和外门板(7),以及连接内门板和外门板的边框(8),由内到外依次布置有内门板(1),第一防火层(2),第一隔音层(3),芯板层(4),第二隔音层(5),第二防火层(6),外门板(7),所述内门板(1)和外门板(7)均由钢板制得,其制备方法为:
(1)浇注钢坯,钢坯的化学成分质量百分比为: C:0.85%,Si:1. 1%,Mn:1.25%,Mo:0.9%,P:0.008%,S:0.006%,Ti:0.045%,Nb:0.18%,Al:0.13%, Mg:0.22%,Ni:0.24%,Co:0.96%,Cr:0.88%、Cu:1.12%、复合稀土:0.8%、余量为Fe;所述复合稀土是La,Ce的混合物。
(2)在1250℃的温度范围内,将钢坯反复锻打-拔长使锻造比大于3,锻打后将钢坯加热至1150℃,放入冲孔成型模内进行冲孔和整形;
(3)将成型后的门毛坯放在可控气氛箱式渗碳炉内,炉碳势为3.3%的气氛下、温度为920℃的条件下渗碳12小时;
(4)将门毛坯进行盐浴处理,盐浴处理温度为420℃,盐浴处理保温时间为2h,熔盐组成成分重量份配比为:亚硝酸钾12.3份、氰酸钾7份,氰酸钠3.6份,碳酸锂4份,碳酸钠6份,碳酸钾7份,氯化钠1.12份、碳酸铝11份、硫酸锂7份。
(5)然后在空气中冷却至220℃,再采用水冷,以10℃/s的冷却速率水冷至室温。
(6)然后将门毛坯加热到950℃,保温时间45min,空冷到室温,然后将毛坯加热到770℃,保温60min,空冷到480℃,保温45min,继续空冷到220℃,保温60min,然后随炉冷却到室温。
所述第一和第二防火层均由以下方法制备:所述防火层原料按重量份计,包括以下组分:氧化镁:18份,氯化镁8份,硫酸镁8份,玻璃纤维:3份,十二烷基硫酸钠:2份,硅酸钠:1.2份,碳酸钠:3份,珍珠岩:12份,膨润土:2.2份,石英粉:3.1份,粉煤灰1.5份,水:25份;
具体按以下步骤顺序进行:
将氯化镁,硫酸镁放入搅拌机加水溶解;
添加氧化镁、玻璃纤维、硅酸钠、碳酸钠,充分搅拌下反应8-15分钟;
将十二烷基硫酸钠加入搅拌机,均匀搅拌发泡5-12分钟;
把珍珠岩,膨润土,石英粉,粉煤灰放入搅拌机搅拌至浆料体积稳定,得到膏状浆料;
把膏状浆料填充至防火层模具中;
在38℃、湿度70%的条件下养护10小时初步硬化;
在20℃、湿度55%的条件下继续养护20天。
所述第一和第二隔音层由以下方法制备而成:所述隔音层的组分及其重量份按聚氯乙烯:10份,氯化聚乙烯:10份,粒径为20微米的铁粉:20份,硅烷偶联剂A-187:0.5份,硬脂酸:0.2份,亚磷酸三苯酯:6份,硼酸锌:0.25份,三氧化二锑:0.9份的比例均匀混合,然后将混合后的原料在开炼机上混炼,混炼温度为210℃,混炼时间为25分钟,将混炼后的复合材料制成薄片板材,作为隔音层使用。
所述芯板层为多孔吸音材料,所述吸音材料可以是泡沫铝吸音材料。
实施例2
一种钢制隔音门,包括门框和门扇,所述门扇包括内门板(1)和外门板(7),以及连接内门板和外门板的边框(8),由内到外依次布置有内门板(1),第一防火层(2),第一隔音层(3),芯板层(4),第二隔音层(5),第二防火层(6),外门板(7),所述内门板(1)和外门板(7)均由钢板制得,其制备方法为:
(1)浇注钢坯,钢坯的化学成分质量百分比为:C:1.1%, Si:1.22%,Mn:0.95%,Mo:0.76%, P:0.004%, S:0.003%,Ti:0.04%, Nb:0.15%,Al:0.11%, Mg:0.21%, Ni:0.2%, Co:1.25%,Cr:0.75%、Cu:1.14%、复合稀土:0.98%、余量为Fe;所述复合稀土为镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)的混合物。
(2)在1230℃的温度,将钢坯反复锻打-拔长使锻造比大于3,锻打后将钢坯加热至1130℃,放入冲孔成型模内进行冲孔和整形;
(3)将成型后的门毛坯放在可控气氛箱式渗碳炉内,炉碳势为3.0%的气氛下、温度为710℃的条件下渗碳12小时;
(4)将门毛坯进行盐浴处理,盐浴处理温度为490℃,盐浴处理保温时间为2h,熔盐组成成分重量份配比:亚硝酸钾12.8份、氰酸钾8份,氰酸钠5份,碳酸锂4份,碳酸钠9份,碳酸钾13.6份,氯化钠1.6份、碳酸铝10.5份、硫酸锂7.2份。
(5)然后在空气中冷却至230℃,再采用水冷,以10℃/s的冷却速率水冷至室温。
(6)然后将毛坯加热到915℃,保温时间50min,空冷到室温,然后将毛坯加热到760℃,保温50min,空冷到600℃,保温35min,继续空冷到280℃,保温70min,然后随炉冷却到室温。
所述第一和第二防火层均由以下方法制备:所述防火层原料按重量份计,包括以下组分:氧化镁:45份,氯化镁9份,硫酸镁9份,玻璃纤维:4份,十二烷基硫酸钠:1.8份,硅酸钠:1.5份,碳酸钠:6份,珍珠岩:17份,膨润土:4份,石英粉:3份,粉煤灰:2份,水:55份;
具体按以下步骤顺序进行:
将氯化镁,硫酸镁放入搅拌机加水溶解;
添加氧化镁、玻璃纤维、硅酸钠、碳酸钠,充分搅拌下反应8-15分钟;
将十二烷基硫酸钠加入搅拌机,均匀搅拌发泡5-12分钟;
把珍珠岩,膨润土,石英粉,粉煤灰放入搅拌机搅拌至浆料体积稳定,得到膏状浆料;
把膏状浆料填充至防火层模具中;
在40℃、湿度75%的条件下养护10小时初步硬化;
在25℃、湿度50%的条件下继续养护25天。
所述第一和第二隔音层由以下方法制备而成:所述隔音层的组分及其重量份按聚氯乙烯:10份,氯化聚乙烯:10份,粒径为10微米的铁粉:28份,硅烷偶联剂A-187:0.4份,硬脂酸:0.6份,亚磷酸三苯酯:7份,硼酸锌:0.5份,三氧化二锑:0.8份的比例均匀混合,然后将混合后的原料在开炼机上混炼,混炼温度为190℃,混炼时间为30分钟,将混炼后的复合材料制成薄片板材,作为隔音层使用。
所述芯板层为多孔吸音材料,所述吸音材料是发泡聚氨酯泡沫。
Claims (6)
1.一种钢制隔音门,其特征在于:包括门框和门扇,所述门扇包括内门板和外门板,以及连接内门板和外门板的边框(8),由内到外依次布置有内门板(1),第一防火层(2),第一隔音层(3),芯板层(4),第二隔音层(5),第二防火层(6),外门板(7),所述内门板(1)和外门板(7)均由钢板制得。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢制隔音门,其特征在于,其中内门板和外门板以及边框均由钢板制得,其制备方法为:
(1)浇注钢坯,钢坯的化学成分质量百分比为:0.35%≤C≤1.25%,1.0≤Si≤1.32%,0.8%≤Mn≤1.7%,0.6%≤Mo≤1.0%,0.002%≤P≤0.01%,0.002≤S≤0.01%,0.03%≤Ti≤0.06%,0.1≤Nb≤0.25%,Al≤0.3%,0.15%≤Mg≤0.25%,0.15%≤Ni≤0.4%,0.8%≤Co≤1.75%,0.6%≤Cr≤1.25%、0.55%≤Cu≤1.24%、复合稀土:0.1%-1.1%、余量为Fe;
(2)在1200-1310℃的温度范围内,将钢坯反复锻打-拔长使锻造比大于3,锻打后将钢坯加热至1100~1180℃,放入冲孔成型模内进行冲孔和整形;
(3)将成型后的门毛坯放在可控气氛箱式渗碳炉内,炉碳势为3.0%~3.6%的气氛下、温度为600-1050℃的条件下渗碳10~12小时;
(4)将门毛坯进行盐浴处理,盐浴处理温度为300-600℃,盐浴处理保温时间为1-3h,熔盐组成成分重量份配比:亚硝酸钾12-13份、氰酸钾5-10份,氰酸钠3-6份,碳酸锂2-5份,碳酸钠3-11份,碳酸钾5-15份,氯化钠1-2份、碳酸铝10-12份、硫酸锂6-8份;
(5)然后在空气中冷却至200-250℃,再采用水冷,以10℃/s的冷却速率水冷至室温;
(6)然后将毛坯加热到880-1050℃,保温时间15-60min,空冷到室温,然后将毛坯加热到750-820℃,保温30-120min,空冷到450-720℃,保温30-120min,继续空冷到200-300℃,保温30-150min,然后随炉冷却到室温。
3.如权利要求1所述的钢制隔音门,其特征在于,所述第一和第二防火层均由以下方法制备:所述防火层原料按重量份计,包括以下组分:氧化镁:15-50份,氯化镁6-15份,硫酸镁6-15份,玻璃纤维:1-6份,十二烷基硫酸钠:0.2-10份,硅酸钠:1-2份,碳酸钠:2-8份,珍珠岩:10-18份,膨润土:2-5份,石英粉:2-5份,粉煤灰:1-5份,水:10-60份;
具体按以下步骤顺序进行:
将氯化镁,硫酸镁放入搅拌机加水溶解;
添加氧化镁、玻璃纤维、硅酸钠、碳酸钠,充分搅拌下反应8-15分钟;
将十二烷基硫酸钠加入搅拌机,均匀搅拌发泡5-12分钟;
把珍珠岩,膨润土,石英粉,粉煤灰放入搅拌机搅拌至浆料体积稳定,得到膏状浆料;
把膏状浆料填充至防火层模具中;
在30-45℃、湿度60-80%的条件下养护8-12小时初步硬化;
在18-28℃、湿度40-60%的条件下继续养护15-30天。
4.如权利要求1所述的钢制隔音门,其特征在于,所述第一和第二隔音层由以下方法制备而成:所述隔音层的组分及其重量份按聚氯乙烯:1-15份,氯化聚乙烯:1-15份,粒径为5-30微米的铁粉:5-40份,硅烷偶联剂A-187:0.1-1份,硬脂酸:0.1-1份,亚磷酸三苯酯:5-12份,硼酸锌:0.2-1份,三氧化二锑:0.8-1份的比例均匀混合,然后将混合后的原料在开炼机上混炼,混炼温度为150-250℃,混炼时间为5-30分钟,将混炼后的复合材料制成薄片板材,作为隔音层使用。
5.如权利要求1所述的钢制隔音门,其特征在于,所述芯板层为多孔吸音材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的钢制隔音门,其特征在于,所述吸音材料可以是泡沫金属,纤维填充物或者发泡聚氨酯泡沫。
