Abstract
本发明公开一种洗衣粉,包括以下重量百分比的组分:十二烷基苯磺酸钠30%~40%;无水碳酸钠20%~25%;硅酸钠12%~15%;硫酸钾25%~30%;脂肪酶2.0%~2.5%;苯乙醇油酸酯0.5%~1%。其制备方法:首先按比例将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、无水碳酸钠、硅酸钠、硫酸钾混合均匀;再加入脂肪酶和苯乙醇油酸酯混合均匀得到本洗衣粉。本发明不含磷,解决了由传统洗衣粉中含有的磷污染了环境以及危及人们的用水健康的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,尤其是一种洗衣粉。
背景技术
洗衣粉是人们日常生活的必需品,随着生活水平质量的提高以及科技的快速发展,人们也开始由单一的注重洗衣效果到注重洗衣效果与环保结合起来。
传统的洗衣粉中含有大量的磷,在洗衣的过程中,磷会随洗衣水流入到各种水域造成水质营养化,使得水草大量繁殖,消耗水中的氧气造成水中生物大量死亡,最终导致水质恶化不能使用,严重污染了环境以及危及人们的用水健康。
发明内容
本发明提供一种无磷环保的洗衣粉,解决了由传统洗衣粉中含有的磷污染了环境以及危及人们的用水健康的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种洗衣粉,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 30%~40%;
无水碳酸钠 20%~25%;
硅酸钠 12%~15%;
硫酸钾 25%~30%;
脂肪酶 2.0%~2.5%;
苯乙醇油酸酯 0.5%~1%。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
首先按比例将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、无水碳酸钠、硅酸钠、硫酸钾混合均匀;再加入脂肪酶和苯乙醇油酸酯混合均匀得到本洗衣粉。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明不含磷,解决了由传统洗衣粉中含有的磷污染了环境以及危及人们的用水健康的问题。
2、本发明泡量少,洗衣效果好,特别是去除衣服上的油渍效果更明显。

实施例1
一种洗衣粉,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠30%;无水碳酸钠25%;硅酸钠15%;硫酸钾27%;脂肪酶2.5%;苯乙醇油酸酯0.5%;
首先按比例将上述十二烷基苯磺酸钠、无水碳酸钠、硅酸钠、硫酸钾混合均匀;再加入脂肪酶和苯乙醇油酸酯混合均匀得到本洗衣粉。
实施例2
一种洗衣粉,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠35%;无水碳酸钠22%;硅酸钠 15%;硫酸钾25%;脂肪酶2.0%;苯乙醇油酸酯1%;
首先按比例将上述十二烷基苯磺酸钠、无水碳酸钠、硅酸钠、硫酸钾混合均匀;再加入脂肪酶和苯乙醇油酸酯混合均匀得到本洗衣粉。
实施例3
一种洗衣粉,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠40%;无水碳酸钠20%;硅酸钠12%;硫酸钾25%;脂肪酶2.3%;苯乙醇油酸酯0.7%;
首先按比例将上述十二烷基苯磺酸钠、无水碳酸钠、硅酸钠、硫酸钾混合均匀;再加入脂肪酶和苯乙醇油酸酯混合均匀得到本洗衣粉。

1.一种洗衣粉,其特征在于:所述的洗衣粉包括以下重量百分比的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 30%~40%;
无水碳酸钠 20%~25%;
硅酸钠 12%~15%;
硫酸钾 25%~30%;
脂肪酶 2.0%~2.5%;
苯乙醇油酸酯 0.5%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣粉,其特征在于其制备方法包括以下步骤:
首先按比例将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、无水碳酸钠、硅酸钠、硫酸钾混合均匀;再加入脂肪酶和苯乙醇油酸酯混合均匀得到本洗衣粉。
