本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种吸湿排汗型校服面料,该校服面料具有良好的吸湿排汗作用,满足***量较大的需求。其结构包括纺织面料层,所述的纺织面料层外表面设有蚕丝层,蚕丝层的外表面设有麻棉金属层;所述的麻棉纤维层由多个平行四边形麻棉金属块间隔分布组成;所述的纺织面料层的内表面设有莫代尔层,所述的莫代尔层的内表面设有竹炭纤维层;所述的竹炭纤维层由多个竹炭纤维块间隔分布组成;所述的竹炭纤维层的内表面固定设有圆柱型纯棉凸起,所述的纯棉凸起的内表面呈弧面。它结构简单,使用方便,适用于多种场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其是一种吸湿排汗型校服面料。
背景技术
近年来,随着科技的进步,社会的发展,人们的生活水平得到了很大的提高,其中非常明显的是人们穿着所使用的面料,除了保暖和遮服作用,出现了的很多功能性的作用。
在学校,校服是学生经常穿戴的衣服,而且通常学生的运动量比较大,出汗比较多,这就对校服的面料提出了更高的要求,必须具有良好的吸湿、排汗作用。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种吸湿排汗型校服面料,该校服面料具有良好的吸湿排汗作用,满足***量较大的需求。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该种吸湿排汗型校服面料,其结构包括纺织面料层,其特征是,所述的纺织面料层外表面设有蚕丝层,蚕丝层的外表面设有麻棉金属层;所述的麻棉纤维层由多个平行四边形麻棉金属块间隔分布组成;
所述的纺织面料层的内表面设有莫代尔层,所述的莫代尔层的内表面设有竹炭纤维层;所述的竹炭纤维层由多个竹炭纤维块间隔分布组成;
所述的竹炭纤维层的内表面固定设有圆柱型纯棉凸起,所述的纯棉凸起的内表面呈弧面。
优选的,所述的纺织面料层由多个圆形纺织面料块间隔分布组成。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果:
1、由于所述的纺织面料层外表面设有蚕丝层,蚕丝层的外表面设有麻棉金属层,因此,使用时,麻棉金属层可以防静电,不易搓起、不卷边,且具有防螨止痒的作用,且蚕丝层具有抗菌、抑菌的效果,具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的纺织面料层的内表面设有莫代尔层,所述的莫代尔层的内表面设有竹炭纤维层,因此,使用时,莫代尔层具有良好的吸湿效果,实用性强,且竹炭纤维层天然、环保、保健,具有良好的除臭、防紫外线作用。
3、由于所述的竹炭纤维层的内表面固定设有圆柱型纯棉凸起,所述的纯棉凸起的内表面呈弧面,因此,使用时,圆柱型纯棉凸起具有良好的吸汗效果,弧面的好处在于能够更好的与人体的皮肤相配合。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明,实施例不构成对本发明的限制:
如图1、图2所示,该种吸湿排汗型校服面料,其结构包括纺织面料层,所述的纺织面料层3外表面设有蚕丝层8,蚕丝层8的外表面设有麻棉金属层1;所述的麻棉纤维层1由多个平行四边形麻棉金属块间隔分布组成。麻棉金属块之间设有间隙2。使用时,麻棉金属层可以防静电,不易搓起、不卷边,且具有防螨止痒的作用,且蚕丝层具有抗菌、抑菌的效果,间隙具有通风效果。生产时,纺织面料层经向采用吸湿排汗长丝,纬向精梳棉纱。采用组织结构外层经纱暴露,内层棉纱贴肤。穿着舒适,外观美观,可用喷水织机织造,降低成本70%。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的纺织面料层3的内表面设有莫代尔层4,所述的莫代尔层4的内表面设有竹炭纤维层7;所述的竹炭纤维层7由多个竹炭纤维块间隔分布组成,具有通风作用。使用时,莫代尔层具有良好的吸湿效果,实用性强,且竹炭纤维层天然、环保、保健,具有良好的除臭、防紫外线作用。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的竹炭纤维层7的内表面固定设有圆柱型纯棉凸起5,所述的纯棉凸起5的内表面呈弧面6。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的纺织面料层3由多个圆形纺织面料块间隔分布组成。具有通风的效果。

所述的纺织面料层的内表面设有莫代尔层,所述的莫代尔层的内表面设有竹炭纤维层;所述的竹炭纤维层由多个竹炭纤维块间隔分布组成;
所述的竹炭纤维层的内表面固定设有圆柱型纯棉凸起,所述的纯棉凸起的内表面呈弧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗型校服面料,其特征是,所述的纺织面料层由多个圆形纺织面料块间隔分布组成。
