本发明公开了一种密炼机转子,其特征在于,包括转子轴(5),所述转子轴(5)上设置有输送段(1)和螺纹段(2),所述输送段(1)上设置有双导程螺槽(3),所述螺纹段(2)的螺楞角(4)的斜面倾斜角度为3~30°。所述螺楞角(4)包括正对进料方向的第一斜面(8)和正对出料方向的第二斜面(9),所述第一斜面(8)和第二斜面(9)的顶端均向进料方向倾斜延伸,所述第一斜面(8)的倾斜角度α小于所述第二斜面(9)的倾斜角度β。本发明提供的一种密炼机转子,结构简单,膨松体物料输送平稳,送料量大,分散效果好,产量能提高50%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密炼机转子,尤其涉及一种主要针对填充膨松体物料所改进的一种连续密炼机转子。
背景技术
常规转子包括输送段和螺纹段,输送段单导程螺槽深,螺纹段的螺楞角斜面角度在大,存在输送的物料稳定性受限制,送料量小,产能低,特别不适用于膨松体物料的输送等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单,膨松体物料输送平稳,送料量大,分散效果好,产量能提高50%的密炼机转子。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
密炼机转子,其特征在于,包括转子轴,所述转子轴上设置有输送段和螺纹段,所述输送段上设置有双导程螺槽,所述螺纹段的螺楞角的斜面倾斜角度为3~30°。
所述双导程螺槽包括第一螺槽和第二螺槽,所述第一螺槽和第二螺槽均呈S型且相互交叉设置。
所述螺楞角包括正对进料方向的第一斜面和正对出料方向的第二斜面,所述第一斜面和第二斜面的顶端均向进料方向倾斜延伸,所述第一斜面的倾斜角度α小于所述第二斜面的倾斜角度β。
所述第一斜面的倾斜角度α为3~8°,所述第二斜面的倾斜角度β为9~30°。
α为3°,β为30°。
本发明提供的一种密炼机转子,采用双导程螺槽,并且螺楞角的斜面倾斜角度3~30°的设置,使膨松体物料输送的稳定性好,有效的充满整个了密炼内腔,分散性好,送料量大,让密炼机输送量提高了50%。

如图1~图2所示,密炼机转子,其特征在于,包括转子轴5,所述转子轴5上设置有输送段1和螺纹段2,所述输送段1上设置有双导程螺槽3,所述螺纹段2的螺楞角4的斜面倾斜角度为3~30°。
所述双导程螺槽3包括第一螺槽6和第二螺槽7,所述第一螺槽6和第二螺槽7均呈S型且相互交叉设置。
所述螺楞角4包括正对进料方向的第一斜面8和正对出料方向的第二斜面9,所述第一斜面8和第二斜面9的顶端均向进料方向倾斜延伸,所述第一斜面8的倾斜角度α小于所述第二斜面9的倾斜角度β。
所述第一斜面8的倾斜角度α为3°,所述第二斜面9的倾斜角度β为30°。

所述双导程螺槽(3)包括第一螺槽(6)和第二螺槽(7),所述第一螺槽(6)和第二螺槽(7)均呈S型且相互交叉设置;
所述螺楞角(4)包括正对进料方向的第一斜面(8)和正对出料方向的第二斜面(9),所述第一斜面(8)和第二斜面(9)的顶端均向进料方向倾斜延伸,所述第一斜面(8)的倾斜角度α小于所述第二斜面(9)的倾斜角度β。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密炼机转子,其特征在于:所述第一斜面(8)的倾斜角度α为3~8°,所述第二斜面(9)的倾斜角度β为9~30°。
