本发明涉及教练机的技术领域，尤其涉及能帮助学员矫正学习动作的教练机。
背景技术
经过调查，许多学生在上完体育课时，由于只有少数学生不会体育技能，因此老师很少给予细心传授，使得学生无法正常的上体育课，无法很好的与同学一起运动。课后也得不到很好的指导。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供了自助教练机，内置吸附器，采用了最新的动作捕捉技术，能将用户的动作捕捉下来，并传输到电脑上，并以动画的形式模拟出来，并将之于标准的动作进行比较，以此矫正用户的动作，帮助用户提高他们的体育能力。
本发明所采用的技术方案是自助教练机，由插卡处、内置动作捕捉器、滑轮底板、触控屏幕和立杆组成，其特点在于：触控屏幕连接着立杆，立杆连接着滑轮底板；触控屏幕背部设有插卡处，立杆背部可挂内置动作捕捉器。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示，自助教练机，由插卡处（1）、内置动作捕捉器（2）、滑轮底板（3）、触控屏幕（4）和立杆（5）组成。
使用时，首先用户将专用卡***插卡处（1），启动机器，接着由用户在触控屏幕（4）上选择所要训练的动作。其次由用户带上内置动作捕捉器（2）在手腕和脚踝，并做出动作。最后触控屏幕（4），将内置动作捕捉器（2）捕捉到人体动作转化为电脑数据记录下来，并于标准动作进行对比，以此来矫正学员的动作。

Claims (4)

1.自助教练机，由插卡处（1）、内置动作捕捉器（2）、滑轮底板（3）、触控屏幕（4）和立杆（5）组成，其特点在于：触控屏幕（4）连接着立杆（5），立杆（5）连接着滑轮底板（3）；触控屏幕（4）背部设有插卡处（2），立杆（5）背部（5）可挂内置动作捕捉器（2）。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的自助教练机，所述：内置动作捕捉器（2），包在手腕和脚踝处，用于捕捉人体动作。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的自助教练机，所述：触控屏幕（4），将内置动作捕捉器（2）捕捉到人体动作转化为电脑数据记录下来，并于标准动作进行对比，以此来矫正学员的动作。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的自助教练机，所述：插卡处（1），***插卡器后，机器才能启动。
