Abstract

本发明涉及一种接骨板,尤其涉及一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板。通过钢板的轮廓与肱骨近端及外侧缘解剖形态的贴合,解决了肱骨大结节撕脱骨折、肱骨大结节粉碎骨折、肱骨近端粉碎骨折治疗过程中的上述难题;带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,包括钢板本体,钢板本体上端面上一体成形的连接有三个拉钩,三个拉钩之间相互连接并与钢板本体侧连接,不同延伸板的长度设计,适合不同治疗需求,可根据不同骨折情况选用,最短的带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板能在肩关节镜下操作,对小块撕脱骨折、粉碎骨折有更大优势。

一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接骨板,尤其涉及一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板。
背景技术
肱骨大结节撕脱骨折、肱骨大结节粉碎骨折、肱骨近端粉碎骨折等骨折术时对肩袖止点的重建固定都是棘手的难题。
肱骨大结节撕脱骨折用螺钉、锁定钢板固定常因骨质疏松、骨块较小、肩袖收缩力量过大等原因导致再次撕脱、骨块碎裂、移位等问题,造成手术失败,严重影响患者术后功能 。
肱骨大结节粉碎骨折,用锁定钢板固定,对带骨块的肩袖固定往往依赖将撕脱骨块及肩袖缝合在钢板上,因缝线切割、接触面积少、肩袖收缩力量过大等原因导致再次撕脱、骨块碎裂、移位等问题,造成手术失败。用克氏针钢丝张力带固定,锚钉缝线桥固定面临同样的力学难题,特别是老年骨质疏松患者,固定强度往往达不到早期锻炼要求,再撕裂、骨块移位风险更大。
肱骨近端粉碎骨折用锁定钢板固定,对带骨块的肩袖固定同样依赖将撕脱骨块及肩袖缝合在钢板上,因缝线切割、接触面积少、肩袖收缩力量过大等原因导致再次撕脱、骨块碎裂、移位等问题,往往因带骨块肩袖组织缝合后愈合不良或因缝线切割、接触面积少、肩袖收缩力量过大等原因导致再次撕脱、骨块碎裂、移位等问题,在肱骨近端粉碎骨折愈合后患者肩关节外展、前屈、内外旋功能恢复不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种利用率高的带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板。
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,包括钢板本体,钢板本体上端面上一体成形的连接有三个拉钩,三个拉钩之间相互连接并与钢板本体侧连接,钢板本体上设有3~4个锁定孔,钢板本体上还设有克式针孔,克式针孔分布在锁定孔的两侧,所述的钢板本体的长度为 36-42mm, 所述的钢板本体上还设有1个锁定加压结合孔。
作为优选方案,所述的钢板本体下端设有与之相互一体成型的延伸钢板,延伸钢板上设有2-4个锁定孔,所述延伸钢板的长度为20-40mm。
作为优选方案,所述的单个拉钩基底部宽a为6-8 mm,弧形钩长0.8 mm~1.0 mm,拉钩翻折处展开平放呈一三角形。
作为优选方案,所述的锁定孔的孔直径为2.7mm。
作为优选方案,所述的克式针孔数量为6或8个。
作为优选方案,所述的克式针孔平均分布在锁定孔的两侧各3或4个。
作为优选方案,所述的钢板本体与肱骨近端及两外侧缘弧度相吻合的弧形状。
作为优选方案,所述的接骨板的材料为钢或钛合金板。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:通过钢板的轮廓与肱骨近端及外侧缘解剖形态的贴合,解决了肱骨大结节撕脱骨折、肱骨大结节粉碎骨折、肱骨近端粉碎骨折治疗过程中的上述难题;近端与钢板相连的三个钩形设计,与骨块及肩袖组织接触面积大,减少切割;能固定肱骨大结节撕脱骨折、肱骨大结节粉碎骨折、肱骨近端粉碎骨折,同时有缝合孔,在需要时可进一步缝合固定,较空心螺钉固定、锁定钢板固定、锁定钢板加缝线缝合固定、克氏针钢丝张力带固定、锚钉缝线桥固定骨块及肩袖有更大的力学强度,可早期功能锻炼;不同延伸板的长度设计,适合不同治疗需求,可根据不同骨折情况选用,最短的带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板能在肩关节镜下操作,对小块撕脱骨折、粉碎骨折有更大优势。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图1-6对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例1
一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,包括钢板本体1,钢板本体1上端面上一体成形的连接有三个拉钩2,三个拉钩在钢板本体侧相互连接,连接的效果是增大了接触面积,相互直接又有所拉力,当锁定加压结合孔5上的螺钉钻入时,拉钩与大结节表面更贴合。其钢板本体1上设有3~4个锁定孔3,钢板本体1上还设有6个克式针孔4,克式针孔4分布在锁定孔3的两侧各3个,所述的钢板本体1的长度为 40mm, 所述的钢板本体1上还设有1个锁定加压结合孔5,锁定加压结合孔5的作用,是转入螺钉后让上端的钩向下拉更贴合骨表面,所述的单个拉钩2基底部宽a为6-8 mm,弧形钩长0.8 mm~1.0 mm,拉钩2翻折处展开平放呈一三角形,所述的锁定孔的孔5直径为2.7mm,所述的钢板本体1与肱骨近端及两外侧缘弧度相吻合的弧形状,所述的钢板本体1的材料为钢或钛合金板。
本设计最大特点是增加3个平展为三角形的拉钩2,拉钩2切入骨块及肩袖组织上,独特三角形的设计增大了接触面积,减少切割,在使用中可以很有效的预防复位骨块滑脱。必要时加压孔设计能使骨块进一步复位,结合锁定螺钉能应用于骨质疏松患者,使内固定更为坚强。三个拉钩根据大结节解剖结构设计,能适用于不同体形患者,钩与接骨板一体化设计增加了固定的力学强度,所以其特定的形状是本申请中独创的,小型接骨板设计能在关节镜下操作,填补了该领域的空白。
实施例2
一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,包括钢板本体1,钢板本体1上端面上一体成形的连接有三个拉钩2,钢板本体1上设有3~4个锁定孔3,钢板本体上还设有8个克式针孔4,克式针孔4分布在锁定孔3的两侧各4个,所述的钢板本体1的长度为 40mm, 所述的钢板本体1上还设有1锁定加压结合孔5,所述的钢板本体下端设有与之相互一体成型的延伸钢板6,延伸钢板6上设有3个锁定孔3,所述延伸钢板6的长度为40mm,是在固定的位置不到的情况下,增加其接骨板长度,3个锁定孔3基本上可以满足固定要求。所述的单个拉钩2基底部宽a为6-8 mm,弧形钩长0.8 mm~1.0 mm,拉钩2翻折处展开平放呈一三角形,所述的锁定孔的孔5直径为2.7mm,所述的钢板本体1与肱骨近端及两外侧缘弧度相吻合的弧形状,所述的钢板本体1的材料为钢或钛合金板。
本实施例在原接骨板功能的基础上满足同时合并肱骨近段骨折病例固定的需要。

1.一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,其特征在于,包括钢板本体,钢板本体上端面上一体成形的连接有三个拉钩,三个拉钩之间相互连接并与钢板本体侧连接,钢板本体上设有3~4个锁定孔,钢板本体上还设有克式针孔,克式针孔分布在锁定孔的两侧,所述的钢板本体的长度为 36-42mm, 所述的钢板本体上还设有1个锁定加压结合孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,其特征在于,所述的钢板本体下端设有与之相互一体成型的延伸钢板,延伸钢板上设有2-4个锁定孔,所述延伸钢板的长度为20-40mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,其特征在于,所述的单个拉钩基底部宽a为6-8 mm,弧形钩长0.8 mm~1.0 mm,拉钩由翻折处展开平放呈一三角形。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,其特征在于,所述的钢板本体与肱骨近端及两外侧缘弧度相吻合的弧形状。
8.根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的一种带钩肱骨近端锁定接骨板,其特征在于,所述的接骨板的材料为钢或钛合金板。
