Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治菜螟的组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,15~25份;柽柳酮,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1。本发明提供的组合物可以防治菜螟,可以开发成防治菜螟的农药,防治效果与原料中增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比有关,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1时,防治效果最好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种防治菜螟的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
虱螨脲主要用于防治棉花、玉米、蔬菜、果树等鳞翅目等幼虫;也可作为卫生用药;还可用于防治刺吸式口器害虫。
菜螟主要危害十字花科白菜类、甘蓝类、芥菜类和萝卜等根菜类蔬菜,还可危害菠菜等,以初龄幼虫蛀食幼苗大菜螟心叶,吐丝结网,轻则影响菜苗生长,重者可致幼苗枯死,造成缺苗断垅;高龄幼虫除啮食心叶外,还可蛀食茎髓和根部,并可传播细菌软腐病,引致菜株腐烂死亡。该虫广泛分布于全国各蔬区,尤以萝卜、白菜、甘蓝受害为重。
目前尚未见虱螨脲与柽柳酮协同防治菜螟的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含虱螨脲和柽柳酮的防治菜螟的组合物及其在农药中的应用。
本发明的上述目的是通过下面的技术方案得以实现的:
一种防治菜螟的组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,15~25份;柽柳酮,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1。
进一步地,所述的防治菜螟的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,20份;柽柳酮,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为7:1。
进一步地,所述的防治菜螟的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,15份;柽柳酮,10份;乙醇,120份;水,440份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共7份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6:1。
进一步地,所述的防治菜螟的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,25份;柽柳酮,20份;乙醇,140份;水,480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共9份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为8:1。
上述组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将虱螨脲、柽柳酮和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将乙二胺四乙酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
本发明的优点:
本发明提供的组合物可以防治菜螟,可以开发成防治菜螟的农药。

实施例1:防治菜螟的组合物的制备
原料重量份比:
虱螨脲,20份;柽柳酮,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为7:1。
制备方法:
步骤S1,将虱螨脲、柽柳酮和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将乙二胺四乙酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
实施例2:防治菜螟的组合物的制备
原料重量份比:
虱螨脲,15份;柽柳酮,10份;乙醇,120份;水,440份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共7份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6:1。

制备方法:

步骤S2,将乙二胺四乙酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
实施例7:对比实施例,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为9:1
原料重量份比:
虱螨脲,20份;柽柳酮,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为9:1。
制备方法:
步骤S1,将虱螨脲、柽柳酮和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将乙二胺四乙酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
实施例8:效果实施例
采用田间试验分别测试实施例1~7制备的组合物对菜螟的防治有效率(%)。
试验设药剂处理组1~7和空白对照组,药剂处理组1~7分别喷洒实施例1~7制备的组合物,空白对照组喷洒清水。药剂处理组剂喷洒量以虱螨脲计40g/hm2。小区面积为50m2,随机区组排列。重复4次。采用工农-16喷雾器喷药,喷液量750kg/hm2。参照农业部田间药效试验准则,于药后15d,计算防治有效率(%)。
结果如下表。

实施例2、3的效果与实施例4、5基本一致。
上述结果表明,本发明提供的组合物可以防治菜螟,可以开发成防治菜螟的农药,防治效果与原料中增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比有关,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1时,防治效果最好。若不添加柽柳酮,本发明组合物的防治有效率不足50%。而且,本发明组合物喷洒药量小,不易残留。

1.一种防治菜螟的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,15~25份;柽柳酮,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治菜螟的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,20份;柽柳酮,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为7:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防治菜螟的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,15份;柽柳酮,10份;乙醇,120份;水,440份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共7份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为6:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防治菜螟的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:虱螨脲,25份;柽柳酮,20份;乙醇,140份;水,480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁共9份,尼泊金甲酯和乙二胺四乙酸铁的重量份之比为8:1。
5.权利要求1~4任一所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将虱螨脲、柽柳酮和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将乙二胺四乙酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
