Abstract

本发明涉及防腐技术领域,公开了一种球罐防腐工艺,包括步骤对球罐整体进行喷砂除锈、表面清除灰尘、涂底漆、中间漆、面漆的处理,在球罐外表面半球处安装一圈导水槽,在导水槽上方区域,对球罐焊缝处涂抹工业黄油,在导水槽下方区域,对球罐与支座连接处及支座上涂抹防虫剂。其针对球罐的不同部位所处的环境不同,采取了不同的防腐措施,有效的防止了球罐生锈老化,防腐效果好,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐技术领域,尤其涉及一种球罐防腐工艺。
背景技术
球罐常用与存储石化领域中的液体或者气体,一般会承受一定的压力,所以存在一定的危险性。由于球罐一般安装在室外,需要承受风吹雨打,容易老化生锈,生锈的球罐会缩短使用寿命,且还存在一定的安全隐患。所以对球罐进行防腐处理就非常重要。而现有技术中对球罐一般就采用常规的喷砂打磨,涂油漆,每一针对球罐处于特殊的环境,球罐的不同位置进行对应的处理,易出现薄弱环节,造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种球罐防腐工艺,很好的解决上述问题,针对球罐的不同部位所处的环境不同,采取了不同的防腐措施,有效的防止了球罐生锈老化,防腐效果好,安全可靠。
本发明的技术方案是一种球罐防腐工艺,包括步骤:在球罐外表面半球处安装一圈导水槽。
进一步的,还包括步骤:在安装导水槽前,对球罐整体进行喷砂除锈、表面清除灰尘、涂底漆、中间漆、面漆的处理。
进一步的,还包括步骤:在导水槽上方区域,对球罐焊缝处涂抹工业黄油。
进一步的,还包括步骤:在导水槽下方区域,对球罐与支座连接处及支座上涂抹防虫剂。
进一步的,所述喷砂除锈中,所用的压缩空气在0.5-0.7Mpa,喷射距离为 150-200mm,喷射方向和储罐内壁表面法线的夹角为15-30°;喷嘴选用文丘里型喷嘴,磨料选用石英砂,粒度0.5-1.5mm,含水率小于0.9%。
进一步的,所述底漆由A、B两组按照10:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中A组:环氧树脂310~345份,钛白粉95~110份,滑石粉80~115份,三氧化二铝210~260份,二甲苯15~45份;B组:三羟甲基丙烷12份,甲苯二异氰酸酯30~40份;
进一步的,所述中间漆由C、D两组按照4:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中C组:环氧树脂85~100份,三氧化二铝550~660份,碳化硅50份,碳化钨100~150份,二甲苯8~10份,钛白粉20份;D组:三羟甲基丙烷10~15份,甲苯二异氰酸酯35~45份,活性稀释剂1~2份,碳化钨50份,三氧化二铝75~90份;
进一步的,所述面漆由E、F两组按照4:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中E组:环氧树脂320~345份,钛白粉90~120份,滑石粉80~115份,三氧化二铝210~260份,二甲苯15~45份;F组:三羟甲基丙烷10~15份,甲苯二异氰酸酯30~45份。
进一步的,所述导水槽与球罐外面接触紧密,以不从导水槽与球罐间漏水为标准。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、导水槽的设计将球罐分为了上下两个半球,上半球易被雨淋,下半球易被昆虫爬上去,被昆虫的液体腐蚀,针对上下半球处于不同的环境,对其进行针对性的防腐处理;
2、对常被雨淋的上半球,在完成一般防腐后,还在焊缝处涂抹了工业黄油,进一步保证了防腐效果,使雨不易积聚在焊缝处。
3、导水槽的设计使上半球的雨水不会顺着球面流向下半球,防止了下半球被雨水侵蚀。
4、杀虫剂的涂抹,防止了昆虫等从支座爬上球罐,防止了球罐被昆虫的液体侵蚀。
5、本发明采用的喷砂的条件还有底漆、中间漆、面漆的配方,防腐效果好于一般的防腐处理,防腐寿命比原有的提高了20%。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明提供了一种球罐防腐工艺,包括步骤1:在安装导水槽前,对球罐整体进行喷砂除锈、表面清除灰尘、涂底漆、中间漆、面漆的处理;
步骤2:在球罐外表面半球处安装一圈导水槽;
步骤3:在导水槽上方区域,对球罐焊缝处涂抹工业黄油。
步骤4:在导水槽下方区域,对球罐与支座连接处及支座上涂抹防虫剂。
在步骤1中,喷砂除锈所用的压缩空气在0.5-0.7Mpa,喷射距离为150-200mm,喷射方向和储罐内壁表面法线的夹角为15-30°;喷嘴选用文丘里型喷嘴,磨料选用石英砂,粒度0.5-1.5mm,含水率小于0.9%。
底漆由A、B两组按照10:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中A组:环氧树脂310~345份,钛白粉95~110份,滑石粉80~115份,三氧化二铝210~260份,二甲苯15~45份;B组:三羟甲基丙烷12份,甲苯二异氰酸酯30~40份;
中间漆由C、D两组按照4:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中C组:环氧树脂85~100份,三氧化二铝550~660份,碳化硅50份,碳化 钨100~150份,二甲苯8~10份,钛白粉20份;D组:三羟甲基丙烷10~15份,甲苯二异氰酸酯35~45份,活性稀释剂1~2份,碳化钨50份,三氧化二铝75~90份;
面漆由E、F两组按照4:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中E组:环氧树脂320~345份,钛白粉90~120份,滑石粉80~115份,三氧化二铝210~260份,二甲苯15~45份;F组:三羟甲基丙烷10~15份,甲苯二异氰酸酯30~45份。
导水槽与球罐外面接触紧密,以不从导水槽与球罐间漏水为标准。
本发明通过导水槽将球罐分为了上下两个半球,并针对上下两个半球处于的不同环境,采取了不同的防腐处理手段,防腐效果好,有效的防止了球罐生锈老化,防腐寿命长,安全可靠。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:在球罐外表面半球处安装一圈导水槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,还包括步骤:在安装导水槽前,对球罐整体进行喷砂除锈、表面清除灰尘、涂底漆、中间漆、面漆的处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,还包括步骤:在导水槽上方区域,对球罐焊缝处涂抹工业黄油。
4.根据权利要求2所述的球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,还包括步骤:在导水槽下方区域,对球罐与支座连接处及支座上涂抹防虫剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述喷砂除锈中,所用的压缩空气在0.5-0.7Mpa,喷射距离为150-200mm,喷射方向和储罐内壁表面法线的夹角为15-30°;喷嘴选用文丘里型喷嘴,磨料选用石英砂,粒度0.5-1.5mm,含水率小于0.9%。

7.根据权利要求2所述的球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述中间漆由C、D两组按照4:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中C组:环氧树脂85~100份,三氧化二铝550~660份,碳化硅50份,碳化钨100~150份,二甲苯8~10份,钛白粉20份;D组:三羟甲基丙烷10~15份,甲苯二异氰酸酯35~45份,活性稀释剂1~2份,碳化钨50份,三氧化二铝75~90份。
8.根据权利要求2所述的球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述面漆由E、F两组按照4:1质量比混合、搅匀制成;其中E组:环氧树脂320~345份,钛白粉90~120份,滑石粉80~115份,三氧化二铝210~260份,二甲苯15~45份;F组:三羟甲基丙烷10~15份,甲苯二异氰酸酯30~45份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的球罐防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述导水槽与球罐外面接触紧密,以不从导水槽与球罐间漏水为标准。
