Abstract

本发明公开了一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱及其控制方法,该冰箱包括冷藏室,冷藏室具有独立的冷藏制冷循环***,冷藏制冷循环***包括蒸发器、风机、冷藏送风口、冷藏回风口,冷藏送风口一端通过冷藏送风风道与蒸发器腔上方连通、另一端与冷藏室连通,冷藏回风口一端通过冷藏回风风道与蒸发器腔下方连通、另一端与冷藏室连通,冷藏送风口位于冷藏室上部,冷藏回风口位于冷藏室下部,冷藏室下部设置有保湿抽屉,冷藏回风口连通保湿抽屉。本发明优点:仅需利用冰箱原有***蒸发器上的霜能,无需增加任何装置,即可实现对保湿抽屉的定向加湿,显著改善了保湿抽屉的保鲜效果,能够进一步满足用户需求,降低冰箱能耗。

一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱及其控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱及其控制方法。
背景技术
随着人们物质生活水平的提高,对冰箱保鲜性能提出了越来越高的要求。尤其用户在存储需要高湿度的食材时,需要冰箱能够提供一个高湿度的相对独立的空间。目前市场上也相继出现了可以分类存储干湿食材的冰箱。但是该类冰箱均是通过食材本身散发的水分致使存储环境湿度上升,在一定程度上,会使食材的一部分水分丧失,损失了食材的营养成分。另外一些保湿冰箱或者抽屉,也是靠外表加水进行加湿,对于用户来说,便利性较差。因此,保持冰箱存储抽屉的湿度还需要另辟蹊径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱及其控制方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱,包括冷藏室,所述冷藏室具有独立的冷藏制冷循环***,所述冷藏制冷循环***包括蒸发器、风机、冷藏送风口、冷藏回风口,所述冷藏室背部设置有蒸发器腔,所述蒸发器腔内设置所述蒸发器,所述风机设置于所述蒸发器上方,所述冷藏送风口一端通过冷藏送风风道与所述蒸发器腔上方连通、另一端与所述冷藏室连通,所述冷藏回风口一端通过冷藏回风风道与所述蒸发器腔下方连通、另一端与所述冷藏室连通,所述冷藏送风口位于所述冷藏室上部,所述冷藏回风口位于所述冷藏室下部,所述冷藏室下部设置有保湿抽屉,所述冷藏回风口连通所述保湿抽屉。
作为上述冰箱的优选实施方式,所述冷藏室上部设有多个冷藏送风口。
作为上述冰箱的优选实施方式,所述冷藏室下部设有多个冷藏回风口。
一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱的控制方法,所述控制方法按如下情况分别进行:
(1)当冷藏室请求制冷时,冰箱的压缩机启动,风机正向旋转,风机将蒸发器腔内干燥的冷风经由冷藏送风口送入冷藏室内,与冷藏室内原有的湿热空气混合后变为低温高湿空气,低温高湿空气下沉,到达冷藏室下部的保湿抽屉,对保湿抽屉进行一定程度的增湿,然后经由冷藏回风口返回到蒸发器腔;
(2)当冷藏室结束制冷时,冰箱的压缩机停机,风机反向旋转,蒸发器上的霜随着蒸发器温度的上升逐渐融化成水,风机将霜—水相态变化时产生的高湿空气经由冷藏回风口送至保湿抽屉内,对保湿抽屉进行增湿,再从冷藏室上部的送风口返回到蒸发器腔;直至蒸发器温度上升到设定温度时控制风机停机。
作为上述控制方法的优选实施方式,所述蒸发器上设置有蒸发器温度传感器,通过所述蒸发器温度传感器采集所述蒸发器的温度。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明提供的一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱及其控制方法,将蒸发器上的水汽通过风机的反向旋转,导入到保湿抽屉内,大大提升了保湿抽屉的湿度,加强了冷藏室内的水汽循环,即仅需利用冰箱原有***蒸发器上的霜能,无需增加任何装置,即可实现对保湿抽屉的定向加湿,显著改善了保湿抽屉的保鲜效果,能够进一步满足用户需求,降低冰箱能耗。且本发明结构简单,成本低,控制方法简便易行。

下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
参见图1至图3,本实施例公开了一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱,包括冷藏室1,冷藏室1具有独立的冷藏制冷循环***,冷藏制冷循环***包括蒸发器2、风机4、冷藏送风口6、冷藏回风口5,冷藏室1背部设置有蒸发器腔,蒸发器腔内设置蒸发器2,风机4设置于蒸发器2上方,冷藏送风口6一端通过冷藏送风风道3与蒸发器腔上方连通、另一端与冷藏室1连通,冷藏回风口5一端通过冷藏回风风道与蒸发器腔下方连通、另一端与冷藏室1连通,冷藏送风口6位于冷藏室1上部,冷藏回风口5位于冷藏室1下部,冷藏室1下部设置有保湿抽屉7,冷藏回风口5连通保湿抽屉7。
其中,冷藏室1上部设有多个冷藏送风口6,冷藏室1下部设有多个冷藏回风口5。
本实施例还公开了一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱的控制方法,该控制方法按如下情况分别进行:
(1)当冷藏室1请求制冷时,冰箱的压缩机启动,风机4正向旋转,风机4将蒸发器腔内干燥的冷风经由冷藏送风口6送入冷藏室1内,与冷藏室1内原有的湿热空气混合后变为低温高湿空气,低温高湿空气下沉,到达冷藏室1下部的保湿抽屉7,对保湿抽屉7进行一定程度的增湿,然后经由冷藏回风口5返回到蒸发器腔,此时的风循环路线见图2;
(2)当冷藏室1结束制冷时,冰箱的压缩机停机,风机4反向旋转,蒸发器2上的霜随着蒸发器2温度的上升逐渐融化成水,风机4将霜—水相态变化时产生的高湿空气经由冷藏回风口5送至保湿抽屉7内,对保湿抽屉7进行增湿,再从冷藏室1上部的送风口返回到蒸发器腔;直至蒸发器2温度上升到设定温度时控制风机4停机,此时的风循环路线见图3。
其中,蒸发器2上设置有蒸发器2温度传感器,通过蒸发器2温度传感器采集蒸发器2的温度。
本实施例将蒸发器2上的水汽通过风机4的反向旋转,导入到保湿抽屉7内,大大提升了保湿抽屉7的湿度,加强了冷藏室1内的水汽循环,即仅需利用冰箱原有***蒸发器2上的霜能,无需增加任何装置,即可实现对保湿抽屉7的定向加湿,显著改善了保湿抽屉7的保鲜效果,能够进一步满足用户需求,降低冰箱能耗。且本发明结构简单,成本低,控制方法简便易行。

1.一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱,包括冷藏室,所述冷藏室具有独立的冷藏制冷循环***,其特征在于:所述冷藏制冷循环***包括蒸发器、风机、冷藏送风口、冷藏回风口,所述冷藏室背部设置有蒸发器腔,所述蒸发器腔内设置所述蒸发器,所述风机设置于所述蒸发器上方,所述冷藏送风口一端通过冷藏送风风道与所述蒸发器腔上方连通、另一端与所述冷藏室连通,所述冷藏回风口一端通过冷藏回风风道与所述蒸发器腔下方连通、另一端与所述冷藏室连通,所述冷藏送风口位于所述冷藏室上部,所述冷藏回风口位于所述冷藏室下部,所述冷藏室下部设置有保湿抽屉,所述冷藏回风口连通所述保湿抽屉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱,其特征在于:所述冷藏室上部设有多个冷藏送风口。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱,其特征在于:所述冷藏室下部设有多个冷藏回风口。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱的控制方法,其特征在于:所述控制方法按如下情况分别进行:
(1)当冷藏室请求制冷时,冰箱的压缩机启动,风机正向旋转,风机将蒸发器腔内干燥的冷风经由冷藏送风口送入冷藏室内,与冷藏室内原有的湿热空气混合后变为低温高湿空气,低温高湿空气下沉,到达冷藏室下部的保湿抽屉,对保湿抽屉进行一定程度的增湿,然后经由冷藏回风口返回到蒸发器腔;
(2)当冷藏室结束制冷时,冰箱的压缩机停机,风机反向旋转,蒸发器上的霜随着蒸发器温度的上升逐渐融化成水,风机将霜—水相态变化时产生的高湿空气经由冷藏回风口送至保湿抽屉内,对保湿抽屉进行增湿,再从冷藏室上部的送风口返回到蒸发器腔;直至蒸发器温度上升到设定温度时控制风机停机。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种带保湿抽屉的冰箱的控制方法,其特征在于:所述蒸发器上设置有蒸发器温度传感器,通过所述蒸发器温度传感器采集所述蒸发器的温度。
