Abstract

本发明公开的是油箱回油孔密封机构。它包括油箱,油箱上有回油孔及回油管,回油管与回油孔间有密封机构。其特点是所述密封机构包括底座,底座为下端伸入回油孔。底座之上有密封体,所述密封体内腔直径与回油管外径相适配。密封体纵向中间外圆上有横截面为多边形的径向凸台,径向凸台之下的那段密封体伸入底座内。密封体上端与回油管间有上圆锥形间隙,圆锥形间隙内有锥形套。锥形套上方有锁紧罩,锁紧罩的罩顶中心有与回油管外径相适配的通孔,锁紧罩内圆直径与径向凸台之上的那段密封体的外圆相适配,锁紧罩内圆上和径向凸台者间呈密封状旋拧在一起。采用这种密封机构,雨水或污物不易进入回油箱,可避免对油箱内的油液造成污染。

油箱回油孔密封机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封机构。具体说,是用来对油箱顶板上的回油孔与回油管间进行密封的密封机构。
背景技术
目前,油箱顶板上的回油孔与回油管间的密封都是采用一个橡胶卡套来实现,见图1。虽然采用橡胶卡套可以实现回油孔与回油管间的密封,但由于橡胶卡套为将胶制品,时间一长,容易老化,弹性就会失效,从而失去密封作用,使得雨水或污物容易进入回油箱,对回油箱内的油液造成污染。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种油箱回油孔密封机构。采用这种密封机构,雨水或污物不易进入回油箱,可避免对油箱内的油液造成污染。
本发明要解决的上述问题由以下技术方案实现:
本发明的油箱回油孔密封机构包括油箱,油箱顶板上有回油孔,回油孔内有回油管,回油管与回油孔间有密封机构。其特点是所述密封机构包括底座,该底座为圆管状,其下端伸入回油孔且二者间呈密封状焊接在一起。底座之上有密封体,所述密封体为管状,其内腔直径与回油管外径相适配。密封体的纵向中间外圆上有便于与扳手配合的横截面为多边形的径向凸台,径向凸台之下的那段密封体伸入底座内且二者间呈密封配合。所述密封体上端与回油管间有上大下小的圆锥形间隙,圆锥形间隙内有上大下小的外圆为锥形的锥形套,锥形套的长度大于圆锥形间隙。锥形套上方有锁紧罩,锁紧罩的罩顶中心有与回油管外径相适配的通孔,锁紧罩内圆直径与径向凸台之上的那段密封体的外圆相适配,锁紧罩内圆上和径向凸台之上的那段密封体的外圆上均有螺纹,二者间呈密封状旋拧在一起。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,径向凸台之下的那段密封体外圆为圆锥形且有外螺纹,底座的内圆为上大下小的圆锥形且有内螺纹,径向凸台之下的那段密封体借助所述外螺纹和内螺纹旋入底座的内圆内。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,锥形套与锁紧罩的罩顶间有压紧块,压紧块上有与回油管适配的中心孔,中心孔四周有下延凸边,该下延凸边的外侧面为上大下小的圆锥形;所述锥形套的上端内边沿有倒角,所述下延凸边伸入该倒角内。
本发明的更进一步改进方案是,所述锁紧罩的罩顶内侧面为上小下大的锥形面。
由上述方案可以看出,由于径向凸台之下的那段密封体伸入底座内且二者间呈密封配合。所述密封体上端与回油管间有上大下小的圆锥形间隙,圆锥形间隙内有上大下小的外圆为锥形的锥形套,锥形套的长度大于圆锥形间隙。锥形套上方有锁紧罩,锁紧罩的罩顶中心有与回油管外径相适配的通孔,锁紧罩内圆直径与径向凸台之上的那段密封体的外圆相适配,锁紧罩内圆上和径向凸台之上的那段密封体的外圆上均有螺纹,二者间呈密封状旋拧在一起。通过拧紧锁紧罩,可使锥形套下端楔入圆锥形间隙内,使回流管外圆与密封体间无间隙,从而使雨水或污物不易进入油箱,避免了对回油箱内的油液带来污染。
又由于径向凸台之下的那段密封体外圆为圆锥形且有外螺纹,底座的内圆为上大下小的圆锥形且有内螺纹,径向凸台之下的那段密封体借助所述外螺纹和内螺纹旋入底座的内圆内。通过旋拧密封体,可使径向凸台之下的那段密封体与底座内圆间越来越紧密。这样,可进一步消除雨水或污物进入油箱,避免对油箱内的油液带来污染。
另外,由于在锥形套与锁紧罩的罩顶间有压紧块,压紧块上有与回油管适配的中心孔,中心孔四周有下延凸边,该下延凸边的外侧面为上大下小的圆锥形;所述锥形套的上端内边沿有倒角,所述下延凸边伸入该倒角内。通过拧紧锁紧罩,可使下延凸边下端楔入倒角内,使回流管外圆与密封体间无间隙,从而进一步消除了雨水或污物进入油箱,避免了对油箱内的油液带来污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的油箱回油孔密封机构包括油箱,油箱的顶板7上加工和有回油孔,回油孔内设置有回油管1,回油管1与回油孔间设置有密封机构。所述密封机构含有一个底座6,所述底座6为圆管状,其下端伸入回油孔且二者间呈密封状焊接在一起。底座6之上设置有密封体5,所述密封体5为管状,其内腔直径与回油管1外径相适配。密封体5的纵向中间外圆上加工有便于与扳手配合的横截面为多边形的径向凸台51,径向凸台51之下的那段密封体5上加工有外螺纹,所述底座6内侧面上加工有内螺纹,径向凸台51之下的那段密封体5借助外、内螺纹旋入底座6内并使二者间呈密封配合。所述密封体5上端与回油管1间设置有上大下小的圆锥形间隙,圆锥形间隙内安装有上大下小的外圆为锥形的锥形套4,锥形套4的长度大于圆锥形间隙,通过锥形套4使得密封体5内圆与回油管1外壁间呈紧密装配合。在锥形套4上方设置有锁紧罩2,锁紧罩2的罩顶中心加工有与回油管1外径相适配的通孔,锁紧罩2内圆直径与径向凸台51之上的那段密封体5的外圆相适配,锁紧罩2内圆上和径向凸台51之上的那段密封体5的外圆上均加工有螺纹,二者间借助螺纹呈密封状旋拧在一起。
为进一步提高密封效果,在锥形套4与锁紧罩2的罩顶间设置有压紧块3,压紧块3上加工有与回油管1适配的中心孔,中心孔四周加工有下延凸边,该下延凸边的外侧面为上大下小的圆锥形。所述锥形套4的上端内边沿加工有倒角,所述下延凸边伸入该倒角内。
为更进一步提高密封效果,所述锁紧罩2的罩顶内侧面为加工成上小下大的锥形面。
使用时,通过拧紧锁紧罩2,可使锥形套4下端楔入圆锥形间隙内,使回油管1外圆与密封体5间无间隙,从而使雨水或污物不易进入油箱,避免了对油箱内的油液造成污染。

Claims (4)

1.油箱回油孔密封机构,包括油箱,油箱的顶板(7)上有回油孔,回油孔内有回油管(1),回油管(1)与回油孔间有密封机构;其特征在于所述密封机构包括底座(6),该底座为圆管状,其下端伸入回油孔且二者间呈密封状焊接在一起;底座(6)之上有密封体(5),所述密封体(5)为管状,其内腔直径与回油管外径相适配;密封体(5)的纵向中间外圆上有便于与扳手配合的横截面为多边形的径向凸台(51),径向凸台(51)之下的那段密封体(5)伸入底座(6)内且二者间呈密封配合;所述密封体(5)上端与回油管间有上大下小的圆锥形间隙,圆锥形间隙内有上大下小的外圆为锥形的锥形套(4),锥形套的长度大于圆锥形间隙;锥形套上方有锁紧罩(2),锁紧罩(2)的罩顶中心有与回油管(1)外径相适配的通孔,锁紧罩(2)内圆直径与径向凸台(51)之上的那段密封体(5)的外圆相适配,锁紧罩(2)内圆上和径向凸台(51)之上的那段密封体(5)的外圆上均有螺纹,二者间呈密封状旋拧在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油箱回油孔密封机构,其特征在于径向凸台(51)之下的那段密封体(5)外圆为圆锥形且有外螺纹,底座(6)的内圆为上大下小的圆锥形且有内螺纹,径向凸台(51)之下的那段密封体(5)借助所述外螺纹和内螺纹旋入底座(6)的内圆内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油箱回油孔密封机构,其特征在于锥形套(4)与锁紧罩(2)的罩顶间有压紧块(3),压紧块(3)上有与回油管(1)适配的中心孔,中心孔四周有下延凸边,该下延凸边的外侧面为上大下小的圆锥形;所述锥形套(4)的上端内边沿有倒角,所述下延凸边伸入该倒角内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的油箱回油孔密封机构,其特征在于所述锁紧罩(2)的罩顶内侧面为上小下大的锥形面。
