Abstract

本发明公开了一种液压马达用双作用溢流阀,包括阀座,所述阀座的内部设有可以来回滑动的阀芯,阀座的一端设有一将阀芯压在阀座内的弹性压力组件,所述阀座上设有油孔Ⅰ和油孔Ⅱ,所述阀芯的下端面与阀座内壁形成一油腔Ⅰ,油腔Ⅰ通过一设于阀芯内的油管与油孔Ⅰ连通;所述阀芯上设有一泄压段,所述泄压段与阀座形成油腔Ⅱ,油腔Ⅱ与油孔Ⅱ连通,当阀芯在阀座内移动时泄压段能连通油孔Ⅰ和油孔Ⅱ,所述油腔Ⅱ的上部阀芯上设一承压面,承压面和阀芯下端面的面积相等。本发明的双作用溢流阀实现体积和安装空间的最小化,节约安装空间和制造材料成本,为其他部件的安装提供了更大的选择空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及液压设备零部件技术领域,特别涉及一种液压马达用双作用溢流阀。
背景技术
斜盘式轴向柱塞马达是讲液压能转化为机械能的装置,在工程机械等设备上主要完成扭矩的输出,实现对工程机械设备的行走驱动,在整个过程中,马达产生的液压冲击,通过溢流阀将压力脉冲直接衰减。在小型工程机械设备的设计制造时通常各部件的安装都比较紧凑,尤其是行走机构,现有的溢流阀不能满足有限的安装空间要求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构合理,占用安装空间小的液压马达用双作用溢流阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:一种液压马达用双作用溢流阀,包括阀座,所述阀座的内部设有可以来回滑动的阀芯,阀座的一端设有一将阀芯压在阀座内的弹性压力组件,所述阀座上设有油孔Ⅰ和油孔Ⅱ,所述阀芯的下端面与阀座内壁形成一油腔Ⅰ,油腔Ⅰ通过一设于阀芯内的油管与油孔Ⅰ连通;所述阀芯上设有一泄压段,所述泄压段与阀座形成油腔Ⅱ,油腔Ⅱ与油孔Ⅱ连通,当阀芯在阀座内移动时泄压段能连通油孔Ⅰ和油孔Ⅱ,所述油腔Ⅱ的上部阀芯上设一承压面,承压面和阀芯下端面的面积相等。
所述弹性压力组件包括一弹簧组、螺堵和弹簧座,弹簧组被设于阀座端部的螺堵压在阀座内,弹簧组通过弹簧座压在阀芯的上端面。
所述承压面面积等于阀芯下端面的面积,且为阀芯上端面面积的一半。采用此方案可以使油孔Ⅰ和油孔Ⅱ处预设的泄压压力相等。
所述阀芯的泄压段的下部设有一定位突起。
使用时,当油孔Ⅰ处油压到达设定值时,油腔Ⅰ内压力推动阀芯克服弹簧组的压力移动,使油孔Ⅰ与油孔Ⅱ连通,使油孔Ⅰ处的高压油通过油孔Ⅱ回流至马达回油腔实现泄压,泄压完成后弹簧组将阀芯压回原位;当油孔Ⅱ处油压到达设定值时,油腔Ⅱ中的压力推动阀芯克服弹簧组的压力移动,使油孔Ⅰ与油孔Ⅱ连通,油孔Ⅱ处的液压油通过油孔Ⅰ回流至马达回油腔实现泄压。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的双作用溢流阀实现体积和安装空间的最小化,节约安装空间和制造材料成本,为其他部件的安装提供了更大的选择空间。

如图1和图2所示的一种液压马达用双作用溢流阀,包括阀座1,所述阀座1的内部设有可以来回滑动的阀芯2,阀座1的一端设有一将阀芯2压在阀座1内的弹性压力组件,弹性压力组件包括一弹簧组8、螺堵7和弹簧座9,弹簧组8被设于阀座1端部的螺堵7压在阀座1内,弹簧组8通过弹簧座9压在阀芯2的上端面,阀座1上设有油孔Ⅰ3和油孔Ⅱ4,阀芯2的下端面与阀座1内壁形成一油腔Ⅰ5,油腔Ⅰ5通过一设于阀芯2内的油管与油孔Ⅰ3连通;所述阀芯2上设有一泄压段10,泄压段10与阀座2形成油腔Ⅱ6,油腔Ⅱ6与油孔Ⅱ4连通,当阀芯2在阀座1内移动时泄压段10能连通油孔Ⅰ3和油孔Ⅱ4,油腔Ⅱ4的上部阀芯2上设一承压面11,承压面11面积等于阀芯2下端面的面积,且为阀芯1上端面面积的一半,阀芯2的泄压段10的下部设有一定位突起12。

1.一种液压马达用双作用溢流阀,其特征在于:包括阀座,所述阀座的内部设有可以来回滑动的阀芯,阀座的一端设有一将阀芯压在阀座内的弹性压力组件,所述阀座上设有油孔Ⅰ和油孔Ⅱ,所述阀芯的下端面与阀座内壁形成一油腔Ⅰ,油腔Ⅰ通过一设于阀芯内的油管与油孔Ⅰ连通;所述阀芯上设有一泄压段,所述泄压段与阀座形成油腔Ⅱ,油腔Ⅱ与油孔Ⅱ连通,当阀芯在阀座内移动时泄压段能连通油孔Ⅰ和油孔Ⅱ,所述油腔Ⅱ的上部阀芯上设一承压面,承压面和阀芯下端面的面积相等。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于静压支承的滑靴副,其特征在于:所述弹性压力组件包括一弹簧组、螺堵和弹簧座,弹簧组被设于阀座端部的螺堵压在阀座内,弹簧组通过弹簧座压在阀芯的上端面。
3.如权利要求1所述的基于静压支承的滑靴副,其特征在于:所述承压面面积等于阀芯下端面的面积,且为阀芯上端面面积的一半。
4.如权利要求1所述的基于静压支承的滑靴副,其特征在于:所述阀芯的泄压段的下部设有一定位突起。
