Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防油过滤嘴包装纸。
背景技术
自从有了人类社会,食品包装就与之相随。早在原始社会,人们为储存食物和水,用泥土烧制的各种陶器、用兽皮缝制的袋子、用藤条编织筐子等都是最早的食品包装原形。现代的食品包装是指采用适当的包装材料、容器和包装技术,把食品包裹起来,以使食品在运输和贮藏过程中保持其价值和原有状态。食品包装是以食品为核心的***工程,它涉及到食品科学、食品包装材料、包装容器、包装技术、标准法则及质量控制等一系列问题,它是一门综合性的应用科学。
食品作为我们日常生活中的特殊商品,其营养与卫生极其重要,但又非常容易变质,所以食品包装的主要目的是必须保证食品作为商品在贮运和流通过程中的卫生质量及品质和风味。食品包装作为产品的附加物而成为商品的组成部分,和商品是不可分割的,在现代市场策略中占据了显著的地位。同时,作为市场竞争的主要手段,能提高商品的附加值,它已成为企业营销战略的重要组成部分,它在超市中起到了无声售货员的作用。食品包装的形象直接反映品牌及企业形象,它为创名牌和树立良好的企业形象起着至关重要的作用。在市场竞争中,它是企业与消费者之间的桥梁。 因此食品包装竞争起着举足轻重的地位。
另外,大量的国外食品的引进,丰富了国内市场,同时也给我们包装设计师提出了新的课题,那就是要更加重视设计,使商品结构更加合理,使人们能充分享受高科技带来的舒适和方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有强度高、透气性小、无腐蚀作用优点的防油过滤嘴包装纸。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防油过滤嘴包装纸,所述的防油过滤嘴包装纸包括最外层的防腐涂料层、中间层的耐磨层和最内层的基材层,所述耐磨层为白板纸或者牛皮纸,所述基材层为植物纤维的原生木浆,所述的防腐涂料层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的8%-12%,所述的耐磨层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的28%-32%,所述的基材层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的58%-62%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐涂料层为环氧防腐蚀涂料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防腐涂料层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的8%,所述的耐磨层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的30%,所述的基材层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的62%。
本发明的一种防油过滤嘴包装纸,具有强度高、透气性小、无腐蚀作用的优点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的防油过滤嘴包装纸包括最外层的防腐涂料层、中间层的耐磨层和最内层的基材层,所述耐磨层为白板纸或者牛皮纸,所述基材层为植物纤维的原生木浆,所述的防腐涂料层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的8%-12%,所述的耐磨层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的28%-32%,所述的基材层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的58%-62%。
进一步说明,所述防腐涂料层为环氧防腐蚀涂料,所述的防腐涂料层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的8%,所述的耐磨层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的30%,所述的基材层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的62%。
在进一步说明,环氧防腐蚀涂料通常由环氧树脂和固化剂两个组分组成。固化剂的性质也影响到漆膜的性能。常用的固化剂有:脂肪胺及其改性物,特点是可常温固化,未改性的脂肪胺毒性较大,芳香胺及其改性物,特点是反应慢,常须加热固化,毒性较弱,过氯乙烯漆,聚酰胺树脂,特点是耐候性较好,毒性较小,弹性好,耐腐蚀性能稍差,酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂等其他合成树脂。
在进一步说明,为了达到食品制造商对包装的新需求,原色牛皮纸板有一些不同于漂白纸板 的特征,如烘焙食品或方便食品等家居产品。原色牛皮纸的天然棕色外观有着健康、复古的韵味。 其实,仅仅是牛皮纸独特的外观与大量的白色包装所形成的鲜明对比,也能使产品更为突出。由 于许多食品包装的设计是为了提供方便性或实用性,因此牛皮纸的强度是其另一项优势。外带包装必须要足够的结实,这样才可以包住顾客的餐点而不使其脱落。同样道理,饮料杯也必须能在潮湿的环境里保持不变,才不会让咖啡流到顾客的大腿上。强度也是冷冻食品所考虑的主要因素, 这是因为冷冻食品的包装不能在冷冻/解冻的循环中变形、撕裂、歪曲或吸收太多水分。就这方 面的实用性而言,牛皮纸要比同质漂白牛皮纸好。本发明提供一种防油过滤嘴包装纸,具有强度高、透气性小、无腐蚀作用的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种防油过滤嘴包装纸,其特征在于:所述的防油过滤嘴包装纸包括最外层的防腐涂料层、中间层的耐磨层和最内层的基材层,所述耐磨层为白板纸或者牛皮纸,所述基材层为植物纤维的原生木浆,所述的防腐涂料层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的8%-12%,所述的耐磨层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的28%-32%,所述的基材层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的58%-62%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防油过滤嘴包装纸,其特征在于:所述防腐涂料层为环氧防腐蚀涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防油过滤嘴包装纸,其特征在于:所述的防腐涂料层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的8%,所述的耐磨层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的30%,所述的基材层占防油过滤嘴包装纸总体分量的62%。
