The resin emulsion is any one of hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion, polyurethane resin emulsion or silicone-acrylate resin emulsion. The ink prepared from the resin emulsion has the advantages of good wear resistance, good flexibility, excellent chemical resistance and solvent resistance and good weather resistance.
The reversible thermochromic pigment is microcapsule thermochromic powder. The microencapsulated temperature-sensitive material comprises a microcapsule wall and a core material.
The core material is a triarylmethane phthalide compound or a fluorane compound; preferably, crystal violet lactone CVL is used, the crystal violet lactone reversible thermochromic compound belongs to a hydrophobic lipophilic substance, and when the material is taken as a core material, the microcapsule wall material is required to be as follows: (1) the light transmittance is good, the light absorption rate is low, and the refractive index is low, so that the influence on the thermochromic sensitivity and the vividness can be prevented; (2) the wall material can resist the influence of solvents and acid-base and is difficult to dissolve; (3) the sealing performance is good, and the contact with external foreign matters can be isolated; (4) has certain mechanical processing strength, and ensures the integrity of the microcapsule during application.
The microcapsule wall may be selected from any one of gelatin, gum, acacia, wax, agar, agarose, maltodextrin, fats, shellac, hydroxyethyl starch, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, epoxy resin, synthetic rubber, polystyrene, polybutadiene, polyisoprene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyacrylamide, and polymethyl methacrylate.
The four materials of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyacrylamide and polymethyl methacrylate are preferably used as the microcapsule wall. By adopting the wall material and microencapsulating and wrapping the core material, after microencapsulation, the chemical stability and the thermal stability of the core material can be improved, the core material is prevented from being contacted with strong acid and is not easily polluted by other substances outside the capsule, and the liquid compound in a high-temperature state is modified into solid microcapsule powder, so that the quality loss of the organic reversible thermochromic material is avoided, the practicability of the thermochromic material is greatly improved, and the application range of the thermochromic material is expanded.
The cross-linking agent is polyisocyanate cross-linking agent or nitryl cross-linking agent, the polyisocyanate cross-linking agent has quick drying, high film hardness, low raw material cost and good miscibility with benzene solvent, and can be directly mixed with part of alkyd resin and hydroxy acrylic resin for use. In addition, when the temperature is lower in winter, the curing agent can directly replace a general curing agent. The invention utilizes the polyisocyanate curing agent with light color, good miscibility with benzene solvents, low cost of raw materials and more balanced performances of a paint film; the invention uses polyisocyanate crosslinking as an adhesion promoter and a crosslinking agent to improve the adhesion strength, water resistance, wear resistance, scrub resistance, scratch resistance and chemical resistance of the coating. The solid content of the selected polyisocyanate crosslinking agent is 100%, the effective NCO content is 16-18%, and the viscosity (25 ℃) is 20000 +/-5000.
The N-propyl-acrylate cross-linking agent can improve the water resistance, the anti-sticking property and the high temperature resistance of the coating, improve the cross-linking effect of the ink and the emulsion, mainly improve the stability of the microcapsule temperature change powder and the emulsion, and improve the weather resistance of the ink.
The light stabilizer is 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, is added into the formula of the ink, forms a stable temperature-sensitive color-changing system with microcapsule temperature-changing powder, greatly improves the weather resistance, and can improve the effect of temperature-changing color-changing.
The temperature-variable ink for wallpaper is added with the light stabilizer, so that the ink has the functions of shielding or absorbing energy of ultraviolet rays, quenching singlet oxygen, decomposing hydroperoxide into inactive substances and the like, and the possibility of photochemical reaction can be eliminated or slowed down and the process of photoaging can be prevented or delayed under the radiation of light by the high molecular polymer, thereby achieving the purpose of prolonging the service life of the high molecular polymer product and further prolonging the service life of the temperature-variable wallpaper.
The leveling agent is organic siloxane, and the temperature-change ink added into the wallpaper has the advantages of improving the leveling property, reducing shrinkage cavity, and endowing the ink with flexibility, good adhesive force, glossiness, gloss retention and the like.
The dispersing agent is any one of sodium acrylate, propionamide copolymer and sodium polyacrylate, the pH value of the dispersing agent is 7-8, and the solid content is (40 +/-2)%. The density is 1.15 to 1.25g/cm 3
The substrate layer is made of non-woven paper, coated paper or fabric (PVC or water-based resin coating), cotton and linen chemical fiber fabric and the like.
The oil content of the defoaming agent is 15-40%, the pH value is 6-8, and the emulsion stability is 3000r/min and is not less than 15 min. The emulsified silicone oil features small surface tension, high surface activity, strong defoaming power, less consumption and low cost. It is immiscible with water and most organic substances, and can defoam most bubble media. It has better thermal stability and can be used in a wide temperature range of 5-150 ℃; the chemical stability is good, the reaction with other substances is difficult, and the product can be used in acid, alkali and salt solutions as long as the preparation is proper, so that the product quality is not damaged; it also has physiological inertia, is usually used in food and medicine industries, and has the functions of inhibiting and breaking bubbles for all bubble systems.
