本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀抗酸碱的电缆护套,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚乙烯60份、乙丙橡胶30份、酚醛树脂15份、顺丁橡胶5份、纳米碳酸钙1‑3份、丙烯酸甲酯1‑5份、硫酸钙2‑4份、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷2‑4份、玻璃纤维4‑6份、膨润土3‑7份、钼0.6‑0.8份、钴0.2‑0.4份、镍0.1‑0.3份。该电缆护套配方合理,绝缘性好,强度高,具有优良的耐酸碱、抗腐蚀能力,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域使用的电缆,耐高温性能,耐疲劳,抗机械损伤,耐磨,抗拖拽等。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种耐腐蚀抗酸碱的电缆护套。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆护套的质量要求也不断的提高,要求电缆护套不仅要具备优良的绝缘性能,而且还需要具备较强的耐酸碱、抗腐蚀,耐高温,耐疲劳以及抗机械损伤等能力。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀抗酸碱的电缆护套。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐腐蚀抗酸碱的电缆护套,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚乙烯60份、乙丙橡胶30份、酚醛树脂15份、顺丁橡胶5份、纳米碳酸钙1-3份、丙烯酸甲酯1-5份、硫酸钙2-4份、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷2-4份、玻璃纤维4-6份、膨润土3-7份、钼0.6-0.8份、钴0.2-0.4份、镍0.1-0.3份。
进一步地,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚乙烯60份、乙丙橡胶30份、酚醛树脂15份、顺丁橡胶5份、纳米碳酸钙2份、丙烯酸甲酯3份、硫酸钙3份、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷3份、玻璃纤维5份、膨润土5份、钼0.7份、钴0.3份、镍0.2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆护套配方合理,绝缘性好,强度高,具有优良的耐酸碱、抗腐蚀能力,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域使用的电缆,耐高温性能,耐疲劳,抗机械损伤,耐磨,抗拖拽等。
