Abstract

本发明涉及金属产品在加工过程中,为实现对压延加工产品及设备的冷却润滑而对油液的一种雾化技术,是一种在压延生产时对压延辊的冷却润滑油液进行雾化的装置,具体为一种超声波油雾雾化装置。超声波油雾雾化装置,包括油液储存箱,油液储存箱内存放有油液,油液储存箱的底部均布有若干超声波发生器,油液储存箱上还设置有电风扇,电风扇位于油液液面之上,油液储存箱上正对电风扇的位置开有喷雾口,喷雾口上连接有喷雾管道,喷雾管道的自由端与上油液均化箱和下油液均化箱连接。本发明结构简单,操作方便,能够圆满解决在拉弯矫直过程中冷却润滑油液在带材表面形成的油渍印迹,提高产品表面质量。

超声波油雾雾化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及金属产品在加工过程中,为实现对压延加工产品及设备的冷却润滑而对油液的一种雾化技术,是一种在压延生产时对压延辊的冷却润滑油液进行雾化的装置,具体为一种超声波油雾雾化装置。
背景技术
在金属板带材生产过程中,轧制或拉弯矫直时都是通过上下辊对产品进行成型加工,在加工过程中由于加工变形产生大量的热量,会对产品及设备产生不利影响,为了对设备及产品进行冷却润滑,一般在加工过程中会在产品及辊缝中喷入油液,但产品表面上的油液又会影响产品的表面质量。尤其在拉弯矫直工序,一般通过拉弯矫直设备的均为成品,油液在产品表面上形成的油渍在烘干后也会存在印迹,这些印迹会影响产品的表面质量。
发明内容
为了实现油液在生产过程中冷却润滑产品及设备的同时不形成印迹影响产品表面质量,本发明提供了一种超声波油雾雾化装置。
本发明是采用如下的技术方案实现的:超声波油雾雾化装置,包括油液储存箱,油液储存箱内存放有油液,油液储存箱的底部均布有若干超声波发生器,油液储存箱上还设置有电风扇,电风扇位于油液液面之上,油液储存箱上正对电风扇的位置开有喷雾口,喷雾口上连接有喷雾管道,喷雾管道的自由端与上油液均化箱和下油液均化箱连接。
本装置利用超声波发生器高频震荡产生的定向压强,使油液表面***,在***的液面周围发生空化作用,将油液分子结构打散使油液雾化成小分子气雾,电风扇将上升到油液储存箱1上部的气雾吹向喷雾管道,油雾经过均化箱后形成一条均匀的雾带,均匀洒落在带材上下表面上,均匀的油雾在通过矫直辊后,通过热风吹扫能够有效蒸发而不在带材表面留有油渍印迹。
上述的超声波油雾雾化装置,油液储存箱中还设有浮漂液位计,浮漂液位计与连接在超声波发生器供电线路上的限位开关配合,当液面下降到设计的低位时,浮漂液位计触动限位开关,自动切断电源,超声波发生器停止工作。
本发明结构简单,操作方便,能够圆满解决在拉弯矫直过程中冷却润滑油液在带材表面形成的油渍印迹,提高产品表面质量。

具体实施方式
超声波油雾雾化装置,包括油液储存箱1,油液储存箱1内存放有油液2,油液储存箱1的底部均布有四个超声波发生器3,油液储存箱1上还设置有电风扇5,电风扇5位于油液液面之上,油液储存箱1上正对电风扇的位置开有喷雾口,喷雾口上连接有喷雾管道6,喷雾管道6的自由端与上油液均化箱71和下油液均化箱72连接,上油液均化箱和下油液均化箱安装在拉弯矫直设备的矫直辊9前端,油液储存箱1中还设有浮漂液位计4,浮漂液位计4与连接在超声波发生器3供电线路上的限位开关配合。

1.超声波油雾雾化装置,其特征在于包括油液储存箱(1),油液储存箱(1)内存放有油液(2),油液储存箱(1)的底部均布有若干超声波发生器(3),油液储存箱(1)上还设置有电风扇(5),电风扇(5)位于油液液面之上,油液储存箱(1)上正对电风扇的位置开有喷雾口,喷雾口上连接有喷雾管道(6),喷雾管道(6)的自由端与上油液均化箱(71)和下油液均化箱(72)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波油雾雾化装置,其特征在于油液储存箱(1)中还设有浮漂液位计(4),浮漂液位计(4)与连接在超声波发生器(3)供电线路上的限位开关配合。
