Abstract
本发明公开了一种耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,它包括摄像主机(1)和手持柄(2),手持柄一端设有摄像主机;摄像主机设有液晶显示屏(3);摄像主机内设有无线发射接收模块;摄像主机一侧设有拍摄开关(4)和拍照开关(5);摄像主机上设有摄像主机插口端(8);摄像主机插口端上设有镜管接口端(9);镜管接口端一侧设有镜管(10);镜管一端内壁设有内窥镜(11)和环形加热圈(12);手持柄设有扩张扳机(14);扩张扳机通过手持柄与一次性扩张器或压舌板(15)连接。本发明的镜管采用医用硅胶或抗菌纳米材料,医用硅胶增强镜管的灵活弯曲性能,抗菌纳米材料通过其自身的缓释作用,可以长时间抗菌杀菌,提高抗菌杀菌长效性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种耳鼻喉内窥镜设备。
背景技术
在医疗领域内,利用内窥镜进行医疗诊断已经得到广泛应用。具体而言,在***到体腔内的镜管的一端内置内窥镜及光源等,对体腔内病变部位进行拍照摄像,从而在显示屏显示其图像,医生对此进行观察而用于诊断。例如,在对耳鼻喉相关疾病的诊断过程中,需要用设置有内窥镜的镜管***到患者的耳鼻喉内进行检查,并通过内窥镜对患者的耳鼻喉内部进行图像拍摄,同时将图像传送给液晶显示屏。
但其具有以下不足:1、 由于镜管外径过大且可弯曲性能不佳 ,导致不能自由灵活进出耳鼻喉腔道。
2、 通常的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备都是医生一手握住手持柄,另一只手辅助扩张患者的耳鼻喉,无法进行必要的治疗,使用起来极不方便。
3、 耳鼻喉腔道内存在大量的人体水蒸气,传统内窥镜的表层容易凝结水汽,形成雾层,因此通常的做法是使用前用加热至45℃左右的生理盐水浸泡镜体部分20分钟后在进入人体进行观察,但时间一长,镜体温度下降后仍不能避免起雾。
4、 常见的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备无法对病变部位作放大观察,给医务人员使用带来了很多不便。
5、 为了看到体内清晰的图像,通常还需要对体内环境进行照明,目前一般采用点状光源进行照明,光效低,造成观察到的图像不够清晰,影响医生对患者病情的诊断。
6、 由于各地区医疗水平的差异,有些欠发达地区医生可能无法准确确定患者耳鼻喉的准确疾病,从而耽误了患者的最佳治疗时间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种具有除雾功能、抗菌杀菌性能好、携带及使用方便、镜管口径小且可灵活弯曲的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备。
其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,它包括摄像主机和手持柄,所述手持柄一端设置有所述摄像主机;所述摄像主机上设置有液晶显示屏;所述摄像主机内设置有无线发射接收模块;所述摄像主机一侧设置有拍摄开关和拍照开关;所述摄像主机上设置有摄像主机插口端;所述摄像主机插口端上设置有镜管接口端;所述镜管接口端一侧设置有镜管;所述镜管接口端和所述镜管为一体形成;所述镜管一端内壁设置有内窥镜和环形加热圈;所述内窥镜设置于所述环形加热圈的中央;所述环形加热圈一侧设置有LED冷光源;所述手持柄上设置有扩张扳机;所述扩张扳机通过所述手持柄与一次性扩张器或压舌板连接;所述手持柄一侧设置有USB接口和充电接口。
较佳的,所述LED冷光源为环形光圈结构。
较佳的,所述镜管为医用硅胶或抗菌纳米材料制成,且所述镜管的管径为1~15mm。
较佳的,所述一次性扩张器或压舌板为改性聚苯乙烯和/或聚丙烯制成。
较佳的,所述液晶显示屏为可触摸显示屏。
较佳的,所述液晶显示屏通过铰链活动连接于所述摄像主机上。
较佳的,所述手持柄一侧还设置有内存卡插件。
较佳的,所述充电接口的输入电压为直流电压3~8V。
本发明的有益效果是,采用无线发射接收模块,通过无线方式与远程手机或者电脑进行传输图像,实现了智能远程会诊,解决了很多耳鼻喉科的疑难杂症,能给患者治疗耳鼻喉科疾病提供更便捷的帮助,保证了患者耳鼻喉的最佳治疗时间;镜管采用医用硅胶或抗菌纳米材料,医用硅胶增强了镜管的灵活弯曲性能,同时,抗菌纳米材料通过其自身的缓释作用,可以长时间的抗菌杀菌,提高了抗菌杀菌的长效性;镜管的管径为1~15mm,可以制成多种管径型号的镜管,以便适用于各类成人与儿童的口腔、耳朵、鼻腔;扩张扳机通过手持柄与一次性扩张器或压舌板连接,可以实现一手单独进行拍摄、打开灯光和扩张腔道孔径等操作,且另一只手进行必要的治疗,可以进一步使得耳鼻喉内窥镜设备使用方便;液晶显示屏设置为可触摸显示屏,可以对其显示的图片进行放大,可以使得医务人员能更快速、准确地找到病患处;内窥镜设置于环形加热圈的中央,将环形加热圈对内窥镜进行持续恒温45℃的加热,使其表面不会雾化,能够进行清楚的拍摄;环形加热圈一侧设置有LED冷光源,结构紧凑,可以保证镜管的口径足够小;LED冷光源采用环形光圈结构,光照度强,光效高,没有照明暗点,光照均匀;采用一次性扩张器或压舌板,可以防止交叉感染,也避免了反复消毒,给医务人员较少了麻烦;一次性扩张器或压舌板采用改性聚苯乙烯和/或聚丙烯制成,不会对患者的耳鼻喉产生冷刺激,且成本低;手持柄一侧设置有内存卡插件,可以用于储存患者的病例资料;液晶显示屏通过铰链翻转连接于摄像主机上,当需要携带耳鼻喉内窥镜设备外出时,可以将液晶显示屏通过铰链翻转,使其覆盖于摄像主机表面,便于携带和安放。

以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1~图4所示,本发明的结构示意图,一种耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,它包括摄像主机1和手持柄2,所述手持柄2一端设置有所述摄像主机1;所述摄像主机1上设置有液晶显示屏3;所述摄像主机1内设置有无线发射接收模块;所述摄像主机1一侧设置有拍摄开关4和拍照开关5;所述摄像主机1上设置有摄像主机插口端8;所述摄像主机插口端8上设置有镜管接口端9;所述镜管接口端9一侧设置有镜管10;所述镜管接口端9和所述镜管10为一体形成;所述镜管10一端内壁设置有内窥镜11和环形加热圈12;所述内窥镜11设置于所述环形加热圈12的中央;所述环形加热圈12一侧设置有LED冷光源13;所述手持柄2上设置有扩张扳机14;所述扩张扳机14通过所述手持柄2与一次性扩张器或压舌板15连接;所述手持柄2一侧设置有USB接口6和充电接口7。
所述LED冷光源13为环形光圈结构。所述镜管9为医用硅胶或抗菌纳米材料制成,且所述镜管10的管径为1~15mm。所述一次性扩张器或压舌板15为改性聚苯乙烯和/或聚丙烯制成。所述液晶显示屏3为可触摸显示屏;所述液晶显示屏3内部设置有放大图片装置。所述液晶显示屏3通过铰链17翻转活动连接于所述摄像主机1上。所述手持柄2一侧还设置有内存卡插件16。所述充电接口7的输入电压为直流电压5V。
使用时,医务人员拿出耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,将合适管径镜管10一端的镜管接口端9插进摄像主机插口端8,打开LED冷光源13,将镜管10深入口腔、耳朵或鼻腔中,通过按压扩张扳机14打开一次性扩张器或压舌板15,通过内窥镜11查找患处,医务人员一手进行及时拍照或摄像,另一只手进行必要的治疗。

1.一种耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:它包括摄像主机(1)和手持柄(2),所述手持柄(2)一端设置有所述摄像主机(1);所述摄像主机(1)上设置有液晶显示屏(3);所述摄像主机(1)内设置有无线发射接收模块;所述摄像主机(1)一侧设置有拍摄开关(4)和拍照开关(5);所述摄像主机(1)上设置有摄像主机插口端(8);所述摄像主机插口端(8)上设置有镜管接口端(9);所述镜管接口端(9)一侧设置有镜管(10);所述镜管接口端(9)和所述镜管(10)为一体形成;所述镜管(10)一端内壁设置有内窥镜(11)和环形加热圈(12);所述内窥镜(11)设置于所述环形加热圈(12)的中央;所述环形加热圈(12)一侧设置有LED冷光源(13);所述手持柄(2)上设置有扩张扳机(14);所述扩张扳机(14)通过所述手持柄(2)与一次性扩张器或压舌板(15)连接;所述手持柄(2)一侧设置有USB接口(6)和充电接口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:所述LED冷光源(13)为环形光圈结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:所述镜管(9)为医用硅胶或抗菌纳米材料制成,且所述镜管(10)的管径为1~15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:所述一次性扩张器或压舌板(15)为改性聚苯乙烯和/或聚丙烯制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:所述液晶显示屏(3)为可触摸显示屏。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:所述液晶显示屏(3)通过铰链(17)活动连接于所述摄像主机(1)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:所述手持柄(2)一侧还设置有内存卡插件(16)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耳鼻喉内窥镜设备,其特征在于:所述充电接口(7)的输入电压为直流电压3~8V。
