Abstract
本发明公开了一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,包括轴体以及轴体两端的法兰,轴体是由内层、中间层和外表层构成,所述内层是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经缠绕而成,中间层是通过碳纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,外表层是通过玻璃纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,轴体两端的法兰上沿其圆周方向均布有8个肋骨式加强板,轴体两端的法兰圆周端面上开有固定孔,轴体与轴体两端的法兰结合部的轴体厚度大于轴体的中间部的厚度。本发明其设计合理,结构简单,有利于增强传动轴的抗扭强度,使得能够减少传动轴运行过程中的磨损量,也有利于减少过程中的噪音,大大提高了其使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械动力传输装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴。
背景技术
传动轴是由轴管、伸缩套和万向节组成,传动轴(DriveShaft)连接或装配各项配件,而又可移动或转动的圆形物体配件,一般均使用轻而抗扭性佳的合金钢管制成。由于常用的传动轴强度低和不耐腐蚀等特点,于是出现了碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,由于碳纤维复合材料具有高强度、高刚度、重量轻、耐腐蚀以及优异的电性能等,采用碳纤维复合材料传动轴可以满足传动***减震、降噪、减轻传动轴的重量,优化传动***的结构,提高传动***的性能,然而现有的传动轴还是较脆,且各向异性,采取机械连接容易导致连接部位的应力集中,降低了连接效率,同时在使用的过程中噪音较大,质量重,很容易由于长期的运动增加磨损量,降低了使用寿命和抗扭强度。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,包括轴体以及轴体两端的法兰,轴体是由内层、中间层和外表层构成,所述内层是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经缠绕而成,中间层是通过碳纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,所述中间层的碳纤维复合材料是倾斜45度铺设而成,有利于使层间应力减小,提高扭转强度,外表层是通过玻璃纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,轴体两端的法兰上沿其圆周方向均布有8个肋骨式加强板,轴体两端的法兰圆周端面上开有固定孔,轴体与轴体两端的法兰结合部的轴体厚度大于轴体的中间部的厚度。本发明中轴体是由内层、中间层和外表层构成,所述内层是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经缠绕而成,中间层是通过碳纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,外表层是通过玻璃纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,大大提高了其较高的弯曲振动的固有频率,具有较好的减振能力,易于满足直升机、汽车、轮船对传动轴重量和振动特性的要求,而且也能适合在航天飞机、高性能汽车和赛车中使用,大大提高了应用的场所。
所述轴体厚度为3mm。
所述内层是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经喷射而成。
所述轴体两端的法兰圆周端面上固定孔至少两个,且均匀分布在法兰圆周端面上。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明轴体是由内层、中间层和外表层构成,所述内层是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经缠绕而成,中间层是通过碳纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,外表层是通过玻璃纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,有利于增强传动轴的抗扭强度,使得能够减少传动轴运行过程中的磨损量,也有利于减少过程中的噪音,大大提高了其使用寿命;轴体两端的法兰上沿其圆周方向均布有8个肋骨式加强板,轴体两端的法兰圆周端面上开有固定孔,轴体与轴体两端的法兰结合部的轴体厚度大于轴体的中间部的厚度,有利于提高传动轴的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,包括轴体1以及轴体两端的法兰2,轴体1是由内层11、中间层12和外表层13构成,所述轴体1厚度为3mm,所述内层11是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经缠绕而成,所述内层12是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经喷射而成,中间层12是通过碳纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,所述中间层12的碳纤维复合材料是倾斜45度铺设而成,有利于使层间应力减小,提高扭转强度,外表层13是通过玻璃纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,轴体1两端的法兰2上沿其圆周方向均布有8个肋骨式加强板3,轴体1两端的法兰2圆周端面上开有固定孔4,所述轴体1两端的法兰2圆周端面上固定孔4至少两个,且均匀分布在法兰2圆周端面上,轴体1与轴体1两端的法兰2结合部的轴体1厚度大于轴体1的中间部的厚度。本发明中轴体是由内层、中间层和外表层构成,所述内层11是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经缠绕而成,中间层12是通过碳纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,外表层13是通过玻璃纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,大大提高了其较高的弯曲振动的固有频率,具有较好的减振能力,易于满足直升机、汽车、轮船对传动轴重量和振动特性的要求,而且也能适合在航天飞机、高性能汽车和赛车中使用,大大提高了应用的场所。

1.一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,包括轴体以及轴体两端的法兰,其特征在于,轴体是由内层、中间层和外表层构成,所述内层是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经缠绕而成,中间层是通过碳纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,外表层是通过玻璃纤维复合材料经缠绕而成,轴体两端的法兰上沿其圆周方向均布有8个肋骨式加强板,轴体两端的法兰圆周端面上开有固定孔,轴体与轴体两端的法兰结合部的轴体厚度大于轴体的中间部的厚度。
2.如权利要求1所述一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,其特征在于,所述轴体厚度为3mm。
3.如权利要求1所述一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,其特征在于,所述内层是通过玻璃纤维增强树脂经喷射而成。
4.如权利要求1所述一种碳纤维复合材料的传动轴,其特征在于,所述轴体两端的法兰圆周端面上固定孔至少两个,且均匀分布在法兰圆周端面上。
