本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,尤其是一种。
背景技术
汽车是户外交通工具,因而车表面容易出现脏污,需要经常擦洗表面,最早使用的擦车工具就是一般的毛巾,但毛巾的擦拭效果并不佳,还容易擦伤汽车表面。随着人们生活水品的提高和生活节奏的加快,为了便于出行,越来越多人的成为有车族,擦车行业也随之兴起,由此涌现出了越来越多更为专业的擦车工具,例如取代了毛巾的擦车巾,现有的擦车巾一边有超细纤维、麂皮、麂皮绒、仿麂皮绒等。麂皮、麂皮绒、仿麂皮绒制作的擦车巾非常容易脏,而且清洗需要用酒精和氨水的混合液揉搓脏污处,直至干净后,还要用清水刷洗,清洗麻烦。使用超细纤维制作的擦车巾,因超细纤维丝能增加丝的层状结构,从而增大比表面积和毛细效应,使纤维内部反射光在表面分布更细腻超细纤维可以吸附自身重量7倍的灰尘、颗粒、液体,其具有超强的清洁能力,但是超细纤维的纤度小于0.3旦尼尔,实际生产较困难,因而价格高,静电现象也较严重,在后处理时需要细心和熟练,染色的深度和牢度降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种擦车巾,它能够解决的问题擦车巾成本高的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种擦车巾包括基布和熔喷于所述基部表面的超细纤维网膜,所述基布由重量份为7~9:1的活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维制成;所述基布的比表面积为600 ~1000m2/g。
上述塑料擦车巾的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述活性炭纤维为聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维。
进一步的,所述活性炭纤维的直径为4~12um。
进一步的,所述粘胶纤维的细度为3~5D。
进一步的,所述基布的幅宽为25~40cm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:基布采用重量份为7~9:1的活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维制成,仅在基布表面熔喷超细纤维,使加工更容易,有利于家底生产成本;巾体柔软,不易擦伤汽车表面,且吸附性能强,能快速吸附大、小分子物质和颗粒物质;容易解吸附,清洗简单;强度高,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详述:
实施例1
本实施例擦车巾的幅宽为25cm,它包括基布和熔喷于基部表面的超细纤维网膜,基布由重量份为7:1的活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维经开松、混匀、梳理、叠网和水刺工序制成,基布的比表面积为600m2/g;本实施例的活性炭纤维为聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维,活性炭纤维的直径为4~8um,粘胶纤维的细度为3~5D。
该擦车巾的制作方法是:将活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维用开松机开松;将上述重量比的活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维引入混棉机混匀,得到混合纤维;用梳理机梳理混合纤维,由铺网机铺叠成网,使用多个喷头进行水刺得到基布;烘干基布,去除多余水分和杂质,在基布的表面熔喷超细纤维,超细纤维与基布黏合、冷凝形成均匀的网膜。
实施例2
本实施例擦车巾的幅宽为35cm,它包括基布和熔喷于基部表面的超细纤维网膜,基布由重量份为8:1的活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维经开松、混匀、梳理、叠网和水刺工序制成,基布的比表面积为800m2/g;本实施例的活性炭纤维为聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维,活性炭纤维的直径为7~10um,粘胶纤维的细度为3~5D。制作方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例擦车巾的幅宽为40cm,它包括基布和熔喷于基部表面的超细纤维网膜,基布由重量份为9:1的活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维经开松、混匀、梳理、叠网和水刺工序制成,基布的比表面积为1000m2/g;本实施例的活性炭纤维为聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维,活性炭纤维的直径为9~12um,粘胶纤维的细度为3~5D。制作方法与实施例1相同。

1.一种擦车巾, 其特征在于:包括基布和熔喷于所述基部表面的超细纤维网膜,所述基布由重量份为7~9:1的活性炭纤维和粘胶纤维制成;所述基布的比表面积为600 ~1000m2/g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的擦车巾, 其特征在于:所述活性炭纤维为聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述擦车巾, 其特征在于:所述活性炭纤维的直径为4~12um。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述擦车巾, 其特征在于:所述粘胶纤维的细度为3~5D。
5.根据权利要求4所述擦车巾, 其特征在于:所述基布的幅宽为25~40cm。
