本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产工艺领域,具体的说是一种耐用型编织袋用丝,由下列重量份的原料通过配料、熔融、过滤、挤压出膜、水冷、分丝、拉丝、收卷等工序制成:聚丙烯100、线性低密度聚乙烯20‑23、聚乙交酯8‑10、聚已内酯0.2‑0.4、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯1.2‑1.4、EVA树脂3‑3.5、四氯间苯二甲腈0.2‑0.4、抗氧剂1035 1‑1.2、纳米碳黑0.2‑0.3、氧化铝0.4‑0.6、助剂3‑3.5。本发明配方简单,成本低,加工性能优异,力学性能优异,抗老化,制成的塑料编织袋可有效的阻止紫外线光照所引起的氧化反应,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产工艺领域,具体的说是一种耐用型编织袋用丝。
背景技术
塑料编织袋按主要材料构成分为聚丙烯袋、聚乙烯袋;按缝制方法分为缝底袋、缝边底袋。目前广泛应用于肥料、化工产品等物品的一种包装材料。其主要生产工艺是利用塑料原料经挤出薄膜、切割、单向拉伸为扁丝,经过经纬编织得到产品,一般称为编织袋。传统技术生产的聚丙烯扁丝编制的包装袋,耐候性差,在北方冬季容易出现发硬、发脆、脱膜、起皮、断裂等问题,在南方由于夏季气温高、光照强烈、紫外线穿透力强,容易导致编织袋老化、腐蚀、韧性差、强度低使用寿命短等问题,既浪费资源又污染环境。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明中所述的一种耐用型编织袋用丝,该编织袋具有良好抗老化的耐用性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐用型编织袋用丝,由下列重量份的原料通过配料、熔融、过滤、挤压出膜、水冷、分丝、拉丝、收卷等工序制成:聚丙烯100、线性低密度聚乙烯20-23、聚乙交酯8-10、聚已内酯0.2-0.4、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯1.2-1.4、EVA树脂3-3.5、四氯间苯二甲腈0.2-0.4、抗氧剂10351-1.2、纳米碳黑0.2-0.3、氧化铝0.4-0.6、助剂3-3.5。
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:粘土20-24、明矾5-6、促进剂DM 2-3、交联剂TAC2-3、抗氧剂CA 1-2、长石3-4、二茂铁2-3、吗啉1-2、二硫化钼5-7、邻苯二甲酸酯35-40、没食子酸丙酯3-4、绿茶粉1-2、薏仁油2-3、二硼化钒2-3。
所述助剂的制备方法是将粘土、长石送入煅烧炉中在800-900℃下煅烧4-5小时,然后,取出,送入15-20%的盐酸溶液中浸泡4小时,过滤,得滤渣,用清水洗净,烘干、研磨成400-600目粉体;所得粉体与其它剩余成分混合,加热至80-90℃,搅拌反应30-40分钟,冷却,研磨成浆料即得。
有益效果:本发明配方简单,成本低,加工性能优异,力学性能优异,抗老化,制成的塑料编织袋可有效的阻止紫外线光照所引起的氧化反应,经久耐用。

一种耐用型编织袋用丝,由下列重量份的原料通过配料、熔融、过滤、挤压出膜、水冷、分丝、拉丝、收卷等工序制成:聚丙烯100、线性低密度聚乙烯20-23、聚乙交酯8-10、聚已内酯0.2-0.4、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯1.2-1.4、EVA树脂3-3.5、四氯间苯二甲腈0.2-0.4、抗氧剂10351-1.2、纳米碳黑0.2-0.3、氧化铝0.4-0.6、助剂3-3.5。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用型编织袋用丝,其特征在于:所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:粘土20-24、明矾5-6、促进剂DM 2-3、交联剂TAC2-3、抗氧剂CA 1-2、长石3-4、二茂铁2-3、吗啉1-2、二硫化钼5-7、邻苯二甲酸酯35-40、没食子酸丙酯3-4、绿茶粉1-2、薏仁油2-3、二硼化钒2-3。
