本发明提供了一种城市生活垃圾污泥合成燃料加工***,其特征在于,包括生活垃圾的分类部分、生活污泥与垃圾筛下物合成烘干部分和尾气处理部分,所述生活垃圾的分类部分依次包括,板式输送机、破袋机、滚筛机、存储箱和分选设备;所述垃圾筛下物合成烘干部分依次包括:污泥搅拌池、烘干机、热风炉和成型机;所述尾气处理部分依次包括:旋风除尘器、喷淋塔、一级土壤除臭***和二级土壤除臭***。该***有效的将生活垃圾、生活污泥得到再生综合利用,不在填埋,代替煤炭、减少环境污染、不再占用土地。

一种城市生活垃圾污泥合成燃料加工***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种活垃圾污泥合成燃料加工***。
背景技术
城镇生活垃圾与生活污泥的无害化处理及资源化利用,在全国乃至世界都是一件非常困难的问题。至今为止全国各大、中、小城市的生活垃圾及生活污泥80%以上都是采取填埋处理这种办法它不但投资大,而且还要长期占用大量的土地,又造成严重的二次污染。目前国内一些大城市开发了部分生活垃圾焚烧发电,该办法确实消化了部分生活垃圾(生活污泥无法消化)。但这种方法很多专家认为:1、投资大,一个日处理1000吨的垃圾焚烧电厂总投资要3-4亿元左右。2、不环保,垃圾的混合焚烧会产生大量的有害气体难以治理,造成空气的二次污染。3、建厂选择性强,必须是大、中城市,每天必须保证1000吨以上的垃圾。若用周边城市的垃圾,则运输成本增高,运行成本加大。4、更重要的城乡生活垃圾与生活污泥是一种废弃物、污染物,但又是一种资源。只要进行科学的分选、分类,就可以合理的利用。
现有技术方案存在的问题和缺点:1、生活垃圾填埋会无限的、长期的占用土地;最严重的是无限的、长期的造成二次污染。2、生活垃圾的焚烧发电投资大、运行成本高,对大气造成二次污染。3、生活垃圾堆肥处理,由于各项指标超标无法在农业上使用。对生活垃圾无法量化。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷和问题,本发明目的是提供了一种有效的将生活垃圾、生活污泥得到再生综合利用,不在填埋,代替煤炭、减少环境污染、不再占用土地的城市生活垃圾污泥合成燃料加工***。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种城市生活垃圾污泥合成燃料加工***,包括生活垃圾的分类部分、生活污泥与垃圾筛下物合成烘干部分和尾气处理部分,所述生活垃圾的分类部分依次包括,板式输送机、破袋机、滚筛机、存储箱、粉碎机和分选设备;
所述垃圾筛下物合成烘干部分依次包括:污泥搅拌池、烘干机、热风炉和成型机;
所述尾气处理部分依次包括:旋风除尘器、喷淋塔、一级土壤除臭***和二级土壤除臭***。
本发明的有益效果是,1、有效解决了污泥脱水、干化、成型等技术问题。
2、有效的将生活垃圾、生活污泥得到再生综合利用,不在填埋,代替煤炭。
3、减少环境污染。
4、不再占用土地。

如图1所示,本发明公开的一种城市生活垃圾污泥合成燃料加工***,包括生活垃圾的分类部分、生活污泥与垃圾筛下物合成烘干部分和尾气处理部分,所述生活垃圾的分类部分依次包括,板式输送机、破袋机、滚筛机、存储箱、粉碎机和分选设备,生活垃圾由板式输送机送往破袋机进行破袋在经过皮带式输送机送往滚筛机进行粗细分选,筛下物被送往储存箱。筛上物被送往风选设备,将分选出来的废塑料外销,剩余物质进行破碎后送储存箱备用;
所述垃圾筛下物合成烘干部分依次包括:污泥搅拌池、烘干机、热风炉和成型机,将生活垃圾的筛下物送往污泥搅拌池,经搅拌后送往烘干机进行烘干。将烘干后的物质送往成型机进行成型。烘干机的热源由热风炉提供,热风炉的燃料为成型后的燃料;
所述尾气处理部分依次包括:旋风除尘器、喷淋塔、一级土壤除臭***和二级土壤除臭***,尾气经过除尘前送入臭氧进行第一阶段除臭,除尘后送入喷淋塔降温在送入土壤***进行第二阶段除臭,在送往光催化进行第三阶段除臭,经过催化后的尾气被送往第二级土壤***进行第四阶段除臭后再排放。

所述垃圾筛下物合成烘干部分依次包括:污泥搅拌池、烘干机、热风炉和成型机;
所述尾气处理部分依次包括:旋风除尘器、喷淋塔、一级土壤除臭***和二级土壤除臭***。
