本发明涉及一种环保无毒型特硬陶瓷化聚烯烃电缆料配方,该配方中各组分及各组分的重量份数如下:聚烯烃30‑60份、高软化点玻璃粉25‑40份、低软化点玻璃粉25‑40份、有机蒙脱土1‑15份、硅烷偶联剂1‑2.5份、相容剂0.5‑3份和填充剂30‑100份。本发明中硅烷偶联剂的使用,使的聚烯烃与本发明的其他各成分渗透均匀,通过本发明制成的电缆阻燃性能好、价格便宜且简单实用。

本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体的说是一种环保无毒型特硬陶瓷化聚烯烃电缆料配方。
背景技术
电线电缆用以传输电磁能、信息和实现电磁能转换的线材产品,广义的电线电缆亦简称为电缆,狭义的电缆是指绝缘电缆,它可定义为:由下列部分组成的集合体;一根或多根绝缘线芯,以及它们各自可能具有的包覆层,总保护层及外护层,电缆亦可有附加的没有绝缘的导体;电线电缆作为电力传输的主要载体,广泛应用于电器装备、照明线路、家用电器等方面,其质量的好坏直接影响到工程质量及消费者的生命财产安全,在市场上有很多电线品种,要根据自己的用电负荷来采用合适的电线。
随着现在电缆应用的逐渐加大和常见,对电缆的要求也是越来越高,比如抗干扰性要强、防火性能要好、耐热耐寒性能高、环保无污染和柔性高等。鉴于此,本发明提供了一种环保无毒型特硬陶瓷化聚烯烃电缆料配方。

一种环保无毒型特硬陶瓷化聚烯烃电缆料配方,该配方中各组分及各组分的重量份数如下:聚烯烃30份、高软化点玻璃粉25份、低软化点玻璃粉25份、有机蒙脱土1份、硅烷偶联剂1份、相容剂0.5份和填充剂30份。
实施例2
一种环保无毒型特硬陶瓷化聚烯烃电缆料配方,该配方中各组分及各组分的重量份数如下:聚烯烃55份、高软化点玻璃粉30份、低软化点玻璃粉30份、有机蒙脱土13份、硅烷偶联剂2份、相容剂2.5份和填充剂40份。
实施例3
一种环保无毒型特硬陶瓷化聚烯烃电缆料配方,该配方中各组分及各组分的重量份数如下:聚烯烃60份、高软化点玻璃粉40份、低软化点玻璃粉40份、有机蒙脱土15份、硅烷偶联剂2.5份、相容剂3份和填充剂100份。
本发明中硅烷偶联剂的使用,使的聚烯烃与本发明的其他各成分渗透均匀,通过本发明制成的电缆阻燃性能好、价格便宜且简单实用。
