本发明公开一种萜烯树脂生产用催化剂,属于松香深加工技术领域本发明由以下方法制得:按重量份计,将5份~8份二丙二醇甲醚、5份~8份二丙二醇丁醚、5份~8份异氰酸酯以及1份~5份无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在50℃~65℃下保温反应10分钟~20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。本发明通过在原有催化剂无水三氯化铝的基础上,加入一定比例的二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚以及异氰酸酯并在特定条件下发生反应,从而可以有效的缩短产物萜烯树脂的生产周期,降低其成本。

技术领域
本发明属于松香深加工技术领域,尤其是一种萜烯树脂生产用催化剂。
背景技术
萜烯树脂是一些热塑性嵌段共聚物、具有低气味、高硬度、高附着力、抗氧化性和热稳定性好、相容性和溶解性好等优点,特别EVA系SIS系,SBS系等热溶胶中具有优良的相容性和耐候性及增粘效果,其广泛应用于胶粘剂、接着剂、双面胶带、溶剂型胶水、书本装订版、色装、胶布、烯烃胶布、牛皮纸卡胶布、胶带 标签、木工胶、压敏胶、热溶胶、密封胶、油漆和油墨及其它聚合物改质剂等方面。但其也存在着一些不可忽视的缺点,即由于传统的萜烯树脂生产用催化剂为无水三氯化铝,从而导致萜烯树脂生产周期长、成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种萜烯树脂生产用催化剂,将该催化剂用于萜烯树脂的生产中,可有效的缩短萜烯树脂生产周期长、降低成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
按重量份计,将5份~8份二丙二醇甲醚、5份~8份二丙二醇丁醚、5份~8份异氰酸酯以及1份~5份无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在50℃~65℃下保温反应10分钟~20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在原有催化剂无水三氯化铝的基础上,加入一定比例的二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚以及异氰酸酯并在特定条件下发生反应,从而可以有效的缩短产物萜烯树脂的生产周期,降低其成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1—萜烯树脂生产用催化剂的制备方法:
将5kg二丙二醇甲醚、5kg二丙二醇丁醚、5kg异氰酸酯以及1kg无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在50℃下保温反应20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例产物萜烯树脂的生产周期缩短了2小时。
实施例2—萜烯树脂生产用催化剂的制备方法:
将8kg二丙二醇甲醚、8kg二丙二醇丁醚、8kg异氰酸酯以及5kg无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在60℃下保温反应15分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例产物萜烯树脂的生产周期缩短了2小时。
实施例3--萜烯树脂生产用催化剂的制备方法:
将7kg二丙二醇甲醚、7kg二丙二醇丁醚、7异氰酸酯以及4kg无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在65℃下保温反应10分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
本实施例产物萜烯树脂的生产周期缩短了2小时。

按重量份计,将5份~8份二丙二醇甲醚、5份~8份二丙二醇丁醚、5份~8份异氰酸酯以及1份~5份无水三氯化铝投入反应釜中混合均匀,并在50℃~65℃下保温反应10分钟~20分钟,然后进行蒸馏。
