本发明公开了一种转盘式刹车片打孔机,包括控制部、传送带支架、钻床立柱、刹车片卡台、托台,所述钻床立柱上设置有钻头动力台,所述钻头动力台上设置有若干升降台,所述升降台上设置有钻头座,所述钻头座上安装有钻头,钻头动力台上设置有丝杆,所述丝杆与升降台接触,所述丝杆的左端固定安装有转动圈,钻头动力台下部设置有托台支架,所述托台支架上固定安装有托台,所述托台上铰接安装有刹车片卡台,托台下部安装有卡台电机,所述卡台电机通过传动轴与刹车片卡台连接,所述传送带支架上安装有传送带电机。本发明能够提高刹车片钻孔的工作效率,减轻劳动强度,具有较高的精度,同时设备自动化程度高,操作简单,投资成本较低。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及刹车片加工设备的技术领域,特别是一种转盘式刹车片打孔机的技术领域。
【背景技术】
刹车片是汽车重要的零部件之一,能够有效的对汽车进行制动,刹车片上设置有若干固定孔,在制造过程中需要用到钻床加工,传统的钻床上设置有模具,能够精确的固定刹车片,但是取放都需要人工操作,降低了生产效率,同时操作较复杂,人工劳动强度较大,设备自动化程度低,已经不能很好的满足市场需求了,市场需要一种效率更高,自动化程度更高,且能够保证精度和操作简单的钻床设备。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种转盘式刹车片打孔机,能够提高刹车片钻孔的工作效率,减轻劳动强度,具有较高的精度,同时设备自动化程度高,操作简单,投资成本较低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种转盘式刹车片打孔机,包括控制部、传送带支架、钻床立柱、刹车片卡台、托台,所述钻床立柱上设置有钻头动力台,所述钻头动力台上设置有若干升降台,所述升降台上设置有钻头座,所述钻头座上安装有钻头,钻头动力台上设置有丝杆,所述丝杆与升降台接触,所述丝杆的左端固定安装有转动圈,钻头动力台下部设置有托台支架,所述托台支架上固定安装有托台,所述托台上铰接安装有刹车片卡台,托台下部安装有卡台电机,所述卡台电机通过传动轴与刹车片卡台连接,托台下部设置有传送带支架,所述传送带支架上安装有传送带电机。
作为优选,所述钻头动力台内设置有钻孔电机,所述钻孔电机通过齿轮带动钻头座高速转动。
作为优选,所述升降台的数量为1~4个,升降台横向排列或/和纵向排列。
作为优选,所述升降台上设置有齿条,所述齿条与丝杆配合连接。
作为优选,所述托台上设置有若干漏孔,所述漏孔能够使钻头通过,托台右侧设置有卸料口。
作为优选,所述传送带支架上铰接安装有传送辊,所述传送辊与传送带电机连接,传送辊上安装有传送带。
作为优选,所述刹车片卡台上设置有若干刹车片固定孔,所述刹车片固定孔两侧设置有固定板。
作为优选,所述固定板通过销钉铰接安装在刹车片卡台上,固定板能够通过转动固定压在刹车片上。
作为优选,所述钻头动力台上安装有控制部,所述控制部包括处理器、输入键、存储器和显示器,所述控制部通过数据线分别与卡台电机和传送带电机连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将刹车片卡台应用在钻床设备中,能够大大提高工作效率,减轻人工的劳动强度,设备自动化程度较高,操作简单,能够较好的保证刹车片的精度,设备结构简单,投资成本较低,能够满足不同的孔径,适应性强。

参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,本发明一种转盘式刹车片打孔机,包括控制部1、传送带支架2、钻床立柱3、刹车片卡台4、托台5,所述钻床立柱3上设置有钻头动力台31,所述钻头动力台31上设置有若干升降台32,所述升降台32上设置有钻头座36,所述钻头座36上安装有钻头35,钻头动力台31上设置有齿杆33,所述齿杆33与升降台32接触,所述齿杆33的左端固定安装有转动圈34,钻头动力台31下部设置有托台支架53,所述托台支架53上固定安装有托台5,所述托台5上铰接安装有刹车片卡台4,托台5下部安装有卡台电机6,所述卡台电机6通过传动轴与刹车片卡台4连接,托台5下部设置有传送带支架2,所述传送带支架2上安装有传送带电机22。所述钻头动力台31内设置有钻孔电机,所述钻孔电机通过齿轮带动钻头座36高速转动。所述升降台32的数量为1~4个,升降台32横向排列或/和纵向排列。所述升降台32上设置有齿条,所述齿条与齿杆33配合连接。所述托台5上设置有若干漏孔51,所述漏孔51能够使钻头35通过,托台5右侧设置有卸料口52。所述传送带支架2上铰接安装有传送辊21,所述传送辊21与传送带电机22连接,传送辊21上安装有传送带23。所述刹车片卡台4上设置有若干刹车片固定孔41,所述刹车片固定孔41两侧设置有固定板42。所述固定板42通过销钉铰接安装在刹车片卡台4上,固定板42能够通过转动固定压在刹车片上。所述钻头动力台31上安装有控制部1,所述控制部1包括处理器、输入键、存储器和显示器,所述控制部1通过数据线分别与卡台电机6和传送带电机22连接。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种转盘式刹车片打孔机在工作过程中,首先将刹车片放置在刹车片卡台4上的刹车片固定孔41中,通过转动固定板42,使固定板42压在刹车片上,然后接通电源,卡台电机6带动刹车片卡台4转动,转动一定的角度会静置一定的时间,可以通过控制部1设定转动和停留的时间,通过人工转动转动圈34带动齿杆33转动,齿杆33上设置有齿,通过齿杆33带动升降台32上的齿板上下运动,钻头35最终通过人工操作上下运动,在刹车片上钻孔,钻过孔的刹车片在刹车片卡台4的带动下继续转动,转至托台5上的漏孔51上时刹车片落在传送带23,进入下一工序的加工过程。
本发明一种转盘式刹车片打孔机,能够大大提高工作效率,减轻人工的劳动强度,设备自动化程度较高,操作简单,能够较好的保证刹车片的精度,设备结构简单,投资成本较低,能够满足不同的孔,适应性强。

1.一种转盘式刹车片打孔机,其特征在于:包括控制部(1)、传送带支架(2)、钻床立柱(3)、刹车片卡台(4)、托台(5),所述钻床立柱(3)上设置有钻头动力台(31),所述钻头动力台(31)上设置有若干升降台(32),所述升降台(32)上设置有钻头座(36),所述钻头座(36)上安装有钻头(35),钻头动力台(31)上设置有齿杆(33),所述齿杆(33)与升降台(32)接触,所述齿杆(33)的左端固定安装有转动圈(34),钻头动力台(31)下部设置有托台支架(53),所述托台支架(53)上固定安装有托台(5),所述托台(5)上铰接安装有刹车片卡台(4),托台(5)下部安装有卡台电机(6),所述卡台电机(6)通过传动轴与刹车片卡台(4)连接,托台(5)下部设置有传送带支架(2),所述传送带支架(2)上安装有传送带电机(22);所述托台(5)上设置有若干漏孔(51),所述漏孔(51)能够使钻头(35)通过,托台(5)右侧设置有卸料口(52);所述传送带支架(2)上铰接安装有传送辊(21),所述传送辊(21)与传送带电机(22)连接,传送辊(21)上安装有传送带(23);所述刹车片卡台(4)上设置有若干刹车片固定孔(41),所述刹车片固定孔(41)两侧设置有固定板(42)。
