未愈：症状及体征均无改善，或恶化者。

2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗小儿肺炎的中药组合物，其特征是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：北沙参15份、山药15份、杏仁10份、前胡10份、芦根10份、桑叶10份、菊花10份、蒲公英10份、枳壳10份、牛蒡子6份、莱菔子6份、木蝴蝶6份、橘红6份、玄参6份、桔梗6份、郁金6份、天竹黄6份、紫苏子6份、胆南星3份、半夏3份、葶苈子3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗小儿肺炎的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征是：包括以下步骤：
（1）按照所述重量份数称取原料药：北沙参、山药、杏仁、前胡、芦根、桑叶、菊花、蒲公英、枳壳、牛蒡子、莱菔子、木蝴蝶、橘红、玄参、桔梗、郁金、天竹黄、紫苏子、胆南星、半夏、葶苈子备用；
（2）加入总原料药8-12倍重量的水浸泡1-1.5小时，加热煎煮1-3小时，过滤，药渣再加入4-6倍重量水，加热煎煮1-2小时，过滤，滤液合并，得上清液；
（3）上清液浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.3时进喷雾干燥器，进风温度控制140-180℃，出风温度80-110℃，进料速度为1升每分钟，得喷雾干燥粉；
（4）将干燥粉剂按医药的常规方法制成口服液体制剂、胶囊剂或丸剂。
