Abstract

本发明足疗手疗的无痛揿针是由具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具与医用胶布组成,具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具则固定在医用胶布中;该足疗手疗的无痛揿针的医用胶布中还可以固定有一个或一个以上具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖,并且该揿针针柄的厚度为0.1~0.5毫米,用以避免因针柄受碰受压而产生的疼痛。其创造了在足疗手疗过程中不会产生疼痛的无痛揿针的技术方案,使手掌、脚掌赤白肉际,手指、脚趾小关节等极其敏感部位也能进行无痛的24小时/日持续的揿针埋针治疗,此技术方案还可采用各种含有药物的医用胶布固定揿针,从而增加其的作用效果,并能满足广大民众治疗足、手部各种疼痛、慢性、顽疾,有益养生保健及康复。

足疗手疗的无痛揿针
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械中医针灸器械针灸针中的揿针。
背景技术
足疗手疗历史悠久是我国中医学的重要组成部分,脚与手都具有人体全部组织的全息反应,人体的五脏六腑在脚上手上都有相应的投影区,并且连接人体脏腑的12条经脉,因此其特别有利于健康养生,有益于中老年人对自身的健康与保养,所以目前广泛开展的足(底)部、手(掌)部的保健按摩以及足浴、足疗与手疗就说明了我国国民健康素质的提升,也是我国中医健康养生事业发展的例证;然而由于人们对针刺疼痛的害怕,因此对于具有极佳疗效的足底、手掌部的针刺治疗,大部分人(除非万不得已)一般都敬而远之,人们期望能够拥有有一种针刺足底、手掌部不痛的技术方法;显然,要创造出一种针刺足底、手掌部而不痛的技术方法还需付出创造性劳动。
由于皮肤厚度因人或部位而异,为0.5毫米~4毫米;而皮肤最外面的一层是表皮,表皮的平均厚度为0.2毫米,根据细胞的不同发展阶段和形态特点,表皮由外向内可分为角质层、透明层、颗粒层、棘细胞层、基底层这样5层(从护肤的角度来讲表皮的最外面还有一种起保护作用的皮脂膜)以及毛孔、汗孔;而真皮则位于表皮之下,皮下组织之上,真皮来源于中胚叶,由弹性纤维、***、毛细血管、***、末梢神经、皮脂腺、汗腺构成(接近于表皮之真皮***称为***层,其下称为网状层,***层与网状层两者无严格界限);而我国的GB2024-94《针灸针》标准则规定了针灸针可进入人体的针体长度为13——100mm,我国的YY0105-93《揿针》标准规定了揿针的针体长度为1.3mm和2mm,目前市场上出现日本的清玲揿针的长度“根据因人或部位而异的不同皮肤厚度应用分为:0.3mm、0.6mm、0.9mm、1.2mm、1.5mm”,这就体现了长期以来人们一直在实施针灸针(如:针灸针、皮内针、揿针、浮针等)的针刺是通过针刺入皮肤或进入皮肤(即刺入血管、有感觉末梢神经的真皮层)后对穴位神经组织刺激从而进行的传统***均厚度0.2毫米表皮后,即会刺入真皮,同时也应无法避免其刺及毛细血管、末梢神经而产生疼痛;此外其由柄稀酸类树脂块所制作的针柄直径为3毫米、高度大于1毫米,该针柄在治疗中会因胶布的黏贴或其他外力作用挤压皮肤,造成所埋针部位的皮肤变薄、皮肤密度变高,从而使所埋针尖会更深入真皮刺及毛细血管、末梢神经产生疼痛;在足底部如仅贴有该3×1毫米针柄,在活动受压时所产生的疼痛就无法让人接受,更何况在该针柄上还有已刺入0.3mm的揿针)。近年来研究证明针刺的原始效应是针刺电化学效应(如申请号为200610048914.0《一种电化学针灸毫针及皮内针的多头表面特性差异装置》发明专利;浙江省科技厅成果登记号09001242,成果名称为《针刺(含电针)电化学效应的相关实验及其意义》的课题研究)会影响局部组织的电位差、浓度差,而针刺穴位神经组织的效应也应该源于相关的针刺电化学原始效应。因此从克服“针刺是通过针刺入皮肤或进入皮肤(即刺入血管、有感觉末梢神经的真皮层)后对穴位神经组织刺激从而进行的治疗”的传统习惯与传统认知的制约着手,创造出一种针刺足底、手掌部不痛的技术方法还需付出创造性劳动。
发明内容
本发明的目的:在于研究设计一种在足疗手疗过程中不会产生疼痛的无痛揿针的技术方案,从而克服人们一直渴望解决但始终未能获得成功(解决揿针在足疗手疗过程埋针会产生疼痛问题)的技术难题,使得手掌、脚掌赤白肉际,手指、脚趾小关节等极其敏感部位也能进行无痛的24小时/日持续高效的揿针埋针治疗,此技术方案还可以采用各种含有药物或磁性或导电性的医用胶布固定揿针,从而增加其的作用效果,并且能满足于广大民众对于足(底)部、手(掌)部各种疼痛、各种慢性、顽疾的治疗,并益于广大民众对于足(底)部、手(掌)部的养生保健,有益于中医针灸文化的世界性普及推广。
本发明实现其目的采用的技术方案是:足疗手疗的无痛揿针由具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具与医用胶布组成,具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具则固定在医用胶布中。该足疗手疗的无痛揿针的医用胶布中间还可固定有一个或一个以上具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖,该揿针针柄的厚度为0.1~0.5毫米,用以避免因针柄受碰受压而产生的疼痛。
上述技术方案中具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具可以按需选择各种符合医用要求的金属材料中的一种材料制成(例:不锈钢丝磨尖绕制成、不锈钢片或镀银不锈钢片或铜片冲压成具有一个或一个以上具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具),也可以是数种能符合医用要求的材料制成(如:采用黏接材料将揿针针柄和不锈钢具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖黏制而成)。
上述技术方案中具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具固定在医用胶布上可分为以下2种组成结构形式:1、上位固定型,揿针针柄固定在医用胶布上;2、中位固定型,揿针针柄固定在两层医用胶布之间(应考虑到医用胶布的厚度与进皮针体针尖的长度,确保进皮针体针尖能控制在0.1~0.3毫米范围已确定了的长度)。此外前述的医用胶布则可选用各种含有药物或磁性或导电性的医用胶布中的一种予以应用。
上述技术方案中将揿针进皮针体针尖的长度限定在0.1~0.3毫米之间,这实际上是将刺进皮肤的揿针限定在了表皮层(这是由于表皮的平均厚度为0.2毫米,因此可以根据人体的不同部位的皮肤厚度的需求将针体针尖的长度选定在不可能刺入真皮层的0.1~0.3毫米之间),确保揿针进皮针体针尖不能刺入真皮层,不能刺及毛细血管、末梢神经,从而也不会产生疼痛。因针刺的原始效应是针刺电化学效应,揿针进皮针体针尖系金属,金属在电解质溶液里呈阳离子状态,然而人体表皮层(由外向内可分为角质层、透明层、颗粒层、棘细胞层、基底层以及毛孔、汗孔)具有电解质溶液,当长度为0.1~0.3毫米的金属揿针进皮针体针尖刺入表皮以后,就会与人体表皮的电解质溶液发生电化学反应、产生针刺电化学效应,从而会影响局部组织的电位差、浓度差,影响穴位神经组织从而产生通经活络、活血祛瘀、调节阴阳平衡的治疗作用;前述方案提出“固定有一个或一个以上具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖”、“冲压成具有一个或一个以上具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具”,正是为了能够大幅度的增强其间的针刺电化学作用。
本发明的有益效果是:创造了一种在足疗手疗过程中不会产生疼痛的无痛揿针的技术方案,从而克服人们一直渴望解决但始终未能获得成功(解决揿针在足疗手疗过程埋针会产生疼痛问题)的技术难题,使得手掌、脚掌赤白肉际,手指、脚趾小关节等极其敏感部位也能进行无痛的24小时/日持续高效的揿针埋针治疗,此技术方案还可采用各种含有药物的医用胶布固定揿针,从而增加其的作用效果,并且能满足于广大民众对于足(底)部、手(掌)部各种疼痛、各种慢性、顽疾的治疗,并益于广大民众对于足(底)部、手(掌)部的养生保健,有益于中医针灸文化的世界性普及推广。

图1足疗手疗的无痛揿针(不锈钢丝磨尖绕制的上位固定型)构造示意图,图2足疗手疗的无痛揿针(不锈钢片冲压的中位固定型)构造示意俯视图,图3是图2的A-A剖视图;,图1~3中包括有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具1、进皮针体针尖2、医用胶布3、揿针针柄4、不锈钢片经冲压进皮针体针尖后所留的空洞5。图1在具体实施中可将具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具1固定在医用胶布3上,医用胶布经公知的通用固定设施安置后,再可用密封包装袋(盒)密封包装、灭菌待用;图2、图3在具体实施中可将经不锈钢片冲压后的具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具1(该具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具1的揿针针柄4上留有不锈钢片经冲压进皮针体针尖后所留的空洞7)的进皮针体针尖2从上面那片医用胶布3上穿出(此时应考虑到医用胶布的厚度与进皮针体针尖的长度,并确保进皮针体针尖能控制在0.1~0.3毫米范围已确定了的治疗长度),再将揿针针柄4固定在上下两片医用胶布3之间,其后用公知的通用固定设施安置后,再可用密封包装袋(盒)密封包装、灭菌待用。前述灭菌待用的产品,使用时打开密封包装袋(盒)即可将足疗手疗的无痛揿针应用于足(底)部、手(掌)部治疗。
上面对本专利的实施方式作了示意性说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

1.足疗手疗的无痛揿针,其特征是:该足疗手疗的无痛揿针由具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具与医用胶布组成,具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖的揿针针具则固定在医用胶布中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的足疗手疗的无痛揿针,其特征是:该医用胶布中间还可固定有一个或一个以上具有0.1~0.3毫米进皮针体针尖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的足疗手疗的无痛揿针,其特征是:该揿针针柄的厚度为0.1~0.5毫米,用以避免因针柄受碰受压而产生的疼痛。
