Abstract

一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器,涉及医疗康复器械技术领域,它包括膝上大腿矫正构件(1)、大腿矫正机构固定件(2)、小腿矫正构件(3)、小腿矫正构件固定件(4)、曲柄杠杆组件、足托连接绳(5)和足托(6),所述膝上大腿矫正构件(1)和小腿矫正构件(3)分别设有开口端,所述开口端的两侧分别连接安装有大腿矫正机构固定件(2)和小腿矫正构件固定件(4),所述曲柄杠杆组件包括曲柄杠杆(7)、曲柄杠杆转动轴(8)和一对用于限定曲柄杠杆移动空间的一对滑轮(9);本发明能有效的对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢进行康复训练,矫正患者步态。

Description

一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗康复器械技术领域,具体涉及一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器。
背景技术
脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢常表现为屈曲痉挛模式,踝足跖屈内翻畸形、踝背伸不足,步行时呈现为划圈步态,骨折患者造成腓总神经损伤后胫前肌无力,踝背伸不能,表现为足下垂,严重影响患者步行步态,临床上多用踝足矫形器(ankle foot orthosis,AFO)予以矫正。AFO可纠正及预防患者跟腱挛缩,可部分改善患者步行步态的稳定性,不同程度地恢复患者步行能力,已广泛在临床推广应用。虽然动踝AFO可让部分患者发挥自身踝背伸功能,却限制了踝关节跖屈功能,有部分患者踝背伸本身无力,均不能在正常步行周期中发挥踝背伸功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器。
本发明包括膝上大腿矫正构件、大腿矫正机构固定件、小腿矫正构件、小腿矫正构件固定件、曲柄杠杆组件、足托连接绳和足托,所述膝上大腿矫正构件和小腿矫正构件分别设有开口端,所述开口端的两侧分别连接安装有大腿矫正机构固定件和小腿矫正构件固定件,所述曲柄杠杆组件包括曲柄杠杆、曲柄杠杆转动轴和一对用于限定曲柄杠杆移动空间的一对滑轮,所述曲柄杠杆的一端设有转轴安装孔,另一端设有连接绳系留孔,所述曲柄杠杆的一端的转轴安装孔通过曲柄杠杆转动轴可转动安装在膝上大腿矫正构件上,所述一对滑轮分别通过转轴活动安装在小腿矫正构件上,所述曲柄杠杆转动轴的中部卡在一对滑轮之间,所述足托连接绳的一端系在曲柄杠杆的连接绳系留孔处,所述足托连接在足托连接绳的另一端。
所述大腿矫正构件、小腿矫正构件和足托分别采用低温热塑板模具成型。
还有所述大腿矫正机构固定件和小腿矫正构件固定件分别是魔术贴。
所述足托连接绳采用弹力绳。
所述足托连接绳采用非弹力绳。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明通过髋屈曲被动或主动膝关节屈曲提供驱动力,在膝关节外侧,跨膝关节通过单端非固定曲柄滑动杠杆在胫骨前侧空间(贴近胫骨),提供替代胫前肌向心收缩功能(踝背伸)的驱动力,通过绳索分别固定曲柄杠杆胫骨前侧端及前足背部,前足背部通过矫形器锚定绳索一端,能有效的对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢进行康复训练,矫正患者步态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,本发明包括膝上大腿矫正构件1、大腿矫正机构固定件2、小腿矫正构件3、小腿矫正构件固定件4、曲柄杠杆组件、足托连接绳5和足托6,所述膝上大腿矫正构件1和小腿矫正构件3分别设有开口端,所述开口端的两侧分别连接安装有大腿矫正机构固定件2和小腿矫正构件固定件4,所述曲柄杠杆组件包括曲柄杠杆7、曲柄杠杆转动轴8和一对用于限定曲柄杠杆移动空间的一对滑轮9,所述曲柄杠杆7的一端设有转轴安装孔,另一端设有连接绳系留孔,所述曲柄杠杆7的一端的转轴安装孔通过曲柄杠杆转动轴8可转动安装在膝上大腿矫正构件1上,所述一对滑轮9分别通过转轴活动安装在小腿矫正构件3上,所述曲柄杠杆转动轴8的中部卡在一对滑轮9之间,所述足托6连接绳5的一端系在曲柄杠杆7的连接绳系留孔处,所述足托6连接在足托连接绳5的另一端。
所述大腿矫正构件1、小腿矫正构件3和足托6分别采用低温热塑板模具成型。
还有所述大腿矫正机构固定件2和小腿矫正构件固定件4分别是魔术贴。
所述足托连接绳5采用弹力绳。
所述足托连接绳5采用非弹力绳。
工作方式及原理,本发明采用以下步骤进行步态矫正器的制作:
步骤一:膝上20cm测量大腿围度,应用低温热塑板制作膝上大腿矫正构件,开口向内(魔术贴固定,调节松紧),膝上大腿矫正构件中部曲柄杠杆转动轴安装;
步骤二:腓骨小头下10cm测量小腿围度,应用低温热塑板制作小腿矫正构件,开口向内(魔术贴固定,调节松紧),小腿矫正构件中部安装曲柄杠杆下方和上方的一对滑轮,限制及控制曲柄杠杆滑动时上移空间;
步骤三:曲柄杠杆长度及弧度测量:在膝关节外侧测量伸膝0度时膝上20cm处至腓骨小头下10cm处的长度作为杠杆长度,通过对曲柄杠杆远端弧度大小的调节实现屈膝90度时,曲柄杠杆突出胫骨前缘垂直距离3-5cm;杠杆近端制作转动轴,远端开孔用于系留足托连接绳;
步骤四:通过低温热塑板制作前足(跖趾关节)背部矫形器(足托)中部制作绳索锚定部件;
步骤五:伸膝0度踝关节0度站立位,测量足托连接绳长度并固定绳索两端;
步骤六:分别膝上大腿矫正构件、小腿矫正构件和足托穿戴在人的大腿、小腿和足部,进行康复性行走,将根据步行步态分析调节绳索长度。

1.一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器,其特征在于它包括膝上大腿矫正构件(1)、大腿矫正机构固定件(2)、小腿矫正构件(3)、小腿矫正构件固定件(4)、曲柄杠杆组件、足托连接绳(5)和足托(6),所述膝上大腿矫正构件(1)和小腿矫正构件(3)分别设有开口端,所述开口端的两侧分别连接安装有大腿矫正机构固定件(2)和小腿矫正构件固定件(4),所述曲柄杠杆组件包括曲柄杠杆(7)、曲柄杠杆转动轴(8)和一对用于限定曲柄杠杆移动空间的一对滑轮(9),所述曲柄杠杆(7)的一端设有转轴安装孔,另一端设有连接绳系留孔,所述曲柄杠杆(7)的一端的转轴安装孔通过曲柄杠杆转动轴(8)可转动安装在膝上大腿矫正构件(1)上,所述一对滑轮(9)分别通过转轴活动安装在小腿矫正构件(3)上,所述曲柄杠杆转动轴(8)的中部卡在一对滑轮(9)之间,所述足托连接绳(5)的一端系在曲柄杠杆(7)的连接绳系留孔处,所述足托(6)连接在足托连接绳(5)的另一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器,其特征在于所述大腿矫正构件(1)、小腿矫正构件(3)和足托(6)分别采用低温热塑板模具成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器,其特征在于还有所述大腿矫正机构固定件(2)和小腿矫正构件固定件(4)分别是魔术贴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器,其特征在于所述足托连接绳(5)采用弹力绳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种膝动力弧度滑轮式足下垂及偏瘫步态矫正器,其特征在于所述足托连接绳(5)采用非弹力绳。
