背景技术
对航空器和特别是航空器发动机舱的维护错误可以引发航空事故。事实上,维护人员可能进行的维护操作和为了进行日常维护和轻度维护的在线操作,为了进行深度维护的车间操作不适合给定发动机舱,尤其是因为有若干类型和模型的发动机舱,有时候很难把它们彼此区分,并且一些适合给定的发动机舱的维护操作不适合另一个发动机舱。
所以为了进行可靠、便利的维护操作和加快维护操作,为了更好地确保飞机飞行安全从而降低航线开发成本,有必要减少这些错误数量。
另一方面,和更一般地,有必要加快与给定发动机舱相关的所有类型的工作和减少与这些工作相关的错误数量,从而减少在整个开发链中的航线开发成本和确保开发的安全。
发明内容
为此目的,本发明涉及航空器发动机舱,值得注意的是,其包括在发动机舱的一个表面上的自动识别装置,该装置包括至少一条能够进入与该发动机舱相关的技术资源库的信息。
自动识别装置是指一个可以由有源电子设备(例如智能手机或者其它适合的设备)读取的装置编码。
然后可以使用平板电脑(tablet)、智能手机或者其它任何合适的设备,来进入专用于装备有自动识别装置的给定发动机舱的维护资源库,使用者不必事先确定需要维护的发动机舱的类型,从而消除了维护发动机舱期间发生错误的风险。
一个或更多个用户使用航空器发动机舱上的自动识别装置也能够更快地获得期望的信息,方便了从而加快了将要对发动机舱进行的工作。
根据本发明的其它特征,发动机舱包括一个或更多个下列可选的特征,它们可以被认为是单独的或者以任何可能的方式组合的:
-与发动机舱相关的技术资源库可以是与发动机舱的维护相关的资源库,使用者是维护人员,
-自动识别装置可以是贴纸的形式,例如那些航空学上常用来抵抗环境压力的贴纸,
-自动识别装置可以是涂漆的以提高其对环境压力的抵抗力,
-自动识别装置位于从发动机舱外部不可见的内表面上,
-自动识别装置位于使用者容易看见的发动机舱表面,例如在发动机舱的较低部分的发动机舱外表面,
-自动识别装置位于使用者可以接触到的发动机舱表面,例如在发动机舱的较低部分的发动机舱外表面,
-自动识别装置是射频识别芯片(FRID chip),
-自动识别装置是扫描码型的码,
-扫描码以传输码(transfer)的形式,
-对于扫描码是在发动机舱的涂漆表面上可见的情况,扫描码可以直接涂在该表面上,
-扫描码可以在给表面涂漆的同时直接涂在该表面上,从而使扫描码与涂漆表面的其它涂漆部分在同一水平上,这对于涂漆的表面是流线型表面的情况是特别有利的,
-扫描码可以是二维码(QR code),
-扫描码可以是标签(tag),例如公司的标签,
-扫描码可以是二维条形码,
-扫描码可以是三维条形码。

根据优选的实施例,二维码2被涂在可见表面3上并且维护人员容易接触,使得维护人员在二维码2前方能够容易地接通安装在智能手机上或者平板电脑上的光学传感器(optical sensor),从而容易、快捷地获取专属于带有二维码2的发动机舱1的维护信息,对发动机舱1的识别因此是可靠的。
根据将要对发动机舱1进行维护的种类,所述维护人员可以是在线维护人员或者车间维护人员分别进行轻度或深度维护操作。
除维护数据以外的其它数据可以通过该二维码2获取,例如发动机舱1的零件价格目录,使维护人员立刻可以知道维护零件的成本。
在任何情况下,通过二维码2获取的数据可以是不同的形式,例如以文本文件、图像、声音、视频或者其它任何已知的合适的电子形式,能够,尤其是安排,例如维护指导,例如能够简化对维护人员的培训。
不言而喻,二维码仅仅关联仅维护人员关注的数据,但是也可以关联其它关注的数据,例如,所述其它数据专门用于发动机舱的设计者、发动机舱的制造者或者对发动机舱1的寿命周期的阶段关注的任何人。
在他们的操作中,二维码优选地关联安全内部网络站点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,与所述发动机舱(1)相关的技术资源库是与发动机舱(1)的维护相关的资源库。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,所述自动识别装置(2)可以用清漆层覆盖。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,所述自动识别装置(2)位于从发动机舱(1)的外部不可见的内表面(3)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,所述表面(3)是涂漆的流线型的表面(3)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,所述扫描码(2)是在给表面(3)涂漆的同时直接涂在表面(3)上,使得所述扫描码(2)与涂漆的流线型的表面(3)的其它涂漆部分在同一水平上。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,所述扫描码(2)是二维码。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,所述扫描码(2)是标签。
9.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的发动机舱(1),其特征在于,所述扫描码(2)是条形码。
