Abstract

本发明涉及小型电子配件技术领域,尤其是指一种手机摄像头或DVD激光头上用的无骨架多串联线圈,包括由一根漆包线绕制而成的封闭线圈,所述封闭线圈的数量为至少两个,该至少两个封闭线圈的输入端和输出端依次串联,至少两个封闭线圈由同一根漆包线绕制而成。所述封闭线圈的数量为至少两个,应用到手机摄像头或DVD激光头上,在低电压的电能输入的情况下能产生更大的驱动力,实际应用中驱动线圈的灵敏度更高,尤其适用于手机、平板电脑、DVD随声听,笔记本电脑等通过电池供电的便携式低电压设备。

无骨架多串联线圈
技术领域
本发明涉及小型电子配件技术领域,尤其是指一种手机摄像头或DVD激光头上用的无骨架多串联线圈。
背景技术
目前,在手机摄像头和DVD激光头中都会用到线圈,在DVD激光头中,透镜粘结在可动的线圈上,可动线圈配合有磁体,线圈通电时能驱动透镜上下运动,从而实现对激光二极管发出的激光进行聚焦调节。
在手机摄像头中,镜头固定在可动的线圈上,可动线圈配合有磁体,线圈通电时能驱动镜头上下运动,从而实现对手机拍照时的成像对焦功能。
现有技术中,线圈驱动装置通常只有一个磁路***,在线圈安装空间有限的情况下,要提高驱动线圈的灵敏度,只有提高磁铁的磁通密度,提高磁通密度有两个办法,一个是用磁性更强的磁铁,二是使用体积更大的磁铁,然而提高磁通密度受到磁性材料的限制,无法实质性提高驱动线圈的灵敏度,缺陷明显落。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种低电压下产生更大驱动力,并能有效提高驱动线圈的灵敏度的无骨架多串联线圈。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种无骨架多串联线圈,包括由一根漆包线绕制而成的封闭线圈,其特征在于:所述封闭线圈的数量为至少两个,该至少两个封闭线圈的输入端和输出端依次串联,至少两个封闭线圈由同一根漆包线绕制而成。
优选的,所述封闭线圈的数量为两个或三个。
优选的,所述封闭线圈为圆环状线圈、椭圆状线圈、矩形线圈或跑道形线圈。
优选的,所述封闭线圈为正方形线圈、正六边形线圈或正八边形线圈。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种无骨架多串联线圈,包括由一根漆包线绕制而成的封闭线圈,所述封闭线圈的数量为至少两个,该至少两个封闭线圈的输入端和输出端依次串联,至少两个封闭线圈由同一根漆包线绕制而成。所述封闭线圈的数量为至少两个,应用到手机摄像头或DVD激光头上,在低电压的电能输入的情况下能产生更大的驱动力,实际应用中驱动线圈的灵敏度更高,尤其适用于手机、平板电脑、DVD随声听,笔记本电脑等通过电池供电的便携式低电压设备。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例与附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
如图1和图2所示为一种无骨架多串联线圈的实施例一,包括由一根漆包线1绕制而成的封闭线圈2,所述封闭线圈2的数量为至少两个,该至少两个封闭线圈2的输入端和输出端依次串联,至少两个封闭线圈2由同一根漆包线1绕制而成。
优选的实施例中,所述封闭线圈2的数量为两个,所述封闭线圈的数量为至少两个,应用到手机摄像头或DVD激光头上,在低电压的电能输入的情况下能产生更大的驱动力,实际应用中驱动线圈的灵敏度更高,尤其适用于手机、平板电脑、DVD随声听,笔记本电脑等通过电池供电的便携式低电压设备。
当然,根据驱动线圈的使用场合和设计需要,所述封闭线圈2的数量还可以设置成三个串联,适用于安装空间更小功率需求更大的电子设备中,实用性较强。
根据手机镜头或DVD激光头的安装环境和位置空间的不同,封闭线圈的形状也会有较大的区别,为提高电子产品内部的空间利用率,封闭线圈可以根据需要设计成圆形、椭圆型、矩形或跑道形等不同的形状,圆环状线圈、椭圆状线圈或矩形线圈正好配合不同形状的手机镜头或DVD激光头使用,结构简单,适用性广。
当然,手机镜头或DVD激光头也可以根据不同使用者的喜好以及生产厂商的创新理念设计成正方形、正六边形或正八边形,正方形线圈、正六边形线圈或正八边形线圈适用于上述形状的驱动线圈。
本实施例中,封闭线圈2为单层线圈。
如图3所示为一种无骨架多串联线圈的实施例二,与上述实施例一的不同之处在于:所述封闭线圈2为三层线圈,线圈在工作时能产生更大的动能,输出功率更高。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的两种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (4)

1.无骨架多串联线圈,包括由一根漆包线(1)绕制而成的封闭线圈(2),其特征在于:所述封闭线圈(2)的数量为至少两个,该至少两个封闭线圈(2)的输入端和输出端依次串联,至少两个封闭线圈(2)由同一根漆包线(1)绕制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无骨架多串联线圈,其特征在于:所述封闭线圈(2)的数量为两个或三个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无骨架多串联线圈,其特征在于:所述封闭线圈(2)为圆环状线圈、椭圆状线圈、矩形线圈或跑道形线圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无骨架多串联线圈,其特征在于:所述封闭线圈(2)为正方形线圈、正六边形线圈或正八边形线圈。
