本发明涉及一种洗化用品领域,具体涉及一种羊毛衫洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
羊毛衫是人们经常穿着的一种毛衫,具有比其他毛衫更好的保暖功能,在人们的日常生活中扮演着非常重要的角色。随着人们的生活水平日益提高,大家对羊毛衫洗涤剂的质量要求也越来越高。
目前,市面上洗衣剂去污能力弱,性能不温和,容易损伤衣物,不能起到保护衣物、保护皮肤的作用,尤其在清洗羊毛衫时,容易对羊毛衫的毛料产生破坏,使毛料***,而且会加快羊毛衫的褪色等问题。
虽然,现在市场上销售的洗涤剂种类很多,但大多数产品或多或少地添加了一些对人体有害的物。因此,人们还是希望使用更优异的羊毛衫洗涤剂,特别是利用传统中药植物来制备的洗涤剂。
此外,在现有的洗涤剂中,洗涤后的羊毛衫往往质地***、色泽暗淡、产生静电,而且没有杀菌消毒功能。再者由于羊毛衫的主要成分是蛋白纤维,因此,在洗涤以后,通常都会有大的收缩率。这个问题也一直困扰着相关的科研工作者和羊毛衫使用者,如何降低羊毛衫在洗涤以后的收缩率是羊毛衫使用过程中的一个难题。
当然现有的洗涤剂生产成本也比较高,制备工艺相对复杂,不适合工业化生产。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种羊毛衫洗涤剂及其制备方法,所述羊毛衫洗涤剂具有良好的起泡和抗菌效果,去污能力强;洗涤后的羊毛衫色泽鲜艳、蓬松柔软,能有效降低羊毛衫的收缩率,并且不伤害人体皮肤,还具有防尘抗静电的效果;同时,所述羊毛衫洗涤剂的生产成本低,制备工艺简单,适合工业化生产。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种羊毛衫洗涤剂,所述羊毛衫洗涤剂包括以下重量配比的原料:十二烷基硫酸钠:5~15份,乙醇:30~50份,氧化叔胺:4~8份,二十烷基甜菜碱:6~12份,荧光增白剂:0.1~1份,烷基醇酰胺:2~5份,柠檬酸:8~15份,次氯酸钠:0.1~1份,香精:1~3份,穿心莲:1~2份,去离子水:40~70份。
优选地,所述羊毛衫洗涤剂包括以下重量配比的原料:十二烷基硫酸钠:7~13份,乙醇:32~48份,氧化叔胺:5~7份,二十烷基甜菜碱:8~11份,荧光增白剂:0.2~0.88份,烷基醇酰胺:3~4.5份,柠檬酸:9~12份,次氯酸钠:0.2~0.9份,香精:1.2~2.5份,穿心莲:1.2~1.8份,去离子水:45~65份。
优选地,所述羊毛衫洗涤剂包括以下重量配比的原料:十二烷基硫酸钠:10份,乙醇:42份,氧化叔胺:6.27份,二十烷基甜菜碱:9.8份,荧光增白剂:0.52份,烷基醇酰胺:3.8份,柠檬酸:10.5份,次氯酸钠:0.65份,香精:1.85份,穿心莲:1.53份,去离子水:52份。
进一步,所述荧光增白剂的基本结构类型为二苯乙烯基联苯类。
再,所述烷基醇酰胺为N、N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺。

同时,本发明还提供制备权利要求1或2或3所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂的方法:
首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至50~80℃;
其次,加入50~70℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至20~30℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
优选地,首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至65℃;
其次,加入60℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至25℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)所述羊毛衫洗涤剂具有良好的起泡和杀菌效果,去污能力强,在清洗过程中,能有效去除羊毛衫内的污渍,抑制羊毛衫内细菌的滋长;所述羊毛衫洗涤剂对人体皮肤有很好的保护作用,不脱皮、不伤手。
(2)使用所述羊毛衫洗涤剂洗涤羊毛衫后,能依然保持羊毛衫色泽鲜艳、蓬松柔软;此外,使用所述羊毛衫洗涤剂洗涤羊毛衫后,还能有效降低羊毛衫的收缩率,洗涤后的羊毛衫具备防尘抗静电的功能。
(3)同时,本发明所述的羊毛衫洗涤剂的制备工艺简单,生产成本低,适合工业化生产。

实施例一
首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺根据表1实施列中所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂原料按重量配比准确称取,然后放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至65℃;
其次,加入60℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至25℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
实施例二

实施例三
首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺根据表1实施列中所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂原料按重量配比准确称取,然后放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至80℃;
其次,加入70℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至30℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
实施例四
首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺根据表1实施列中所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂原料按重量配比准确称取,然后放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至70℃;
其次,加入65℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至25℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
实施例五
首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺根据表1实施列中所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂原料按重量配比准确称取,然后放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至60℃;
其次,加入55℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至25℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
采用本发明所提供的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂的制备方法,所制备的羊毛衫洗涤剂具有良好的起泡和抗菌效果,去污能力强;洗涤后的羊毛衫色泽鲜艳、蓬松柔软,能有效降低羊毛衫的收缩率,并且不伤害人体皮肤,还具有防尘抗静电的效果;同时,所述羊毛衫洗涤剂的生产成本低,制备工艺简单,适合工业化生产。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
Claims (8)
1.一种羊毛衫洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述羊毛衫洗涤剂包括以下重量配比的原料:
十二烷基硫酸钠:5~15份,乙醇:30~50份,氧化叔胺:4~8份,二十烷基甜菜碱:6~12份,荧光增白剂:0.1~1份,烷基醇酰胺:2~5份,柠檬酸:8~15份,次氯酸钠:0.1~1份,香精:1~3份,穿心莲:1~2份,去离子水:40~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述羊毛衫洗涤剂包括以下重量配比的原料:
十二烷基硫酸钠:7~13份,乙醇:32~48份,氧化叔胺:5~7份,二十烷基甜菜碱:8~11份,荧光增白剂:0.2~0.8份,烷基醇酰胺:3~4.5份,柠檬酸:9~12份,次氯酸钠:0.2~0.9份,香精:1.2~2.5份,穿心莲:1.2~1.8份,去离子水:45~65份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述羊毛衫洗涤剂包括以下重量配比的原料:
十二烷基硫酸钠:10份,乙醇:42份,氧化叔胺:6.27份,二十烷基甜菜碱:9.8份,荧光增白剂:0.52份,烷基醇酰胺:3.8份,柠檬酸:10.5份,次氯酸钠:0.65份,香精:1.85份,穿心莲:1.53份,去离子水:52份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述荧光增白剂的基本结构类型为二苯乙烯基联苯类。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述烷基醇酰胺为N、N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述香精带有水果味香气。
7.一种羊毛衫洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至50~80℃;
其次,加入50~70℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至20~30℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种羊毛衫洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
首先,将十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇、氧化叔胺、二十烷基甜菜碱、荧光增白剂、烷基醇酰胺放在反应器内溶解并混合均匀,加热至65℃;
其次,加入60℃的去离子水充分混合均匀;
最后,降温至25℃时加入柠檬酸、次氯酸钠、香精和穿心莲搅拌即可得到成品。
