太阳能光热应用是人类利用太阳能最简单、最直接、最有效的方法之一,但简单的太阳能吸收、转化效果差,并不能够很好的吸热。太阳能吸热涂料对提高太阳能吸收有很好的效果,通过在低辐射材质铝,铜,不锈钢上涂装吸热涂层,根据所涂涂层厚度,辐射系数可达28%-49%,对太阳能的吸收率可达到90%,吸热效应优异。太阳能吸热涂料对底材具有优良的附着性,涂膜的耐冲击性、耐弯曲性、耐湿性、耐热性(可达500℃)、耐蒸汽性、耐老化性均优良,受热无气体挥发,抗紫外线退化。因此,太阳能吸热涂料应用越来越普遍。
