Abstract
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水及其制备方法。所述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水包括:绞股蓝皂苷4~10份、野菊花提取物1~5份、丁二醇4~10份、尿囊素0.1~1份、丙二醇1~6份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.5份、甜菜碱0.2~2份、木糖醇1~3份、燕麦β‑葡聚糖1~4份、三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份、ε‑聚赖氨酸0.3~0.5份和水55~90份。其易吸收,安全无刺激,补水保湿,舒敏效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水及其制备方法。
背景技术
过敏反应是人体对抗原产生的超常或病理反应。在过敏反应过程中,过敏原(抗原)起着直接作用,是过敏反应的外因;而机体免疫能力低下,大量自由基对细胞的氧化破坏是过敏反应的内因。皮肤过敏是比较常见的皮肤问题,随着化妆品和其他化学制品使用的增加,环境问题,现代社会生活节奏加快、压力增大等,具有敏感性皮肤的人越来越多。再加上部分人群护肤品使用不当等原因,往往也易引起皮肤过敏,出现瘙痒、脱屑、红肿等过敏症状的发生。目前用于皮肤过敏反应的治疗主要是皮质激素类药物,主要作用是抑制人体的免疫反应,它不仅抑制引起过敏的异常免疫反应,还会抑制正常的免疫反应,降低皮肤细胞的抵抗力,从而诱发非过敏性皮炎、皮肤瘤、诱发黑色素沉积、皮肤异常生长等不良反应,如果长期应用,还会产生药物依赖性。因此,有必要寻求一种有效舒缓过敏反应的外用制剂。
葫芦科植物绞股蓝(Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Makin)为多年生落叶草质藤本绞股蓝属植物,又名七叶胆、甘茶蔓、七叶参等,早在我国《救荒本草》中已有记载。现代药理证明绞股蓝的主要药效成分为绞股蓝皂苷,其具有抑制肿瘤、防止衰老、降低血脂、增强免疫、防治糖皮质激素不良反应、保护心脏和肝脏、降低血糖、镇静止痛及抗炎等药理作用,从而使绞股蓝在治疗气管炎、传染性肝炎、劳肌虚损以及防治神经、循环、血液、内分泌、消耗***疾病等方面广泛应用于临床。
因此,目前绞股蓝主要应用于医药领域,然而绞股蓝皂苷药理作用众多,单纯作为药物使用,大大限制了其使用价值。傅玉娟等在绞股蓝提取液对光老化模型小鼠皮肤组织中CAT GHS-Px活性与H2O2含量影响的实验研究中发现绞股蓝提取液降低人噬中性粒细胞中超氧阴离子和过氧化氢量,减低由酵母聚糖引发的人单核细胞和鼠巨噬细胞化学发光氧化的激发,提示绞股蓝提取液防晒化妆品中的应用。中国专利申请CN103191172A也公开了绞股蓝提取物在制备用于皮肤抗光老化的化妆品或者药品中的应用。而对于绞股蓝皂苷作为舒敏活性成分,至今鲜有报道。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水,其温和亲肤,易吸收,安全无刺激,有效补水保湿,舒敏效果佳,明显改善皮肤瘙痒、脱屑、红肿等过敏症状。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水,包括以下重量份的组分:绞股蓝皂苷4~10份、野菊花提取物1~5份、丁二醇4~10份、尿囊素0.1~1份、丙二醇1~6份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.5份、甜菜碱0.2~2份、木糖醇1~3份、燕麦β-葡聚糖1~4份、三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3~0.5份和水55~90份。
优选的,所述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水由以下重量份的组分组成:绞股蓝皂苷6~8份、野菊花提取物1~3份、丁二醇4~8份、尿囊素0.1~0.3份、丙二醇1~4份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.2份、甜菜碱0.2~1份、木糖醇1~2份、燕麦β-葡聚糖1~2份、三乙醇胺0.1~0.3份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3~0.5份和水70~90份。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水由以下重量份的组分组成:绞股蓝皂苷7份、野菊花提取物2份、丁二醇6份、尿囊素0.2份、丙二醇2份、透明质酸钠0.1份、甜菜碱0.6份、木糖醇2份、燕麦β-葡聚糖1份、三乙醇胺0.2份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.4份和水78.5份。
相应的,本发明还提供了上述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
称取配方量的丁二醇、尿囊素、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、三乙醇胺和水加热至75~85℃均质2~5min完全溶解,保温15~20min后降温至40~45℃加入配方量的绞股蓝皂苷、野菊花提取物、木糖醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖和ε-聚赖氨酸搅拌均匀,对板合格出料,即得含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水。
优选的,所述搅拌的速度为40~50转/分钟。
在本发明的技术方案中,发明人发现绞股蓝皂苷对舒缓皮肤过敏反应症状有一定的作用,并且与野菊花提取物复配使用效果更为明显,同时发明人意外地发现绞股蓝皂苷和野菊花提取物的复配物还可以有效降低原料的刺激性,使得本发明舒敏保湿水对皮肤无刺激,不会加重皮肤的过敏症状。
ε-聚赖氨酸是一种具有抑菌功效的多肽,分子量在3600~4300之间。ε-聚赖氨酸还是一种天然防腐剂,抑菌谱广,安全性高,对于酵母属的尖锐假丝酵母菌、法红酵母菌等;革兰氏阳性菌中的耐热脂肪芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌;革兰氏阴性菌中的产气节杆菌、大肠杆菌等都有明显的抑制和杀灭作用。目前ε-聚赖氨酸因其良好的抗菌活性和热稳定性被广泛应用于食品保鲜和防腐中。本发明使用ε-聚赖氨酸作为所述舒敏保湿水的防腐剂,发现其能起到很好的抗菌防腐作用,经检测本发明防腐剂符合《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)微生物检验卫生标准的规定。
因此,与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:
(1)本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水含有绞股蓝皂苷和野菊花提取物两种天然植物成分,可有效降低原料刺激性,同时对于红肿、瘙痒、脱皮、干燥和疼痛等皮肤过敏症状有明显的舒缓和改善作用,补水保湿效果明显,并且本发明舒敏保湿水可快速被肌肤全面吸收,温和亲肤,安全无刺激。
(2)本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水各组分协同,舒敏保湿效果好,且安全无刺激,体系稳定,同时本发明舒敏保湿水的制备方法简单,条件可控,工艺稳定,可工业化生产,有利于推广应用。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式进一步描述本发明,但本发明不仅仅限于以下实施例。在本发明的范围内或者在不脱离本发明的内容、精神和范围内,对本发明所述金花葵保湿精华液进行适当改进、替换功效相同的组分,对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明的范围之内。
本发明实施例中所述法绞股蓝皂苷购自杭州东帆化学有限公司,CAS号为94987-08-3。
所述野菊花提取物为陕西森弗天然制品有限公司。
实施例1、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水及其制备
配方:绞股蓝皂苷4kg、野菊花提取物1kg、丁二醇4kg、尿囊素0.1kg、丙二醇1kg、透明质酸钠0.1kg、甜菜碱0.2kg、木糖醇1kg、燕麦β-葡聚糖1kg、三乙醇胺0.1kg、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3kg和水87.2kg。
制备方法:
称取配方量的丁二醇、尿囊素、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、三乙醇胺和水加热至75℃均质2min完全溶解,保温15min后降温至40℃加入配方量的绞股蓝皂苷、野菊花提取物、木糖醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖和ε-聚赖氨酸搅拌均匀,对板合格出料,即得含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水。其中,所述搅拌的速度为40转/分钟。
实施例2、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水及其制备
配方:绞股蓝皂苷10kg、野菊花提取物5kg、丁二醇10kg、尿囊素1kg、丙二醇6kg、透明质酸钠0.5kg、甜菜碱2kg、木糖醇3kg、燕麦β-葡聚糖4kg、三乙醇胺0.5kg、ε-聚赖氨酸0.5kg和水57.5kg。
制备方法:
称取配方量的丁二醇、尿囊素、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、三乙醇胺和水加热至85℃均质5min完全溶解,保温20min后降温至45℃加入配方量的绞股蓝皂苷、野菊花提取物、木糖醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖和ε-聚赖氨酸搅拌均匀,对板合格出料,即得含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水。其中,所述搅拌的速度为50转/分钟。
实施例3、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水及其制备
配方:绞股蓝皂苷6kg、野菊花提取物1kg、丁二醇4kg、尿囊素0.1kg、丙二醇1kg、透明质酸钠0.1kg、甜菜碱0.2kg、木糖醇1kg、燕麦β-葡聚糖1kg、三乙醇胺0.1kg、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3kg和水85.2kg。
制备方法:
称取配方量的丁二醇、尿囊素、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、三乙醇胺和水加热至80℃均质4min完全溶解,保温15min后降温至45℃加入配方量的绞股蓝皂苷、野菊花提取物、木糖醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖和ε-聚赖氨酸搅拌均匀,对板合格出料,即得含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水。其中,所述搅拌的速度为50转/分钟。
实施例4、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水及其制备
配方:绞股蓝皂苷8kg、野菊花提取物3kg、丁二醇8kg、尿囊素0.3kg、丙二醇4kg、透明质酸钠0.2kg、甜菜碱1kg、木糖醇2kg、燕麦β-葡聚糖2kg、三乙醇胺0.3kg、ε-聚赖氨酸0.5kg和水70.7kg。
制备方法:
称取配方量的丁二醇、尿囊素、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、三乙醇胺和水加热至75℃均质5min完全溶解,保温20min后降温至40℃加入配方量的绞股蓝皂苷、野菊花提取物、木糖醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖和ε-聚赖氨酸搅拌均匀,对板合格出料,即得含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水。其中,所述搅拌的速度为40转/分钟。
实施例5、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水及其制备
配方:绞股蓝皂苷7kg、野菊花提取物2kg、丁二醇6kg、尿囊素0.2kg、丙二醇2kg、透明质酸钠0.1kg、甜菜碱0.6kg、木糖醇2kg、燕麦β-葡聚糖1kg、三乙醇胺0.2kg、ε-聚赖氨酸0.4kg和水78.5kg。
制备方法:
称取配方量的丁二醇、尿囊素、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、三乙醇胺和水加热至80℃均质5min完全溶解,保温15min后降温至45℃加入配方量的绞股蓝皂苷、野菊花提取物、木糖醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖和ε-聚赖氨酸搅拌均匀,对板合格出料,即得含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水。其中,所述搅拌的速度为45转/分钟。
对比例1、
与实施例5相比,本对比例的不同之处在于:不含野菊花提取物,绞股蓝皂苷的用量为9kg。制备方法参考实施例5。
对比例2、
与实施例5相比,本对比例的不同之处在于:不含绞股蓝皂苷,野菊花提取物的用量为9kg。制备方法参考实施例5。
对比例3、
配方:绞股蓝皂苷7kg、野菊花提取物2kg、丁二醇6kg、丙二醇4kg、透明质酸钠0.3kg、燕麦β-葡聚糖1.6kg、三乙醇胺0.2kg、ε-聚赖氨酸0.4kg和水78.5kg。
制备方法参考实施例5。
对比例4、
配方:丁二醇6kg、尿囊素0.2kg、丙二醇2kg、透明质酸钠0.1kg、甜菜碱0.6kg、木糖醇2kg、燕麦β-葡聚糖1kg、三乙醇胺0.2kg、ε-聚赖氨酸0.4kg和水78.5kg。
制备方法参考实施例5。
试验例一、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水的指标检测及稳定性试验
对实施例1~5的含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水做性能指标测试,其测试结果如下:
1、外观:半透明流动液体
2、pH值:5.5~6.5
3、粘度:≦300mpa;
4、耐热稳定性考察(48℃×24h):合格
5、耐寒稳定性考察(-15℃×24h):合格
6、符合《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)微生物检验卫生标准的规定
试验例二、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水的刺激性测试
根据《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验对实施例1~5和对比例1~4的舒敏保湿水进行皮肤反应评分,具体操作如下:
1、实验动物:健康白色家兔36只,雌性,1.8~2.2kg,皮肤无损伤,分为9组,每组4只。
2、实验步骤:
2.1试验前24h将实验白兔背部脊柱两侧毛剪掉,不损伤表皮,去毛范围左右各为3cm×3cm,涂抹面积为2.5cm×2.5cm。
2.2取受试物(即实施例1~5和对比例1~4舒敏保湿水)0.5ml涂抹在一侧皮肤上,另一侧皮肤作为对照。每天涂抹1次,连续涂抹14d。从第二天开始,每次涂抹前剪毛,用水清除残留受试物。1小时后观察结果,按表1进行皮肤反应评分,对照区和试验区同样处理。
2.3结果评价:按下列公式计算每天每只动物平均积分,按表2判定皮肤刺激强度。

3、实验结果:按照表1和表2统计结果见下表3。

由上表3可得,本发明实施例1~5含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水均对皮肤无刺激性。然而当体系中缺乏绞股蓝皂苷和野菊花提取物(即对比例4)时,舒敏保湿水的刺激性增强,对皮肤产生轻度刺激,引起皮肤红斑和水肿;而当体系中缺少绞股蓝皂苷或野菊花提取物时(即对比例1和2),舒敏保湿水的刺激性也有轻微增强,说明绞股蓝皂苷和野菊花提取物协同,能明显降低配方刺激性。
试验例三、本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水的效果评价
一、试验品:实施例1~5、对比例1~3制得的舒敏保湿水
二、受试人群
性别数目:女、200人
年龄:20~50岁之间
健康状况:受试者面部均有不同程度的过敏症状,如红肿、瘙痒、脱皮、干燥、疼痛。受试者均符合受试者志愿入选标准。
分组:随机分成8组,每组25人。
三、测试方法:每组受试者分别试用上述试验品两周,早晚各使用一次。
四、试验结果:测试评估结果如下:

由上表4可知:
(1)本发明实施例1~5的含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水的试用评价高,且都没有出现无效案例;受试者表示,本发明含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水容易被肌肤吸收,使用后清爽不黏腻,补水保湿效果好,使用两周后感觉皮肤红肿、瘙痒及疼痛感明显消退,肌肤干燥、粗糙、脱皮等肤况明显改善。其中实施例5舒敏保湿水的认可度最高,为本发明的最佳实施例。同时受试者的问卷中未有人出现不良反应。
(2)对比例1不含野菊花提取物,对比例2不含绞股蓝皂苷,对比例3缺少某些基质原料,其使用效果评价均不及实施例1~5。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (5)
1.一种含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:绞股蓝皂苷4~10份、野菊花提取物1~5份、丁二醇4~10份、尿囊素0.1~1份、丙二醇1~6份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.5份、甜菜碱0.2~2份、木糖醇1~3份、燕麦β-葡聚糖1~4份、三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3~0.5份和水55~90份。
2.如权利要求1所述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:绞股蓝皂苷6~8份、野菊花提取物1~3份、丁二醇4~8份、尿囊素0.1~0.3份、丙二醇1~4份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.2份、甜菜碱0.2~1份、木糖醇1~2份、燕麦β-葡聚糖1~2份、三乙醇胺0.1~0.3份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3~0.5份和水70~90份。
3.如权利要求2所述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:绞股蓝皂苷7份、野菊花提取物2份、丁二醇6份、尿囊素0.2份、丙二醇2份、透明质酸钠0.1份、甜菜碱0.6份、木糖醇2份、燕麦β-葡聚糖1份、三乙醇胺0.2份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.4份和水78.5份。
4.一种制备如权利要求1~3任一所述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
称取配方量的丁二醇、尿囊素、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、三乙醇胺和水加热至75~85℃均质2~5min完全溶解,保温15~20min后降温至40~45℃加入配方量的绞股蓝皂苷、野菊花提取物、木糖醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖和ε-聚赖氨酸搅拌均匀,对板合格出料,即得含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水。
5.如权利要求4所述含有绞股蓝皂苷的舒敏保湿水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌的速度为40~50转/分钟。
